I have a miniature poodle, And usually his cuts are simple. He gets a number seven blade, boots, clean feet, an a lion tail. His groomer today was Cameron. Apparently, she’s in training when I post these pictures of my dog. This is the worst he’s ever looked in and a half years that I’ve had him. The manager Lindsey, her unprofessional comment was “he looks a little silly”. I was offered a refund for the full cut, but that does nothing for my dog now and I had an event to go to. Now I have to find another groomer to cut him after the fact, just ridiculous. This is the second time I’ve bring him to this location, but the first time I asked for a full cut. So please ask or make sure that the person has experience cutting your dog before you leave. I will never make this mistake again and it’s actually cheaper to take my dog to furry friends to get groomed. It’s $50. It’s $65 for him to look like poop! The full fur pic was before he went. SMH never again!!! Glad I brought his outfit to cover up this horrible grooming experience.

I think the customer service is Great! Been a minute since I've been there. Their prices compared to online are still a little off. I don't mind supporting local if they're competitive. That being said, the reason I went in there was for fish and they had a wide variety of fish. Pretty much normal fish but they have them. I bought a pleco and I'm super happy with it!

Grooming. I should take Leo about every 6 weeks but we went almost 9 due to me being out of town. His regular groomer was unavailable but Racheal was very thorough and precise. I appreciate the time taken on Leo and her working well with him (he has a little separation anxiety). As always, he looked amazing afterwards! I really love their affordable prices & knowledgeable, caring staff!

Took our beagle to the groomers and after bringing him home he has been acting very different. He will not keep calm in his cage anymore like he did before and I do not know exactly what they did but something changed after that. He is listening less when he was doing fine and something tells me that they did not do anything to keep him calm. He has howled more often and whined more often so something is not adding up on this!

If I could give it a 0 star I would. We went on Tuesday to purchase a betta. Got there and all of there fish tanks were super dirty, and a bunch of dead betta fish as well. I bought one against my instincts just so it wasn’t in horrible conditions. It lasted till today (Thursday), and it died of slime disease. I recommend not shopping here for any pets.

I use this store all the time. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. The store is clean. They also have a veterinary center as well as dog grooming and dog training.

Took my dog blue in for a nail trimming they said it won't take long no need for an appointment but we got there and it took an hour in total to get seen do paper work get his nails trimmed... They didn't even trim all his paws because he a 4month old puppy was afraid and "screaming because he really liked his right paw" then proceeded to charge me the full $12 for a non complete service 10/10 would not recommend

Always fast and friendly and usually has what I need in stock. Every time the line gets long there is someone extra who can help ring out customers. Nice pet people. 🐾

We enrolled our dog Maggie in the Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced classes, taught by Brittany S. Brittany did such a great job at explaining each step, and was very patient with all the different doggie temperaments in each class. I would highly recommend her as a teacher, and I will be bringing Maggie back to PetSmart to visit!

Good pet store but I have had issues with mostly crickets and meal worms either some are fine or half is dead the only good thing about the store is the animals are healthy and staff is friendly and helpful I just feel like they should check the crickets and mealworms at least every now and again

Wonderful experience! Great employees! I highly recommend this location! I did an online pickup order for a 50 gallon aquarium and was sooo happy with my experience! I ended up with a 30% off a single item coupon after my purchase so when I showed up I showed it to the lady that was working with me and she was so kind and patient to help me use that discount on my aquarium and refund the original amount! The process saved me $40! I am so grateful! That wonderful woman also recommend the best was the do my refund so I would see my funds returned the fastest, and she was right about that as well! She really knew her stuff and was so nice! That same woman and another employee helped me load my giant tank into the back of my car across the seats, again very grateful for their help! Even after the order was complete and I was loaded, the two employees were on their way back into the store I continued to text someone before I drove away, next thing I knew the original wonderful woman I worked with was at my drivers window asking to take another look at my tank, she feared she saw something wrong! I happily jumped out of my car and we opened the back door to re-inspect the tank to find no issues, but that is above & beyond to take a second look at stop me before I left that she thought she saw an issue. I was wowed by my visit to this PetsMart! I don't visit the area often but will make this my go to PetsMart when I am able!

