My CVS Pharmacy was permanently closed and my info sent to Walgreens, I am dog sick and my doctor called in the perscriptions, I was basically refused and talked down to by the pharmacist. after he was telling me they didnt have them. Big difference to they don't take my insurance. Never, ever again.

The worst. Just drive further and use a different one. I switched to Far Hills today. Meijer might be the only other one worth trying. The “manager” is rude af. They have messed up my prescription and today delivered someone else prescription to my doorstep. What the hell is going on over there?!

The photo dept is very disorganized. We have had photo items done here 4 times and every single time they have had issues with finding our order or lost the order. I waited 30 min on a ship to store order recently for them to go thru their piles( which wasn’t even much) only to discover they finally found. Will not be ordering thru Walgreens anymore.

I tried to go into the store to update my insurance information but the lady wasn't helpful and couldn't update the information. Went home and then tried using the website and app to do so but they both kept crashing so now I have to wait even longer to get my meds because no one was helpful in fixing this issue.

Everyone in the pharmacy talks to you like you’re stupid. Brian just today looked at me like I was an idiot because he didn’t speak and I didn’t know what of my information he wanted. Just before he told me they didn’t order my medicine 3 days ago. Should have been ready yesterday. I’m done taking scripts there. The place is a joke and the people working there need replaced.

I do a great deal of shopping at Walgreen's. Vitamins, supplements, personal care products, greeting cards, are all among the products I often purchase here. The selection suits my needs. The stores are always clean and well-stocked. The associates are always friendly and helpful.

Worst service ever. Was waiting over 20 min then the lady behind me was picking up door dash and they offered to help her next. Really, terrible customer service. I’m literally in pain and just need my meds. I’ll transfer my prescriptions to people who care.

The pharmacy itself is nice even though however the store front employees are lack luster. Called today to cancel an online order (as per the instructions in the confirmation email) for an item that wasn't in stock. The CSR that answered seemed to not know where she even was let alone how to handle my request so she put me on "hold" to find someone else but instead comtinued helping people at the register placed the phone back on the hook to hang up. Called back, found someone mildly competent however they tried to tell me I could cancel it online. I explained that if there had been any information provided in the email confirmation of the order that would have been my preference. She figured out how to cancel said order so good on her.

This review is strictly for the pharmacy only, not the store staff. I do not have enough experience with the store staff to have an opinion.I’m currently pregnant with my first child. Today I visited the pharmacy twice. Once in the morning and once at night. My first visit this morning, the male tech at the pharmacy wasn’t too awful, but definitely not friendly. I picked up my prescription and bought some throat lozenges. I’m currently having allergy/sinus/cold issues and being pregnant, I am limited to what I can take. After the lozenges not doing much to help me, I went back to Walgreen’s to ask the pharmacy what I could take and explained my OB/GYN just said I could take Tylenol cold. However there are several Tylenol colds so I wasn’t sure which ones were safe. The actual pharmacist was very rude, condescending, and acting like helping me was the worst thing he could be doing. I did not appreciate his tone and felt that he was talking down to me. I am definitely not happy with my experience tonight and I do not appreciate being made to feel inferior while seeking help with medication to get some rest. If you need advice from a pharmacist, I’d recommend going elsewhere.

Store staff seems nice. To be fair most of the pharmacy staff is as well but there's one pharmacy tech who just seems to hate his job. He's rude and snarky and he acts like doing his job is just the worst thing he could think of doing at the time. I wish I could remember his name so I could call him out directly but I can't. Probably the same guy that everyone else on here is complaining about. Just better to take your business elsewhere.

Literally waiting in the drive through for a pickup for 35 minutes. The RUDE employee came on intercom and said “I can either wait or leave, she has shots to do.” I’m also watching two other employees do nothing.

Pharmacy website says open until 9. They close at 6. I specifically sent my urgent medication there because the hours listed 9pm. How are you going to make this right?

Very very rude staff. They told me 10 to 15 minutes for my prescription to be ready I showed up 40 minutes later and they said that it's was still going to be another 15 to 20 minutes. They definitely like to play games with you at this location not to mention their prices are way higher than everywhere else. I definitely won't ever be going back, I'll take my business and prescription elsewhere ✌

Terrible experience. I was sold a broken product (walgreens brand blood pressure monitor that kept saying "Err"). When I brought it back within a week, I was told I wasn't allowed to return it even though I had a receipt and my debit card used to purchase it. I can see why this location has been getting bad reviews.

i paid 21 dollars for my medicine at Meijer pharmacy!! At Walgreens Springboro they want to charge me 166 dollars for the same medicine!!? ROBBERY without a gun plus very rude and very very bad customer services.. I will never go back there and I’m not going let it go ....this story is going be on every where all social media

Don't really care for the mean staffing. There smart comments are rude, they treated me like I was lying, hard to explain. But I may just have my Doctor call my meds in some were new.
