The most amazing manager works here. My tow truck had issues and I was stuck in the parking lot, she came out and asked if I needed anything, loaned me a wrench and I was able to get back to Colorado. All the employees were so kind and were rooting me on. Made me want to move to this town. This store has heart ❤️!!

Great experience with the store and manager Gary. I bought a power washer, which did not work properly. I called the manufacturer and they couldn’t help fix or troubleshoot the machine. Gary made things right, and I was able to pick up a new PW at a different locationI shop here for pet suppliesHighly recommended

I was so sad they didn't have the Mini bikes there i wanted to get one for my job and back Home faster but im giveing it a one star for being out of Minibikes which they should of had it stocked up they did say over the phone call thats just makes me sad. Next time restock them please then i might change this star.

dont shop here, came feb 2 2024. Lights were turned off on us 30mins prior to close and associates werent willing to find any items in the back. Item was listed as multiple in stock and available for pickup but because it wasnt on the shelf no one would find it elsewhere. Was told to check back in a few weeks. Will be supplying my farm elsewhere.

My recent visit to this Tractor Supply was enough to change my mind about ever going back to that store. We drove over 25 minutes to buy a bag of whole corn but when we got there there were not any bags on the floor/shelves to buy. We went to the cashier and asked if they had any more bags of whole corn and he told us that they had some but may be still on the truck. As he was telling us that a female store employee came walking by so the cashier asked if the corn was still on the truck and she said "no, it's off the truck and sitting by the back door" and the cashier told her we needed a bag and she told him/us that she was busy and didn't have time to go get us a bag and walked away. What kind of customer service is that? Isn't that their jobs to help customers get what they came for? I drove 25 minutes to buy something they had but just didn't want to go to back room and get it for us. I won't be back.

Tractor Supply Co. is where we purchased our baby chicks. We had some experience with chickens in the past but overall we were starting fresh here in Ohio. TSC got us set up with our pullets, feed, etc. Well, several months later, I'm proud to say we just got our first egg. Thanks TSC. We WILL be back as we plan to add to our flock each year! Note: The store is always clean and the staff is always helpful. Thank You!

This store is racist. They had a security guard follow me all around the store. He made it very obvious and uncomfortable. I bought two items and this is the only place I can get the supplies I need. Next time, I will shop online or curbside pick up because this experience was very unpleasant for me. I receive dirty looks for just walking in the store. I have never stolen anything! The greeter says Hi to everyone but me. I've noticed that too. The cashier wrenched back her hand so she didn't accidentally touch my hand while giving me change for my purchase. That's rude and racist. Apparently, the manager is not in today so if you want good service and you're a person of color, DON'T SHOP INSIDE THE STORE!!!

Called to ask if they had any wooden swings in stock at the Beavercreek location the girl answered the phone like it was in inconvenience to her day to do so and then said I do not and I said ok thanks I appreciate it and she said “yep” in a rude way and hung up lol I’ve spent thousands at tractor supplies on corals and horse stuff and I buy all my dog food from there and many other countless things. She needs to find another job if she’s going to be disrespectful to customers and it definitely was not a younger girl that answered so she should know better than to act that way.

Not sure why I even go inside the store. Their website does not match store inventory (website says 2 in-stock, but associates cant find the items) and most items are not together (pump sprayers on one side of the store, while chemicals on the other). Not to mention their prices are 5-10% higher than competitors.Bottom-line, go to Rural King, Lowes, Home Depot, Walmart, or buy on Amazon. Skip Tractor Supply.

This is one of my favorite places because I grew up on our farm.This store has so much stuff including regularly scheduled vet visits for pet vaccinations for a much cheaper price.The employees are always looking to help their customers. I needed foal milk replacer and they took me right to it.They have everything a little farmers heart desires including ordering online and delivery.I bought my fur baby doggie a horse lunge line because they are tons better in quality and I can still use it for the horses.

I’ve used the curbside pickup twice in the last two weeks and I’m impressed. My order is ready quickly after ordering and pickup is so easy and quick. Employees are friendly when I go to pickup. Very thankful for this service. Job well done!

This store is my go to for animal supplies. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they usually have everything I need. Pricing could be more competitive or maybe offer more personally tailored coupons for loyal Neighbors club customers.

I would give this place five star except the employees do not follow the standards they post at the entrance to the store for Covid 19. We as customers are required to wear masks, however, I consistently see employees with either no mask or the mask is below their nose. I feel extremely uncomfortable while shopping there and wouldn't except they carry what I need. What is the point of the sign in front if the employees don't comply?

I bought a 8x8 chicken pen I paid 646.99 and it's great so I needed another one I ordered one from the beaver creek store they canceled my order said that they don't have one tied up my money for days I found one at the Springfield store got it home started to put it together and it was all bent up if I didn't really need it I would have took it back I will really look close if I ever buy from TSC again

Their website sucks. Very slow and often freezes up. Checkout is awful for online because it declines payment saying no more then 10 cards can be on file, I had no cards on file. This has been and ongoing issue since last year.

Pay attention to the price that rings up @ the register. bought a pair of bibs,tag said 39.99, it rung up 45.99 didn't catch it till I was heading home. Went back showed cashier and she fixed it immediately w/o any hassle.

Was so happy they had the ointment we use on one of our kittens that was born blind in one eye for about 1/3 of the cost of the vet. Really nice store with a lot items you won't find at the supercenters.

Always great, friendly staff. I always find what i need here and if i can't find it a staff member can. Just wish the building was a bit larger as it can get extremely crowded and they have a ton of great stuff for your outdoor activities/work

Personally I didnt like the management. Just didnt like the way i was talked to. Maybe I was being sensitive or something but I needed 4.80x4-8 mower tires and there selection was not good enough, also they have no ability to special order mower tires so the management told me to go to a detriot tire.

Get over the bad phone manners. They only make $8/hr and you'll buy the cheapest thing you can find on the internet. If you paid 20% more (if you can do the math), they might be able to train the employees to a higher level. If there's any left over, maybe they'll give them a raise
