Pharmacy employee was heading to break I asked her a question about vitamin she took me to where they were at told me which one was best. I told her I was sorry for interrupting her break. She said not a problem I said Thank you and God Bless. Very nice lady.

I absolutely love the employees here they are never rude to me and my family and I really like the people working the doors when you first come in and I especially like your guy that's in the wheelchair thats at the front door he's always smiling and always greets me and tells me to have a good night when I see him I can't remember his name I thinks it's Jerrod or something with a J that guy deserves a raise hes awesome.

They've been carrying lots of higher quality whole foods and organic options that don't even cost more than the unhealthy versions. That is much appreciated! 👍

i find it funny that the ONLY time I get stopped at the Walmart exit for a "receipt" check is when my ethnic husband is with me. what's the point of having an employee watch the self checkouts if you're just going to have another employee harass customers while leaving the store. prejudice, discriminatory, bigot behavior. do better. sincerely disgusted.

My husband woke up extra early to take my car to get an oil change l. He was the first one there but an employee decided their personal oil change was more important than actual customers.

Keep on posting no semi parking & we will keep on parking our rigs there : we need to do grocery shopping , we are Canadian drivers & customs doesn't allow us to bring certain vegetables, fruits & dairy products so have some curtesy & respect the haulers who keep your shelves full

Since the Corp. Office took all the benches out for people to rest on, and they never have enough handicap electric carts, I prefer to shop elsewhere. They dont care about us, so they don't need my money.

I mean it's pretty much like every other Walmart except for the fact that this one's actually pretty well. The stores very clean and well lit. The employees all seem pretty friendly the ones I've had to deal with not a bad Walmart

Bathrooms closed during shopping hours, 1:00 p.m. ? C'mon. Clean up all day! 15 minute checks will brighten and improve safety and quality, instead of closing it 1/2 hour at a time. ding, ding, ding. (I shouldn't post empty hand soap/over loaded trash, and empty TP). Gross!

Would like to acknowledge Brittany that was working the self checkout today! There was a hole in my bag so the spaghetti sauce dropped to the floor and made a very big mess. She came over and helped clean it up and helped me move registers. She was very kind about the situation.9/17/23- Mason in self check out does an amazing job! He needs to be acknowledged, he's very kind and helpful and you can tell the kid has a great work ethic! Keep it up!

When u get to Walmart at 10:48pm and the lady manager gets on the loud speaker and says you customers have 5 minutes to shop before we close like you don't close at 10:58pm u close at 11pm

I got home to unload groceries that I had ordered, and the deli black Forrest ham was spoiled. It was so obvious to see. The color was more brown than roast beef. I opened package and the smell was so foul. Disappointing.

I was in Defiance ohio store today. I bought a carpet cleaner. I was struggling to get it in my cart. A male employee was walking by. I asked him for help. He just looked at me and walked away. When I got to the register, I told the checkout clerk Paula. She got 2 people one was a team leader. Told them what happened. They were so kind. Got someone to load the cleaner into my car. I always hear bad reviews about Walmart. But I want everyone to know, they are so kind. Very helpful and apologized for the problem I had. They said they would address it in there meeting. I am very shocked today because Walmart worker telling to leave or they call the police, because truck damage the pavement,i was there for quick grocery shopping. all fake truckers sportive post everywhere but on ground it's not .

When we go into Walmart and go through self checkout and the Walmart employee has to check your ID when checking out but then asks to see your receipt when walking out the door. IF WALMART IS SO WORRIED ABOUT SHOP-LIFTING THEN DONT HAVE SELF CHECK OUTS. we pay more to go through self checkouts then a regular Walmart employee

Went to wallmart in defiance ohio 2 weeks ago to the automotive center to get a valve stem replacement think its like 28 bucks 30 somthing with tax...was a little after 8 a.m they had one car in the garage some lady asked what could she do for me I said a valve stem replacement she said they are booked with scheduled appointments I said u have only one car in there she said we got a 9 a.m...I said that's 35 minutes from now...she said let me talk to the manager...they took my van and charged me for a flat because he had to take my tire off...had it done at 2 other wallmarts before this and they didn't do that...he didn't have to do a flat repair...I called 2 other wallmart to see if they do that and they said no and couldn't believe what ue did they both seemed ag aggravated.....definitely gonna find a different place to take my car