Petsmart grooming is so fast and efficient! I love that they can get my puggy Mila in and out for a quick bath and nail trim compared to other grooming salons who crate the dogs for hours. My pug hates that. Petsmart is very affordable and they even called me a few months after my first appointment to check in on Mila, so I was able to schedule her next appointment right then (and cross that off my to-do list!). We will definitely be returning to the grooming salon and we always say hi to the kitties while we’re there too!

Constantly discouraging. About a year into this happening at 8-9 stores that I visit. Frantically trying to stock up. Just don’t offer these deals if you can’t keep anything in stock. People battle with anxieties for covid to come to multiple stores and you don’t often have any stock to offer. I’ll keep my money with Chewie, This company is on its way to being no longer needed.

It's hit or miss with service here. Some days it's awesome! Others, it's as if you're a zombie and no one wants near you hiding behind merchandise or a register.Crickets are always low too. Mondays are their short days meaning, you're lucky if they have any after 4pm.We also purchased a bearded dragon for our son from here that has dwarfism from too much breeding. Poor dudes jaw doesn't sit right and he's maybe as long as my forearm at a year and a half old. While the other beardie we purchased the same day from the same container for our other son is twice his size.Overall, it's not terrible but the over breeding could stop for sure. It's just sad. Luckily, he has a home with us.

Worst groomers ever. Just got my dog back and her right eye was swollen shut. They offered no explanation. They were of no help. Had to make emergency vet visit at night. Do not take your dog there.

Brought my 4 month old puppy to socialize and to get a new harness and the staff there fawned all over her. So I could go clean up where she piddled as I was putting her in a cart (and not have to worry about her trying to jump out of the cart and getting hurt while I did), one their employees babysat her a few minutes. I really appreciated that. That is great customer service.

PETSMART is usually a wonderful place to go for a variety of pet food. Their selection of collars and leashes was pretty bad. They were out of so much. The prices for everything have skyrocketed and are insultingly outrageous. Not everyone wants nylon plastic clipping collars. I need leather buckle collars with leather leashes. When I do replace my nylon collars, I want matching reflection collars and leashes. The selection of harnesses was dismissal at best. The employees were wonderful and helpful.

I'm in here a lot because my pets are seen at the attached Banfield pet hospital. Their fish selection leaves much to be desired. I completely understand that it's not the individual stores fault. But I can't review their inventory processing department. They have had the same selection of fish for almost 10 years. Can we get some new species? And please, for all that is holy, can you ship a few dozen ghost shrimp to your stores? You have thousands on hand. I've seen it, the manager showed me on her handheld thing. But the tank is empty. Going on like 9 weeks now. When they're used as feeders and you get 0 for 9 weeks, somebody gets hungry.

The tags they have are great quality. With many different styles to choose from very customizable. The store offers a great variety of different treats and foods and beds and pretty much anything you can think of for a dog. They also have fish stuff and aquarium tanks. They also sell crickets if you need to get some. I sell some reptiles. I do not recommend going to the groomers there they are not friendly but rating the store it is fantastic. They also offer pet training inside the store which is a great thing to have if you're having difficulty with your pet. They match certain places on pricing so be on the lookout for better pricing. Also they have online ordering and you just go and pick it up which is very nice if you're in a rush . They also have dog poop bags outside their store in case your dog goes outside.

Customer service was okBut the condition of the guinea pig tanks were horrible dirty and flies buzzing around all three of the pigs looked lethargic. Two birds as soon as you approach the glass become aggressive the cockatiel was shaking on the floor of its tank. Not sure who is in charge for the care of the animals but that was unacceptable if I could post a zero star rating I would
