Staff is very helpful! Inside is organized and maintained, dog showers are extremely fun. I am thebproud owner of 3 beautiful German Shepherd's and all of them recieve a regular self serviced bath here. Shampoo and conditioner as well as towels are provided to you and your lovable fur-baby!

Fantastic service. I love that I can be in and out of the store in 10 minutes, including being assisted and checking out. . The staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices on food is pretty standard for high end pet food. Accessories are priced the same as similar stores, but high for the market in general. Overall, it's worth it for the help and time savings.

This is one of those pet shops that back in the day would have been family owned, but had to join a chain. Don't worry too much about that, it's a good store, nice and helpful staff, with grooming service available on specific days of the week.They were very helpful with our new dog, and we use them for most of our pet needs now.The store is fairly small, the selection is limited, but I prefer a smaller store. If you think you might like a more 'family-business' type environment than a normal corporate store, give it a look...

Super friendly and helpful staff. Small space, but they make the best of it. Not nearly the same selection of fish from when it was jacks, but you can tell they are maintained. Once again would like to say the staff there are fantastic.

The store is well organized and the staff greeted me when I walked in. I was asked if they could help me find anything. I did have questions which they addressed and helped me find what I wanted. They pointed out items on sale for 75 percent off which was a great deal that I took advantage of at checkout.It easy to get in and out of the store and parking lot. Nice store with good prices.

Great staff, verry helpful and honest. Pet selection and decor are pretty limited. Almost always gets the feeder ghost shrimp I need every Friday. I go here for the good service and my basic needs.

I have been in retail management for years, that being said it is not often that I am highly impressed. The level of service efficiency and friendliness from Kiersten and Alex tonight was amazing. Because of them this will be the pet store that I shop at going forward. I would highly recommend doing the same. These 2 are incredible assets to your team at pet valu!!

This is where the one and only Yogi goes for her spa day.The spa area is enclosed with a gate and has a beautiful mural above raised tubs.It's so much more comfortable and convenient getting her all dolled up here as opposed to at home where cleaning the bathroom and laundering the towels used is an all day affair.What a super price as well only $10.Don't forget to sign up for the rewards program -buy 6 washes and get 1 for free.We start by picking out the shampoo and conditioner which is included.There are quite a few options to choose from.Having the pup walk up the stairs and into the bath is next.We then shampoo rinse and use conditioner for a super soft coat.The towles are supplied as well.After drying her with the towel whilst in the tub you just pull down the dryer hose and once shes all fluffy and completely dry she is thoroughly brushed.This is the perfect opportunity to trim her nails and clean her ears.This makes us both happy.What a wonderful staff.I highly recommend this place.

First time visiting this store. Was impressed with what was offered there. Purchase a hamster for my daughter. Great selection of items to go along with the purchase. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Will go again and look at other products for my dog.

Staff is very polite and ready to help, store is clean. Dog washing station is amazing and affordable however my reasoning for 4 stars is everything else seems a little more expensive than other pet stores.

I have been going to Jacks for quite awhile, after Complete Pet Mart changed ownership and stopped carrying Acana dog foods. The people are friendly and quite helpful, the store is clean and I have had one issue since going there, met the manager, nice guy. For some reason it was kicking back my checks....I called the regional office and they figured out the problem and sent me a $50.00 coupon. Since then no further issues with my checks, the manager was very helpful and said if it occurs again just come to him and it will be fixed.....so far so good, no problems!

Very friendly staff but the prices are pretty high. I get crickets from here for my gecko and they seem healthy and live pretty long which I know is a struggle at some other places. I like the size of the store and that they have a whole section for reptiles. I go frequently and have had zero problems with anything besides the prices, while expensive, no different than other pet stores

Rude store manager. I get it, these days they are doing what they are told with regard to masks, so I was trying to give some grace; however, I choose not to wear one because of health reasons and to my knowledge that is an exception to the rule and shouldn't be questioned. Well at this location it was and if I had the time at to go elsewhere for what I came to get I would have left. Please be mindful of people who cannot wear the mask for health reasons.

The girls in there were really helpful. She recommended something to help my dog with car sickness. (It worked btw)They were even very respectful to a lady who was super rude to them over wearing a mask. I think they handled it very professionally.

Highly disappointed with their aquarium supplies. Decent fish selection but their supply area is almost set up to only buy a new tank or pump or.....we just needed a filter and a tube. Went elsewhere and they had it and a plethora more. For any other pet....they're just fine

I went to go get my first hamster, I felt satisfied with thee amount of research i had done but when i went in to get one the lady selling the hamsters was so concerned on making a sale she told me that i didn't know what i was reading and that teddy bear hamsters are happier together. two months later i came home to a bleeding hamster and had to go buy another cage so they both could live happy. animals are not products so don't sell them like they are.

Not a single employee offered to help us 1 time. There were approx 4-5 people working. We tried to stop someone to help us a few times and each time that person said they were busy. The store was a little busy, but nothing out of the usual. The Betta fish looked very sickly. The store cleared completely out while we were still in there, and still not one person offered to help us. We finally just left. Horrible customer service and unclean store.

I really liked this place. A nice little neighborhood store. On sundays they offer a walk in toe nail trim for only $5. Its a great deal and a nice gesture to the local community. Its places like this that remind us of what we lost when corporate giants like Walmart took over retail.

The store is fine and the staff is friendly and helpful. The only problem i have is that the price for everything is really high. I get the small bag of IAMs cat food and it’s about $4-5 more expensive here then at petsmart or most other pet stores i go to.

I have gone here for many years. I like the way they changed since becoming Pet Value. The staff is nice and helpful. They always seem to have what I'm looking for my dog. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars is that the place smells bad. I don't know what it is, but it just knocks you down when you first walk in. Then the other thing is seeing rodent feces on the floor, shelves and food. So I don't buy any treats that aren't in a bag and any toys I buy ,I make sure I clean them well when I get home.

It's a great store. I had been looking for for a ping collar and they had the. I was eexpecting at least for 60 dollars. I was so 😊. I got it for 15.00. WooHoo. Also u can get their card. U can get a discount even on their sale products. And alll puppies welcome.

Frickin' expensive. Good selection, but all at boutique prices. Good if you need something quick and don't mind paying extra to avoid a drive elsewhere, but not my first choice for pet supplies.

Very very nice people. When they didnt have what I needed that day they told when there shipment would be in so that i could come in and get more first thing, even offered to set some aside for me, and if they dont have what breed im looking for they have offered to see if they could order it on there website. (Which they havent been able to yet) but they check for us every time we go in, just in case. They are very sweet and helpful.

Just walked in to get my dog a bath n person asked if I had a leash. Seriously? How bout asking why she wasn't on a leash. Just lost my business n I had intended to buying expensive flea meds. Thank you so much for this. Found a new place.
