My Wife and I were looking for a nice woodstove. I called Ken at Dr. Lee's and told him what we were looking for. We drove there and Lord have mercy They have a great selection of everything. They were Super awesome and so done to earth to work with. We scheduled an install date and the awesomeness didn't stop there. Jerald and Billy was awesome!!!! Talk to them for about 5 minutes and they were off an working. Those 2 men new what they were doing. Very Professional when they drilled through the wall there was no dust there vacuum was right there catching it all. They didn't leave any trash behind!!!! They were both down to earth with awesome work ethics. THANKS TO YOU ALL GREAT JOB WELL DONE!!!!! I would recommend them again and again!!!!!

Bought a Harman xxv from them and unfortunately it had some manufacturing issues but Dr lees never left me high and dry and would always come out the same day or within a couple days depending on when new parts came in. But despite all the frustration we got it fixed late fall and it ran all winter not missing a lick. Thanks guys!!

Purchased wood stove fireplace insert with install. Dr Lees offered me a discounted item which resulted in a total price that blew the socks off of their popular local competitor. The guys doing the install were the most friendly and professional ive ever dealt with. They went over and above to make sure everything was 100%. I wouldnt even think of calling someone else ever again.

Had an appointment with them for today at 430. at 4:45 called and asked if they were still coming. Yes, he said they were. I rearranged my day, up at 430, home at 420. No call no show...by 6 pm I had left my 2nd message - they were now not answering. No call, no show, no one answering. GREAT Service.

These people do not stand behind the product that they sell.I bought a Quadra fire pellet stove, it has had some mechanical issues that I believe a $5,000 product should not have.I did not get any assistance from the manufacturer or Dr. Lee's. And they are way over priced for any type of service.

We purchased a pellet stove insert from the Weston Ohio store, this was a hugh mistake, it took forever because the owner ordered the wrong parts, they couldn't get the parts, so they rigged it, part of the agreement was for yearly service, we called the owner, the technician, and the main store. And got nothing, we finally, got a call from the technician who told me they didn't recognize the phone number, although I left several voice messages and that's why they didn't answer our calls We spent over $6000.00 with this company, We finally contacted a company out of Toledo who came out and did our service, and told us we were given an out dated remote with the NEW unit we bought.....do not buy from these people you will be ripped off.

I paid $166 for a cleaning & inspection. They were here for 20-30mins. Gigantic rip off! The guys were extremely nice but WAY over priced. Should have been about $50..
