I love my local Kohl's. We have a Sephora here and so much more available! I and my children are benefiting greatly from my credit line with Kohl's. It's a "Beneficial To All Parties Involved" kinda relationship. Kohl's has us as a loyal customer for life, most likely to always return. And my list of pros from our arrangement is immense. I am beyond satisfied with the interest rate paid out compared to my quality of Well-Being increased by opening this account. We all win here. Thank you all and stay blessed.

Laura M, I believe the lady name is that works in the Sephora beauty side of Kohl's. She's great and very professional. She helped me out so much in different types of foundations that I had questions about. I highly recommend her for any beauty questions you have.

Tryed to look thru clarence racks,but so much on racks and so many different things ,like shirts, jeans ,skirts,and dresses.things could be seperated to make it easier to go thru.

Helpful staff. Not many sizes for smaller or thin people, especially guys/teens at that awkward in between stages. Pants are either too large in waist or too long in length. Same with shirts - thin but muscular just doesn't seem to catch a break.

Great deals, with a large amount of products. I have bought many dress shirts and shoes here, the staff is wonderful, the store is always clean and the atmosphere is pleasant

I had a job interview here about two years ago.. Everything was going well until I said I would be willing to help other departments if they needed it. My interviewer’s reaction seemed as though that automatically disqualified me from the job. I just want to help since I like to keep busy.I applied here again recently, and received an email to schedule a phone interview. I called the store after not receiving a call (that’s what the email said to do). I talked to a girl who said she’d transfer me to the hiring office. I was left on hold for 15 minutes, and I gave up, and hung up the phone. I then got an email a few days later essentially saying ‘It was great talking to you, but we aren’t offering you a job.’ Duh…It was just an annoying situation and I felt as though I was being avoided since I never even got a call from anyone apologizing that they missed my scheduled phone interview… After that, I respectfully decline working for this company as well.

My family visited this store two days after Christmas. The shelves were still stocked, but some sizes lacking. The fitting rooms were tidy, with an employee working them. Several registers were open, making our wait minimal. Each employee I encountered was cheerful.

The associates at the Defiance Kohl’s made my day today - I came in to pick up one of my kid’s Christmas presents. My child was with me at the time, so I asked if it was going to be in a clear bag because I wanted it to be a surprise. It was, and one of the associates radioed back and asked them to cover it, and when they brought it out to me, it was in a large black bag. Surprise saved! Thank you for going above and beyond to help!!

I went shopping to find a gift for a Quince party for a 15 year old Hispanic girl. Hit a huge sale on Valentine's day plus was able to use my 30% off coupon. I got the PERFECT necklace & bracelet. Also got a few more items for myself while I was there😉

Nancy is the best she was so helpful with my niece and nephew helping them pick the perfect wedding band. She's always very helpful with a smile on her face. My cashier Ashla was also very helpful and sweet thank you ladies both for being so helpful.

Nice people and a good selection. I actually was in a pinch and needed a suit like yesterday and was able to find a decent suit for a decent price. It's hard to find a good selection of men's clothes but as far as Defiance goes this Kohl's had a great selection. Also the customer service was extremely helpful and friendly. Will be going back if I need more formal clothes.

Most of the employees are very friendly. It is a decent size. The only problem is it is geared towards older women. I took my daughter to shop here and there was only a meager amount of clothes for a young teen girl. The men's section was good.

I love this Kohl's. The ladies are super friendly and helpful. I recently injured my back and a couple cashier's had seen me struggling to the door. The lovely ladies had a wheelchair waiting for me at the door, which I greatly appreciated. Their customer service is top notch by far some of the best I've seen in Defiance.

Very disappointing. I have been an advid KOHL'S shopper for many years. Went there today and so many items no longer in the store. Needed a man's short sleeve dress shirt and there wasn't 1 available to purchase. Misses clothing wasn't like it use to be. Looking for a wedding outfit. Nothing I would wear to a wedding. Really was disappointing in so many ways.
