Super friendly staff and the store is maintained very well. I talked to the store manager, Andrew when I went for my vaccine. I could tell he really cares about the customers. There was a sense of very good integrity there and that is a lost art now a days. Good job to all of you!UPDATE. I only did this review because I was trying to help Andrew. Then his true colors came out. He does not care about people. Only himself. That’s why he bounces to so many different jobs.

I love this place. The staff are amazing and they are always helpful. I lost a eye mask I had just bought for a trip and when I came back from the trip one of the women who worked there had saved it for me. I had thought I dropped it by my car but I lost it in the store after purchase and she kept it behind the counter until I came back. Awesome service all the time

Awful, the pharmacist George refused to provide me a prescription widely available online and said it was only available in a hospital. I told him it was currently widely available and available at that store. I just saw the price for it, and had purchased elsewhere previously, but wanted to change stores because of bad customer service. This guy is not knowledgeable and runs the store like a chop shop or something; does what he wants. He needs to be fired asap!

This particular Rite Aid I have been going to for years. All the staff in this store and at pharmacy has always be kind, helpful and extremely professional. The store is always bright and clean.

Great Pharmacy , I always go and speak to the pharmacist guy over their he has been there for a while , very helpful with over the counter recommendations and general healthcare advise.

Horrible customer service on Sunday, 08/19/2021. Male pharmacist wasn't there. He's Middle Eastern but very, very nice & professional. I should've known if I didn't see him it wasn't good. Very, very rude Middle Eastern woman pharmacy tech. Doesn't go out of her way to be helpful. She needs more training how to deal with insurance cards looking to see if an immunization or meds are covered. She needs training on her interpersonal skiils. Pharmacist substitute was not friendly at all. It took a lot for my husband to have the courage to get the COVID vaccine. The unpreparedness and unprofessionalism did not help. He did get the vaccine and he is well Will be switching from Rite-Aid.
