Extremely bad customer service and processes. Had ordered a bag online for pick up. I was in the area and decided to stop by since I was close. I grabbed bag of food and went have scanned and was told I could not just have that bag, had to purchase it separately and then cancel my order. This is backwards and ridiculous. I basically did half the job for you and I can’t even have it scanned. Worse process ever and I’ll probably never order from petsmart ever ever again.

Went here a few weeks ago for some shrimp, but left with a hamster! He is doing great and is absolutely loving his new home.The girl working was so sweet, and the store itself was super nice. will definitely be back next time i’m in kettering!

PetSmart Hotel on Feedwire did a very good job of taking care of our dog cousins (2 Yorkie Poos & 1 Min. Daschund) while we (3 families) were out of town on vacation. They were fed, clean H2O, enough potty breaks, and play time. They were in very good shape when we returned. They were true to their word when we called to check on them. Shout out to the staff who were friendly, professional, courteous, respectful, and all with a SMILE!!!!

I had my two dogs stay at the hotel here in October and I was so grateful for all of the wonderful staff. Everyone was thoroughly helpful and took their time, especially when sorting out the vet/vaccination info. It was a huge stress off of my back to know that my dogs were safe and well cared for. One of my dogs had issues with being scared and when I checked my dogs out I was really surprised with the concern that one staff member had for her in particular, even reccomending behavioral intervention. That showed to me that the staff really do care and are looking out for your dog's well-being. I would not have known about this issue as we do not travel much and she mainly interacts with my small family. I cannot express how grateful I am for t he staff here and the service that they provide.

I went to the PetSmart on Feedwire Road. I arrived there around 6:35 to look at fish for my aquarium. I went over to the fish department and looked at fish but I already knew what I had wanted I was just browsing. Two employees helping one customer. One was checking the customers water, and the other was just chatting with a customer. I waited at the aquariums and nobody ever bothered to ask if I needed assistance or pretty much never acknowledged me. The other employee who was not checking the water then just walked away It didn't ask me if I needed anything. So by 7:04 p.m. I was pretty frustrated having stood there for a while I left the store decided to take my business elsewhere. It wouldn't have been as bad if somebody would have just said I'll be with you in a minute or may I help you or called somebody over to help me while they chatted but that didn't happen.

Dont check their animals at all. Went to adopt a cat, took it home and the cat had scabies, and feline herpies. No record of treatment for the scabies but claim they treated and “thought they were gone before adoption”

My sweet girl was in boarding for 8 days. It was a rough week for her, luckily she had the care from the hotel and Banfield (where her Dr is) they took such good care of her and made me feel like she was in good hands. My girl had anxiety and they were there to help her out. We can't thank you enough for taking such good care of her.

This is reviewing the grooming service. Do not take your dog to this location they don’t grind your dogs nails and they will still charge you. The hair cut is very spotty with very low spots from going at a bad angle caught our dogs private parts overall horrible services.

The store always has the food we need but his location has a great salon for our shitsuze and angie us very patient with our dog and gets a great trim on her. There very friendly and accommodating.

I'm not a fan of Pets Mart, too high prices, low stock, not ok with their progressive values but I'm forced to purchase my pet needs every few months if chewy is out of stock. No matter how much I spend, points never seem to collect on their rewards program but most of all I have never even once seen a staff member go into cat adoption area to pay any attention to the animals, maybe that's a timing thing but I wish they'd do better at alot of things.

It is supposed to be a hotel for dogs, I made my reservation a month in advance, I brought them everything they asked for, they analyzed my dog and they accepted my reservation and the same day I have to go on a trip they tell me that now they can't have it. I had no one to leave my dog with and I had to miss my flight, really disappointing

I have been taking my dog here since he was a puppy. He had training here and for the last 10 years, he gets a bath and nail trim every month. The staff have always been friendly, caring knowledgeable and professional. Give this place a try and both you and your pet will be happy.

Staff is nice and helpful, however I have never purchased a fish that they don’t get sick a day after bringing it home. Most of the time it’s ick. I purchased 2 goldfish yesterday evening, I woke up today with them both having ick on their tails and fins. It happens with platy’s and guppies too. Worst place ever to buy fish from. I gave 2 stars only for the good staff that they have.

The staff was not friendly. We placed an online order to pickup, and they had not picked after an hour (no big deal). We got there and offered to grab it, and they treated us like we were going to steal something. Then, one of the girls said they didn't have one of the items we ordered, and it was sitting in eye view. We will not be visiting this location again.

Good place to go and let the dog walk around. Sometimes they have really good deals on stuff. Plus the obedience classes are a good idea. They were really willing to help us find a good food for our dog.

Very nice store. They keep everything quite orderly and clean (for the most part) and seem to sell a lot of pets/take good care of them. Reasonable prices and sale prices. Their Pets Hotel and Doggie Day Camp are the best dog care facility in the area, thanks to Lorette (the manager), the staff (who are true dog lovers), and their party days (usually with photos of the dogs).

GROOMING REVIEW:A few months ago we had a not okay experience with the groomer section. We paid for a package for our dog to get a nail grind, a bath, and a bandana. Was told it would be about an hour and a half or so, so I started to go home. They called me 20 minutes later saying she was ready (already a red flag). Our dog didn't get a bandana, smelled like a wet dog and was still dirty, and was told she didn't stay still for the nail grind so they gave up (she hasn't been an issue for anyone in regards to nail grinding until this event). Regardless, I didn't figure this stuff out till when I got home and they acted like they did everything until my fiance and I called. The manager refunded us partially but I know I will never come to this grooming section ever again. Train your team better or hire better employees. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
