Start off by saying I didn't know what great steak was until I tried it from Saucy Sows. Great customer service and are go to for meats and sweets! They also have a wide variety of different things that you will love.

I absolutely love this place! It has become my go-to place for weekly grocery shopping. On top of most normal grocery items, it has a fantastic butcher shop, fresh cheese selection, local baked goods, etc. I love all of the local items they carry as well.

The meat is why you would come here, the selection of other items is pretty small.The unfortunate fact is, you will often drive out there to find the meat you're looking for is totally gone.If you try calling ahead, as I did, on a Wednesday as they recommended, and ask for it to be held, you will arrive to find they didn't hold it and already sold the last package of jalapeno burger.I've wasted hours driving out here and back and leaving empty handed or with some other substitute.So if you don't often drive to the middle of nowhere, where this is located, understand you'll be gambling with your time, money, and groceries to come here.I'm not coming back, for these reasons. I left one star because the butcher seemed nice, but the lady who runs the shop is apathetic.

This business is a staple in our community. They carry truly delicious fresh meats and deli meats. If you like fried bologna sandwiches and wish for better flavor than Oscar Mayer, you should give the Bung Bologna here a try! You can buy local eggs here to fry and put on the bologna sandwich too! Oh, and they carry milk from a local creamery, if you are looking for A2/A2 milk or rich, creamy chocolate milk, they've got it! And let's not fail to mention the cheese curds from local dairy, Blue Jacket Dairy, arguably the best cheese curds in Ohio! You can pick up multiple varieties of Blue Jacket cheese curds at Saucy Sows. I could go on about the sodas they now carry, or the Der Dutchman baked goods. Stop in and see for yourself!The owners are friendly, kind, easy-going people who make every customer feel welcome and are happy to serve you. They have managed to secure a staff that is top-notch as well!!My advice is: stop here before you run to one of the chain groceries, see how much you can get shopping local first, you will not be disappointed!!

We love this little shop. Staff are always friendly. It may be out of the way but it is worth the drive. They have a decent cheese selection that we enjoy. The ground chuck is just awesome. We enjoy the saucy sows seasoning for home made burgers. The stuff here is just really fresh and I hope you try them out if you have never been. I am not from Ohio and frankly I do dislike most restaurant options in the shelby county area for a lack soul and being bland but this place has produce that makes me happy. We tried the soup packets they have in the left side room and those are absolutely worth it. We tried the broccoli cheddar.The cheese curds are also on point. Enjoy!

Great little shop. Fresh meat cut daily, at great prices. They are starting to get in the fresh vegetables and fruits. Great selection in the deli. Plus many more items. At the corner of 47 and 235. If you haven't checked this place out, you really need to.

Had the bourbon barbecue sauce at a friend's cookout it was fantastic! I tried to purchase several products on their website but the shipping price was absolutely outrageous!! Guess we will have to drive the almost 90 minutes to get some of the awesome products I'm reading about. Will update my review soon!!

Product is great. My store was out of what I wanted so I ordered online. One jar of pickles shipping cost was eight dollars. I am still waiting for the pickles. Called last week they said they were out of boxes that they just came in and they would mail them out on Friday. We are in the same state and I had not received it as of today. I had to let them knowThat this was a gift. Called again today and they said that it did not go out until today. Customer service needs some improvement.

This is a must stop. I would drive 3 hours one way to get meat from here. Also the beat price lunch sandwiches in ohio. 6 bucks for a cold meat sandwich made to your liking plus a bag of chips and a can soda. I can't pack my lunch with the cheapest lunch meat from Kroger for that price and here it's top rated meats.

You simply must stop here and shop here. Great pies, pastries and cookies. Wonderful meals, great, fresh cuts of meat, and a lot of nice nic nac's and gifts. And on pork chop meal days, buy two, because you will want another one later.

I can't possibly even begin to put into words how great Saucy Sows truly is. The staff is amazing in every way possible. They make you feel like family the second you walk through the door and are always helpful. I love their selection of meats and always buy several dozens of eggs there.

It's a nice clean friendly place there steaks are great cut perfect bacon is great only place I buy bacon at now and the rest of the meat is good there pies are delicious the strawberry pie is the best prices are the best and all there meat can be cut to your own thickness if you don't like how they do it
