I was there today, around 4:45 pm. Every employee was amazing. I just came in for a litter box, but the employee walked me over and even showed me a corner litter box, which I've never seen! I was excited because my one kitty had to have a litter box on every level of our house and this was perfect! And it was on sale! The employees were so sweet and nice, this is where I'm getting everything from now on. And it's so close to my house. And I saw a lizard that I've been wanting so I'll will be back tomorrow. Thank you so much for being amazing!

Don't get me wrong, as far as pet stors go, it's not bad. It is clean and well stocked, and the staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. However, the prices are above average for the market, and I've rarely seen a deal worth pursuing there.

Fantastic neighborhood store. Lots of very good quality options that you cannot get at Kroger but the same price. Stop getting your pet food at a grocery store. They will live 5+ years longer feeding them real food you can’t get there.

Jessie is the sweetest! She helped me find the dog food I was looking for, carried it to the counter for me and carried to the car for me! Such good caring people who really love their job. Will definitely be returning!

So I went in and I was looking for some different food alternatives for my dog and the girl that was there was very nice but had no clue about the foods that they carry. She didn't know which was which so I ended up picking on my own. Also I had my dog with me and everyone in there acted like that was just a crime it's a pet store if you don't want to be around pets don't come in.

Just went in there to get our 3 rescue cat's some food, and the lady Jaya is LITERALLY the sweetest lady and very knowledgeable about the products. Store was very clean and the other staff working with her was also great as well.

This is a hidden gem in the jungle of the east. It has the animal food you want for your pets. I was impressed with the overall feel of the store. The workers seemed up beat and positive, even when I came in at 830pm before they closed. I wasn't rushed or pushed out like at other stores close to closing time. I recommend this store to anyone with a family animal.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Store was clean. Animals housing was clean, they appeared healthy and well cared for. Only negative I could say is that a lot of items were on the pricey side, but then again everything is nowadays, and it's not the internet. Brick and mortar shops providing jobs and services locally aren't ever gonna to be amazon or drop ship retailer.

They were so kind to us. We came in late, like 30 minutes before closing (usually I can't stand it when people do that). We brought our dog. They didn't mind and were so patient, helped us pick out toys for out pupp, and showed us new things they had. Their prices are a bit high, but that was expected.

I wanted to thank the entire staff for their professionalism & obvious passion for animals when I asked to bring in my rescue that is still learning to socialize & her timid behavior is often misunderstood.I was almost brought to tears with how their patience & energy (not to mention knowledge of correct behavior modifications 😅) allowed my girl to enjoy her adventure & even show her good-girl side to complete strangers . Top notch service and knowledgeMy daughter has been wanting a Guinea pig for almost a year now. We have been in the store on multiple occasions asking questions and trying to learn lots before we agreed to get a pair. The staff was so helpful to my husband and I while we asked what we thought to be stupid questions.When I showed up with my daughter they were so happy to see us back and we spent about an hour maybe more picking the right Guinea pigs for us and all the things they would need and want.We have had the piggies about 5 days now and they are so sweet and so fun to cuddle and play with.Thanks for all the awesome help!

Just if you go to buy anything ask regular employeeI think her name was Cheyenne ( manager) she sold my daughter all the wrong things more than what she needed and they had a starter kit would have been cheaper also they do offer a military discount she wasn't doing them though??? I give 5 stars to store and employees 0 stars for manager I hate doing this but only way I know to provide improvement

Was in the store today to wash my dog and there was NO TOWELS!! The staff was rude and took two hours to bring me towels and when she finally came back she only brought me ONE!!! ONE TOWEL!! Staff isn’t smart enough to realize that some dogs need more towels than others!! Another hour later and she finally came back with two more towels!! Never seen such ignorance! Not worth your cash!

This has to be the most over priced pet store I have ever been too.I popped in late because I needed some emergency kitty litter for a rescue to find out these guys want $29.01 for a 40lb pail of purina tidy cats. I can get the same pail at petsmart or Kroger for $20-$21... if I wasn't in such a rush I would have put my order back and gone somewhere else but unfortunately I forked over 150% more cash than I should have to so I could get home at a reasonable time. Needless to say, I won't be going back any time soon because the upcharge on their products is ungodly.If you value your money, do not go to this store.

They love my dog and daughter and allow them to just come in and pet the animals
