Zero customer service or even courtesy. Was in the store for over an hour, with a full cart, and not one employee said a word to me… except for the one trying to sell me a service/program.I even said hi to someone and was ignored.Do yourself a favor and go to the Lowes down the road… they were Awesome.

Well let me first by saying I'm only going to give it three stars only because I wasn't really satisfied with the service. But the gentleman did show me where I can get my item. I asked him if I needed a new hose he told me I have no idea😳🤔 isn't it your job to know? But I got the item home I didn't need a new hose it works perfectly but I do miss the wonderful service that I got from Home Depot 2 years ago from a great employee that they had there I didn't see him around maybe he's not there but the two that helped me boy with a short with me. Act like they were in a hurry. And when one showed me the other walked off🙄😒

I bought a Murray MT100 riding tractor from Home Depot February 18th. I tried to start it, and nothing. I charged it for 24 hrs still nothing. The battery would not hold a charge. I was transferred several times yesterday until I was able to talk to Home Depot Manager Diana (I hope I spelled her name correctly) she told me to bring the battery that came with the mower in this morning. She exchanged it out for a different one. I got home, and the mower immediately upon installation started right up. I just want to say Thank you to her as she is one of the nicest people, and a real professional

As a professional painting contractor for 45 years I must say that KRISTY in the paint department is the most helpful worker that I have ever worked with! In my opinion, she deserves a good raise to keep her employed there.

Rude Customer Service desk lady!! When I asked about my same day order pick up because the store is closing at 9 PM. I am there at 8:30 PM asking about my same day order pickup. She informs me that it could be a couple of days. I tried to ask why would the order inform me that I can have it is the same day pick up when it is NOT. She told me to go away. She was RUDE and did not care.

If I could I’ve negative stars I would. I have order appliances for delivery and been delayed weeks before. This time I was dumb enough to order a playset from them online that has been waiting a month for delivery because the third party they use has no trucks and Home Depot just says wait for them to deliver….

Tall guy working as a cashier name Mario is told by a little kid "you are tall" MARIO turns around and tells the kid "one day you'll be 7' tall!!! ..... Home Depot ..... You need more people like Mario ..... I'm outside writing this cause I saw the happiness on the kid's face ..... Much love and respect MARIO ..... THAT ATTITUDE IS GONNA TAKE YOU FAR IN LIFE BROTHER

I have placed two separate orders from this store each time we recieved used dirty items. First item was $100 trash can second item was an air purifier- rolled out to us not in a box filled with dust. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Our business is going elsewhere.

Dealing with Home Depot has been the absolute worst shopping/customer experience. We purchased a brand new Frigidaire induction cooktop from the Trotwood OH store and it arrived on Oct 13. Because counter and electrical work (240v circuit, Hardwired) needed to be done, it sat in the box for 2 weeks. Once installed, we discovered that the top row of touch buttons didn't work. We immediately called Frigidaire and had an authorized service tech show up 4 days later. He confirmed that the pad wasn't working out of the box and advised asking for the unit to be replaced. Since then Home Depot has refused to replace this lemon and so has Frigidaire. So in summary I've paid $1200 for a partially broken unit and I'm being told to just deal with it. How is this not daylight robbery? Absolutely frustrating and infuriating experience.The managers and customer support at Home Depot were absolutely worthless. Disgusting, unethical behavior.

Very helpful staff. They were kinda busy when we were there, but we had plenty of people that helped us with our inquiries and find the best fit for us for tool chest. Staff was great helping us load the boxes in our truck so we could be on our way. Definitely will be stopping by again.

I called ahead to ask if someone could assist me in getting 9 drywall boards Due to we were seniors and would they please have the product at checkout.. My Answer was No They could not do that..😠So when arriving.. I saw A lot of merchandise. Store is fairly clean, plenty of cashiers together at checkout area.BUT, No BUSINESS. Only 2 people in returns with exchange merchandise. Then one lady picking up a large online order. That was Ready at the desk.! Other than that, the Place was empty. There was a group female checkout employees standing in one spot chatting, only moving at last minute when our cart was about to pass the area they were at. They were Looming at us like we were in their way. Why should they move!! "Why they all standing on a group, When they could be dusting products in store, sweeping and picking up the parking lot or at least looking BUSY instead of making the customer feel they should shop elsewhere."(I think they get paid by the hour here?! To work) SO, the Store had Plenty of help: but we still had to get OUR OWN drywall& put in in the cart.. The Help just watched. Before we went to Home Depot, I called and ask! If someone would help us load..because we're over 65. You guessed it no one to load.. We did that too. The Employees don't want to help when they are doing nothing for their pay.. What's the world coming to..?? Home Depot does have allot to choose from. Product was good

Only cause I like Lowes better. Home depot on 2 different occasions followed me around the store because of the way I look. I had dreads and I ended up cutting 7 years of growth because of the treatment I received from my local stores and homeowners.

Excellent store, very clean (even the bathroom), a step above it's competitors. Employees are actually high caliber and knowledgeable, and, above all, actually want to help you! Store is very well organized with fully stocked shelves with whatever you need. A++

The moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by smiling faces! The sales representative in "Lighting" was extremely helpful, and very friendly and understanding. Scott, the sales rep in "Painting" was so accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable as well. I love that this place is so close to where I live, as I'm doing a lot of home improvements, to the house I just bought.

If I could give no stars that is what I would do. I ordered drywall and insulation and all the stuff to put the drywall up. My order is scheduled for Friday between 10am and 2pm. My drywall and contractors show up around 10:30am. The driver says the other truck is right behind me with the rest of the delivery. At 2:30 I call the store. They tell me that the rest won't be delivered unitl Monday. Why? They told me, the night shift didn't get to it, so when it gets pulled they will deliver. I ask to talk to a manager. They hang up. I call back, same guy says there are no mangers in the store today. How do you run a multi-million dollar company with no mangement. Maybe that is why this is the worst The Home Depot I have ever delt with. I will be shipping at the Lowe's across the street from now on.

Ordered carpet here. It came in on time, and I was pleased with the installers. However, when the first room was finished, we noticed that this was the wrong carpet -- color as well as the grade (inferior). HD cannot give us a firm date on fixing this. Our house is basically torn apart until they resolve this problem at their convenience. Don't waste your time phoning this store. No one ever answers it.

Bought a live Christmas tree. Tree is really nice. When compared to the cost of buying a center piece or other decoration with live fir tree in it the price wasn't that bad. Service was slow. When a store associate didn't come after to assist me with my tree after several pages a store manager did. That's why some people get promoted and others don't. To the manager that helped me in Beavercreek, thank you!

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. There customer service is absolutely garbage. They declined my company credit card 7 times. But every single time on our end from our credit card provider the charges went thru. Manager said there is nothing he can do about it bc on their end it shows as declined. Will never shop here again and further more will never shop in a home depot again due to the lack of customer service. All companies be warned they don't care if they have charged you 7 times for product bc it shows declined on their end.
