I think all right, AIDS need to be shut down. Because I can't get anybody to answer phone. The medicine they gave me was supposed to be for a full year and it expires 4 months after. I got it which could put me in trouble. Cause it's a neppy pin. So they need to fix things or they need to just shut them down. That's my thoughts, they also almost killed my kid when they were younger.

I had to wait an hour and Half in the beginning of May 2023. It was about 4 days later that I realized I was giving the WRONG medicine. When I noticed this problem I instantly called up there. My regular pharmacist was out due to surgery. The fill in pharmacist instantly fixed my issue. The pharmacist that caused this problem stoll works there I make sure I don't go there when he is there. You can believe Rite aid customer service was the first I called. I never got a call back on this issue

This place sucks, the pharmacy is horrible, they are slow and don't care how many people are waiting. I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru in 90° weather. decided to go in and waited another 30 minutes for a prescription that was sent 4 hours ago. I will never give this location my business again.

Terrible customer service called multiple times to check and see if prescription was ready They didn’t want to answer phone and when I arrived was told oh your insurance won’t cover it ok well I’m willing to pay out of pocket oh ok well that will take another bit..asked why phone wasn’t being answered was told oh only one person working ok so you don’t answer calls and get frustrated because there’s a line here of multiple frustrated customers over same issue umm ok definitely finding a different pharmacy tomorrow this is no way to run a business and keep it open

Waited to use men’s restroom, Only to find out it was for employee use only. Main cashier didn’t say a word about it being closed. No sign nothing. Put my items back will never buy from Rite Aid again.

Just left there at 3:50 pm just picking up my medicine. On my way out I stopped to look at and purchased perfume. While calling for a cashier no one acknowledged me for a couple calls of excuse me I need help a elderly woman finally comes and say that button doesn't work I don't know what it's for. Mind you she was watching me press the help button. To know that I just was pressing the button. Moving forward I told her that I wanted a perfume she just stood there stated that she can't give out samples and she don't think I'd be able to smell them. Definitely aggregated me ...

This Rite aid pharmacy is absolutely terrible. I have received the worst service of my life there. I went to Walgreens before and if my insurance covered it I'd definitely go back. I never had trouble with my prescriptions there. I have had issues filling my prescriptions nearly every time since I have changed. My prescriptions never auto refill as they are supposed to. There is always delays on stuff. Even after it's supposed to be filled it never is.The staff is horrible. They are incompetent, slow and uncaring. They don't open when they are supposed. They mess up your prescriptions. They don't have stuff filled as promised. They lie or can't comprehend what is in there system. If your thinking about getting stuff filled here don't. RUN RUN RUN... Go very far away from this pharmacy. They need to clean house and start all over. Never in my life have I been treated so horribly or had such pathetic service over and over and over again.Shame on you Rite Aid!! This shouldn't never be allowed in regards to people's prescriptions. I am changing pharmacy's. I'd rather go anywhere else. WORST PHARMACY ON THE PLANET!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Horrible phone service nobody replies nobody answers nobody calls back. Also, I read through the other reviews and you guys are cute bear one 800 number and seen call Lacin do something why we are calling you don’t you see people are complaining about phone service why don’t you call you guys supposed to call your own pharmacy and let them know that they are not doing good and they supposed to answer the phone calls

Went to get my prescriptions, and they said they didn't have any for me....after I was told I had to wait on them last week. After I questioned the associate about it...she found some she could get ready for me. I've never had problems with Rite Aid before. I hope these problems do not continue.

I have been at this location for over 30years! They tried to refill a inhaler to soon from their automatic refill system, when it don't fill it they send a text saying that inhaler would not get filler because my insurance refused to pay it. I called to see what the problem was and the lady said I needed to call my Dr then call my insurance to see what they will pay for. I spent the next hour going thru Dr. And insurance just to be told, they never said anything about not filling it, it just wasn't due to be filled yet.( thanks for wasting my time and thiers)! I call rite aid back to listen to the manager talk to me in a condescending tone the whole time. Asking me am I mad about it..that she would be! After 30 years of being a customer. This store is hell to get good service.

I came there today to get some day/Ny quil && they asked for my ID. Cool I gave it to them; but then the supposed manager there named Elnora Igasoua asked me was my ID really me. I’m like who’s else Id is it then proceeded to get old with me. The skinner customer service lady you can tell was embarrassed by her actions cause she stood there with her head down the whole time. She refused me service (Which I wasn’t going to spend my black earned dollars there anyway) but then she called her boss && he even told her to stop having screaming matches with customers at 215 in the afternoon. That lady was EXTREMELY unprofessional && she DO NOT need to be working for customer service AT ALL! I’m calling corporate tomorrow morning && best believe I do have some recordings as well && best believe they will be posted!!!!

