I visited to get my covid 19 booster and the pharmacist was very nice. They offer walk ins from 2-3pm everyday for anyone that may be interested. The process was very fast as well.

The worst pharmacy iv ever seen all rite ads are all rate 3 stars and the net says their sinking just closed 60 stores I have cancer can't fill my scrips not just one all of them so my pain and going in Detox is notting to themGo any place but rite aid I see why a dollar store will replace them lol drop that stock

I usually visit the pharmacy at this location. The employees in the pharmacy are all polite, helpful, and professional and should be congratulated.One pharmacy staff member is even more excptional, his name is Nina Raphael. This man takes it to a new level of professional pharmaceutical customer service, and I am not the only one who says so...., if fact I have friends that say he is the reason they patronize this store.He is very knowledgable, helpful, personable, and greets each and every customer by name.He goes so far beyond just doing his job, and I hope your store, your district, regional, and even your corporate management staff is informed of this man's work.., in fact they should come meet him and know him by more than just name. He's a company gem!

By far the worst pharmacy in Dayton. They lost my prescription (that I gave them a physical copy of), then they found it under the wrong birthdate (that they typed incorrectly) and then they tried to give me a completely different medication then was ordered for me. Staff was extremely rude and acted like I should be the one apologizing because they lost my medicine and tried to sell me the wrong prescription even after all that.

Ghetto and apparently they don't know how to use a phone 🙄. Had me back and forth with Vandalia Rite Aid over ear drops. Reporting their unprofessional to the state. Maybe they'll do better by other customers because I'll never use rite aid again.
