Their competitive price matching to local stores is great, but they don't price match to online stores. I still shop there anyways because it's better to have a local place to come if there's a problem with anything. I even called them to have an item up front for my brother to pickup for me and they did it no questions asked. That's great service.

Only place my husband buys his work pants. My dog loves to go in. The staff are very friendly and give him treats. We get all of his food.. Treats..vitamins etc there.

Just posted same review for another defiance store. Why don't these young ppl working the stores want to help customers? It's not back breaking work to take a few steps and show me where to find what I'm looking for. I'll shop elsewhere!

Wow really? Dang normally I don't have to wait 30mins to get propane tank filled... Rediculous today, yes I realized that it's colder than you want to be out in, but please remember this I have children and pets at home without any heat at the moment!!!

One of the only stores I shop at. I use the Defiance and Van Wert locations the most. Both have good customer service and are knowledgeable about the products they sell.

Its an ok place for mostly farming needs with a faily helpful staff and a fair variety of tools and farming supplies but the feed prices are overpriced and higher than average for a store that deals in this type of products on a daily basis and the amount that is sold