I just had surgery less than a week ago and my doctor called me in a new prescription at 3 o’clock and I get there 15 minutes till close and the pharmacist answers the window and tells me that my prescription isn’t ready and that I’ll have to come and get it tomorrow because he’s been the only one there since 5 o’clock today. Couldn’t even guarantee that it would be finished early tomorrow. What kind of business are you running? Obviously there’s an internal problem otherwise you guys would be fully staffed.You cannot expect 1-2 people to do a 4-5 person job and expect to keep clients. I’m moving all my Prescriptions to another pharmacy tomorrow because I have a literally been with Rite Aid for less than three months and I have continually had problems at this location. You guys better get your act together or you will no longer have a store there because nobody is going to want to continually put up with this kind of impropercustomer service.I feel sorry for the people that don’t have a choice but to go to you guys because they don’t have a car like I do to go anywhere else. There is no excuse for this type of business.

I am writing this message to complain about the EXTREMELY POOR customer service at the Rite Aid located at 2536 E 3rd Street, Dayton, OH. I have had multiple issues with this pharmacy mainly because they do not inform their customers if their prescriptions are ready! In the past I've had to make multiple trips just to get my prescriptions!On Friday May 3, 2016 I called the pharmacy to make sure my refill was ready, it was not and the representative (who didn't identify herself) stated it would be ready in 30 minutes. I told her I would pick the prescription up after work, she said ok it would be ready. I wasn't able to get to the pharmacy Friday, but went Saturday May 4, 2016 around 6pm. The representative then told me, "we didn't have it so we had to order it." I said, well no one called me to tell me. The representative then shrugged her shoulders and said well I wasn't here yesterday. Her only assistance was to tell me I could call the other Rite Aid pharmacy's in Dayton, OH to see if they had the medication and they could fill it. Then she went on to tell me all the pharmacy's are connected and are closed but I could call anyway. My spouse then spoke up and asked her since they are all connected can't she call or look it up. She was very reluctant and acted as if we were inconveniencing her! She walked away for maybe 1 minute and came back to tell us the only location that has it is the Linden location but they are closed. With am attitude she said, but you can go there in the morning and get it.I will NEVER use Rite Aid for anything again! The customer service was deplorable at the pharmacy and you would think she would work for the customer not continue to inconvenience me! I was inconvenienced by having to call to have to tell them to process my refill, then being misinformed that it would be ready and it was not. I was further inconvenienced by no one having the courtesy to call and inform me that my prescription had to be ordered and wouldn't be ready until the following week! But her attitude and lack of concern was the most disgusting part of my experience! I will not be referring anyone to go to this pharmacy, I will also be reporting this incident to my insurance, and any other social media sites because this CANNOT continue!

Probably by no fault of their own the pharmacy is understaffed and extremely slow in filling prescription. I had ortho surgery and after getting out of hospital I went to the E.3rd location to get my pain medication it was 1pm. I asked them if they could fill it ASAP but they said it would be 5pm. I then called shortly before 5pm and was told it wouldn't be filled until the next day. I told them to give me my script back so I could take it to Kroger's. Kroger's filled it within an hour. Today I called to get a script filled and advised them I wanted a script by a specific doctor, they found it in system and said they would fill it. I go to pick it up only to see it was the wrong script. I called them and it was clear to me by their response that they knew they had not followed my request. That can be very dangerous and I am concerned about there ethicacy. I might also add that a few of their employees are not what one would call "congenial" which could probably be due to understaffing as well. I can tell you the male pharmacist was great. I will not use them when I have a pressing need. Getting them on the phone is very taxing and one time I could've swore they hung up on me.

Do not use this pharmacy. Ever. I normally don't find bad reviews particularly believable or helpful but avoid this pharmacy if at all possible. I've never had a good experience with this rite aid. They've given me the wrong medication dosage, they've withheld giving me my medication for days on end as I had to wait for their unnecessarily long and cumbersome insurance review process. I always get a different answer depending on who I talk to and I'm always made to feel like I'm bothering the staff when I dare ask a question about anything. I gave them a chance I really did. Never again.

I have a 10 week old puppy, threw up all over my car. As I park I see two homeless people shooting heroin (I assume its heroin, something with a needle) which I found odd. As I walk in I was greeted by an angry associate manager that gos "NO ANIMALS!" And I explain I just need disinfectant wipes and she could even get them for me and I would pay her. She says no again. I tell her that she has people shooting heroin on the side of her building to which she replies "that's not my business, get out". Morale of the story a small puppy (which I was carrying) is a bigger deal than heroin at the 3rd street rite aid

The staff at this pharmacy rite aid east third St east Dayton are the most rude unprofessional pharmacy I have ever been to. I have to go here while I live in this area which will only be a few more months. Do to no car no transportation. They are right up the street. Very unfortunate. There is one person there that is kind and the rest look at you like you have ruined there life coming to get your meds. I can't believe management let's this happen. Sickening

Have been calling for 20 minutes just to see if my daughter's,who is in extreme pain, medicine was called by her md once i finally get someone was told it will be over 2 hours to get it filled. In the meanwhile my child is crying in pain. Had Walgreens call to get it switch to them and it took another 45 minutes for them to answer the phone. Smdh

This place is a joke. My medicine is never ready, I will wait hours and show up and have to sit their until the full it. They have lost my medicine on more than one occasion. Have mixed up mine and my fathers needs and given him mine and mine his. It sucks is the only one near me, I'm going to have to find one that's out of distance
