I have been a good customer to your store and your rebate company has not given me my 11% Rebates back I sent in the bottom of the receipts and emailed them full receipts and it was around 30 receipts and they give me. 75 cents back for several thousand dollars I spent on renovating my house if I don't get something I will be get a lawyer and we will go to small claims court .

I really like Menard’s but lately customer service has been AWEFUL and I’ve had multiple bad experiences with material deliveries that have cost me a lot of time and money.I Ordered 7,000 pavers and paid over $500 to have them delivered. They scheduled the delivery and I called to let them know we could not be there at that time but they assured us it would not be an issue. Well, it was. Someone ended up blocking our driveway and they could not deliver. On top of that, we had to pay for another delivery fee or pay a restock fee. Yesterday, I was supposed to get another delivery between 7a-12p. I took the morning off of work to mitigate any possible issues and no one showed up. I called Menards and they told me they had truck issues the day before and they will definitely get there today. So I took the second half of the day off and they ended up showing up at 5 PM. Unfortunately, because of where they normally park to deliver to my house had too many cars in the lot, they could not deliver (had they delivered on time this would not have been an issue). The gentleman from Goliath trucking said if he couldn’t try again tonight he would definitely be there in the morning. So, I took another day of work off. And instead of waiting till noon, I start calling Menards at around 8 AM after four attempts and no answer, I called the Contractor’s desk because I knew that they were an ear and eye shot from the delivery department. The gentleman in contracting could not find anyone so he took my name and number and told me that I would get a call back within five minutes. Over an hour later, I called again and finally got to talk with the delivery department. They informed me that there’s no way they would be able to deliver today and they weren’t sure when, but someone would get back with me today… I’m not holding my breath.Menards, I would love to sit down with the store manager, so he or she could explain to me why my patronage, my time, and my money is not valued. Furthermore, I’d like to know why employees are so disrespectful in dealing with issues that arise with customers. I am sure I am not raising concerns that you are unaware of but what are you doing about them?Edit/update:Received a call from Menard’s and materials are scheduled for delivery (thank you).I hate writing bad reviews however, my added frustrations and motivation to send a review came from the lack of communication experienced and feeling like I had no other option to rectify the situation. I do want to say the asst mng (guy with the man bun) who I dealt with originally was the one employee who was calm, collected, and respectful.

We went in about a week ago and Josh the manager was so nice and helped us plan and locate our dog run. They didn't have all the pieces we needed at that location and he found the other ones we needed at the Fort Wayne location for us. Thanks Josh. We came back the next two days for other things and because of the experience we had.

Im out of town taking care of a family member so I purchased a couple bags of concrete online and sent my son to get them. He gets there and they only have one is stock when their website said 9. They refused to help with anything. They do however need help with their snobby attitudes. They act like this isn't their fault. And even said their website is not accurate. If it isnt accurate they shouldn't sell online. So they take the money quick and in a hurry for a product that they don't even have in stock for gas to be wasted to drive 25 minutes to be told oops and it will be 3-5 days for the refund to go through. So if you have money and time to blow for absolutely nothing then this is the place to be. Never again

My husband ordered a dryer and the wrong model was sent to us. I purchased a plastic shelving that had a large crack in the plastic bottom. Be sure to examine the merchandise very carefully.

Friendly staff. A gal sweeping up aisles actually helped a ton with locating everything I was after! I don't know if everyone there sweeps floors or not, but I wish I had gotten her name because she really went out of her way to guide and show us. Person in appliances was so helpful with a possible dishwasher replacement. And cashier was so helpful in reloading things with my badly hurt back. People in Defiance are already proving to me 50-times better than in Lucas County!

Nice store, decent size compared to some of the others I have been too. Always seem to have decent sales and nice employees helping when there is a question. Pretty clean as well love to just browse around when I have a minute to spare. But the bottom line is this is a very nice Menards.

Nice store, does not have enough disability carts. They only have 2 while other box stores have 10. There is no place to set and wait at the front of the store. Not disability friendly.

Shopping experience was fine but do not buy the furniture there. We bought a recliner within I'm thinking less than 2 years and the material is wearing thin, stuffing under the foot part is coming out and where you sit is broke down. 11% Rebate on entire store.....sounds great but isn't really a sale. Quality of products mostly comes down to price your willing to pay. No longer have the selection of tools they used to :(Overall, Menards is a great place to get your home improvement needs....just becoming to much of a "everything in one stop" kinda place than home improvement stuff. Limiting selection to make inventory room for groceries and one really bad experience here when buying garage doors makes me tend to perfer Lowe's. And Lowe's has actual sales.

Went there for plumbing parts for my kitchen sink one of their employees a young man named John came over and helped get all the parts together with me. He did an awesome job. This was the first time I have ever done a plumbing project and had everything l needed in just 1 trip to the hardware. Thank you John.

Love shopping here... thay always have what you need for the job you're doing... I feel they are priced way better than others larger supply stores!! I just goin in for what I need and almost always come out with things I want!! And if it's not in store they will special order what u need and try to get it to you in a timely manner... because they know what you need to get the job done

This is my go-to home improvement store. The prices and selection are outstanding. I'd prefer to use a Menards private label item instead of a major brand item for anything. The price is always better, and the quality is comparable or better. There are also an abundance of employees available to help you find what you're looking for.

I had been in Menards yesterday to check on Prices of their paint .I returned home and made my decision. Today I returned to the store to purchase several gallons of paint and the tools to do the job. The young lady who waited on me was very courteous and quick to get my order. I was in and out of the store in about 20 minutes.

Bought a whirlpool washing machine from menards in defiance ohio March of 2019 it quit working on June 23 2021 called the warranty company had to wait 5 days to be told they could not find someone to repair my washer and I would have to wait another 3 to 5 days for them to figure out how to replace it called menards and was told there is nothing they can do I will never spend another dime of my money at menards it is absolutely terrible for warranty on their products
