I took in a 4 month old weenie/poodle/pug/shitzhu and she was a little butchered. Her hair and nails were a mess. She is so sweet and loving. I take care of her like one of my children. I needed a place that would treat her like their own. Every place I looked at didn't feel right. Pampered Paws stood out to me so I stopped in. Found they were booked months out but the sweetest girl, Nikki, had enough room for my tiny babe. Lily looked amazing and she's been enjoying the adoration! I plan to keep Pampered Paws in my baby's life, and I've recommended them to every fellow pet lover. Thank you to the staff here. It eases my mama heart. 💕

First time appointment for our beagle. They were super friendly, made our dog feel at ease and I picked up a shiny, great smelling happy boy just an hour later 🐾🐾. Thank you for the great service!

Katie and the rest of the staff at Pampered Paws are so wonderful! They always treat our dogs with love and we're always so happy with our grooms! We send our young dog to daycare and he always has so much fun and gets so excited when we pull in! I fully trust the girl's here and never have to worry if my dogs are safe and happy!

I have been taking my small (8 pound) dog to this facility for several years and have never missed an appointment nor have I ever been late. I have never complained and always tip at least $20 for a $40 grooming. Today Pampered Paws refused to groom my dog because my husband arrived 15 minutes late. I won't even go into the condescending conversation I had with the owner, but she made it clear to me that she has so many clients she can afford to treat a regular client with such little care or compassion. We live 20 minutes away from Pamper Paws and since my husband rarely takes our dog to these appointments, he took a wrong turn and got lost. My husband stood there for 5 minutes while 2 different people told him that there was no way they could groom our dog today and no attempt was made to work something out. 15 minutes late to an appointment that takes less than an hour, they are so superior that they refuse to work 15 minutes later. Pampered Paws may do a decent job grooming your dog but they obviously don't live in the real world where unforseen things can happen that can make you late.Eventually (over an hour later, after our phone conversation and after my husband returned home) I received a text message saying she was willing to reschedule the appointment for her day off. Sorry hon but you can't berate someone and cancel their appointment for being 15 minutes late, waste over 40 minutes of our time driving to and from your facility and expect us to give you money. Maybe next time you should treat your paying clients better.Lastly, my husband tried calling several times when he realized he was lost but no one answered the phone.Pampered Paws doesn't even deserve 1 star but that was the only way to submit this review.

Milo went for his first visit today, I am so Thankful and Blessed I took him there. Everyone there was so kind, humble and treated Milo with Love. It was the fastest appointment he's ever had, took just over an hour. It is clear they all care about our fur babies, Thank You for grooming and taking such care of Milo! He looks so Handsome 🤗🐕

Sometimes our American Eskimo can be less than cooperative. Pampered Paws of Defiance has accommodated his temperament for both grooming and boarding. Always an excellent experience! Very affordable for both grooming and boarding! Side note: We originally purchased our American Eskimo through Pampered Paws.

I first went to have Vaults nails trimmed. I was sold from our first visit! We are now doing doggie day care. This was just what our puppy needed to burn off energy and make new four legged friends! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had the best experience with Pampered Paws while boarding our dogs while on vacation! Katie and staff were so friendly and very responsive anytime I checked in on our dogs. I highly recommend and will be using them again for all our boarding and grooming needs.

This place is the best!!!! Katie and Nico are the nicest people and truly care about animals. I have two rescue dogs and both have very different personalities and Pampered Paws takes such good care of them! We go to daycare a few days a week and have done overnighting boarding! I can’t say enough good things about Katie!!!!!

Miracle workers!!! Took puppy to get nails trimmed. In and out within 10 mins. My pup will not let me touch her paws. But she let the groomer trim them without a Yelp. Scheduled a grooming session on the spot. Great service and very friendly and affordable

I drive an hour to bring my dog to Katie. She (and her staff) are all so caring and kind. The service here is steps above the service at any of the big chains we have here in Toledo. Our dog is safe, loved, and well cared for here and we will continue to come to them as long as he's with us.

Was not impressed with the boarding service. I was given the wrong items when I picked up my dog and was missing several items from his bag. My dog has been sick all week and is just now feeling better after a trip to the vet.
