Cole is an excellent employee and was such an amazing help. My car had broken down and I had called for some help and Cole was the one who came to tow my car. He was very pleasant and knew exactly what he was doing. He had my car up on the truck securely in no time and had absolutely amazing customer service.

The young tow guy told me to “stand there and look pretty” Who says that to their customers? He said it a few times before it struck a nerve. I was simply explaining to him the situation with the vehicle…He then preceded to tell me he’s been towing cars and working on semis for 9 years. If that’s the case... Then he should have no problem loading a vehicle right? Wrong….He didn’t know where to put hooks for the winch. The vehicles been loaded multiple times on the same style flatbeds. So my advice is to make sure they don’t send the young guy who wears the SNAP ON hoodie and has ZERO customer service skills. He obviously lied on his resume.

Cole is a hero He was extremely professional and took care of my car like it was his own. I was a little hesitant at first due to issues that I have had with other companies in the past but Cole showed up with that awesome snap on hoodie and reassured me everything would be OK. I have used Wrens Towing for over 25 years to move my sports car to and from the repair shop. They have a great staff and the drivers have the experience to safely handle my hotrod. Cole is one of the best drivers I have ever had the pleasure of being picked up by was on the a busy road and he told me to get in the truck because he wanted to make sure I was safe he loaded up my car quickly with out damage he even told me to stand there and look pretty I really enjoyed that laugh best towing experience ever

This is how business should be done. One of the drivers had accidentally damaged my truck bed cover while towing my vehicle to the shop. The company made sure to contact me immediately and personally drove to my home to give me a check for the damage.Highly recommend.-Randy

Lost my keys and needed a tow. My doors were locked so Matt crawled under and popped it into neutral to save me from the wear and tear on dragging it. He went the extra mile when he didn’t have to. Probably the best tow experience I’ve ever encountered. Highly recommend.

I had to call AAA today due to fluids leaking out of the front of my car. Less than an hour after the call the driver was on scene and had my car loaded on the rollback. I cannot say enough about the driver, he was very professional, dressed nice and knew his job well. And really nice rollback also. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. We were stranded 62 miles from home in a disabled vehicle, late at night. Wren’ s responded to a AAA tow request while three other tow companies failed to do so. Our skilled driver took utmost care to load our van, drove us home in comfort, then backed down our s-shaped driveway in total darkness to unload the vehicle exactly where I asked. With careful skill, he removed all the chains and straps without touching any part of the undercarriage. This man is a true professional, and the company has over a half century of experience.We emphactically offer a five star plus rating!

Was in Sidney 9/02/22 on a side street and the driver of there roll back. Very young operator stopped in the middle of the block and stopped traffic for a elderly handicap female to cross the road with walker and some groceries. You don't see that out of kids now days. Good kid you got there.

I grew up with this place and it has always been so helpful. I absolutely hate car troubles - who doesn’t? Since moving back to Ohio I have called on them multiple times and every time they have went above and beyond to help. Not only does car trouble stress you out but then you have the added stress of trying to find an honest mechanic, these guys hit all the marks. The tow truck driver was AMAZING. My rental car broke down on the highway, they told me 2hrs for a tow. He was there in a half hour. Rental company called an Uber...none available. Driver offered to take me to the rental company to get me a new car. Went above and beyond to help me out.

Excellent quality repair work. They offer AAA towing from small vehicles to rollbacks. A large fleet of wrekers. They were able to fix my brakes and rotors. The price they quoted me was less than what the original quote was. If you like the Home town customer service with the benefits of a large company then this is where to go. Jeromy who worked on my 2015 GMC Acadia Denali was a very honest and quality mechanic. Its hard to find service stations that offer a towing with this many trucks and still treat a cuatomer like a person anymore. This company is a diamond in the rough. Thank you all for helping me so quickly. Everything is still driving great.
