Love this big lots. Very clean. Always nice staff. You never know what you will find in food section. Have selection of gluten free hard to find. I have also bought plenty of furniture there. Has lasted many years!

Couldn't find the pet food and a couple of other things I was looking for. I did get greeted when I first walked in. They even have nice furniture.

Very clean and fairly well organised compared to most Big Lots in other Ohio counties. Fairly nice selection of items. Mostly went to kill time, but did find some useful items.

Went there to buy a bench that was originally 100.00 on sale for 59.00 and nobody at registers or even visible in the whole store! 10 ish am on Friday? I saw nobody but the cleaners and they dont care about customers. So ..........Where is the manager? Where are the employees? Really ?Geez

Good store but they need to adjust their website inventory!! I checked their website for 3 things I needed, it said they had them. I went to the store and they didn't have any of the 3 items the website said they had. Very inconvenient as I live over an hour away from the store. Still a good place to shop, just disappointed that I wasted my time going there.

The store was nice and clean with the merchandise well-displayed. The cashier was down to earth and friendly. This was the first time in over ten years that I had been into a Big Lots and I had thought that I might find more "bargains ". Instead, the merchandise was priced similarly to Walmart or even more expensive in quite a few cases.

I want to give a shout out to Patty! She was pure sunshine! A joy to work with! She was paitent and kind to me, my client and her service dog. Even let the dog on the couch, to try it out. We were there to purchase a couch and she was such a big help! Took her time with my client as she took some time to make her decision. Thank you Patty! We will definitely be back!

Had a hard time finding the flannel sheets advertised in morning email. Employees didn't know where they were. Overall the store was was setup for safery. The employee by the furniture was knowledgeable.

Bought a sectional couch less than a year ago and I’ve regretted it the moment I paid for it. The customer service was horrid. Had me waiting out back for 45 minutes in the rain which and wouldn’t answer the door when they did I could of been home with my dry couch but now the weather had changed . I asked if I could have cardboard to cover it they said they had non but there was a stack of broken boxes right there. The lady gave attitude and the single teen boy was suppose to load a sectional by himself into my truck which was poorly done . Once home within 3 months a spring broke, then the seam busted open on another part of the couch and now the middle seat has the most uncomfortable beams . I will never buy furniture from big lots again. Positives it did come with a lot of throw pillows , soft fabric , and was affordable !

Ordered a chair at the Defiance, Big lots. The clerk that was working, first put the wrong spelling on our name, she put the wrong delivery date down. Instead of 2 weeks, it was 2 months. Until everything was worked out, they were nice and apologize for the mix-up. Would not order anything again.

I came in needing a pop-up chair in a hurry. Even though it was December, the sales associate brought me into the back because he knew where they were in storage. Great service!

Your prices are getting too high you can go to Walmart and get it cheaper I used to go to Big Lots all the time you had good lower prices now they've got very high even your can food your cat can food it's higher than Walmart your treats are higher on everything
