My Bella is a rescue Shih Tzu, afraid of everything and everyone. Having said that, I was so worried about how she would do. Pet Perfection took great care of her, she looked great, smelled great and the price was not exorbitant. I'd recommend this grooming place to anyone.

If I could give zero stars I would. I am extremely upset and hurt by the horrific service they gave my dog. The service took about 3 hours. When I got their everything appeared to be fine. I paid and gave a tip. I carried my dog to the car, put on her leash, and we went outside for a quick minute just in case she had to potty. We got back in the car and she jumped on my lap then jumped off. I noticed she got blood on my leggings. I carried her back inside to let Michelle know she was bleeding. Michelle informed me that they cut her nails too low and asked if she walked on concrete. I told her yes we walked outside. She asked as if dogs aren’t suppose to walk on the ground! A customer that was sitting in the lobby told me I had more blood on my jacket. On top of that my dog smelled like strong perfume. When we got home I had to give her a bath because the smell was so strong and it was bothering my dog. I’m pretty sure they didn’t give her a bath. She will NEVER go back again.

Pet Perfections never leaves any doubt in my mind that my pet will be treated as royalty! I absolutely love this facility and Eddie. He is an amazing groomer and gives great home care advice. I called yesterday needing to get a puppy..a "big" puppy groomed asap. Without any hesitation he said yes bring him in the morning at 9. I'm telling you if you want a good experienced groomer and one responsibly priced this facility is the place to go! Thanks again Pet Perfections and Eddie for taking care of my boy!!!

This is a great place to take your pet for grooming services!!! They get you in right away, they are friendly with pets and my animals always come home clean and smelling great!!! The price is right too!!! I'd recommend Pet Perfection for your animals:)

I absolutely ❤ this place! I own pitbulls and a lot of places refuse to care for them. You say the breed and they refuse?😡🤦🏾‍♂️ Not here! My Lola and Remy just love to go. They get Super excited to get their nails done.

He is amazing! My snoopy can be a handful and I have been turned down from two places before because of how he can be because he is scared. Mainly because the person who had him before (first 2 years of his life) never groomed him not once. But he welcomed him in and he does amazing with him and takes his time making him look great. Other people have given snoopy back with nails not even trimmed and horrible haircuts. Not here!! Love this place!! 10 stars!!

I have been taking my dog Rozay to Pet Perfection for 4 years. And I never had a problem they always do great work. And try to squeeze my puppy in the schedule even when they are busy. Thanks for the taking care our pup.😊

Last week I took my maltese to go get groom, Wash and cut, come to find out they cut my dog's tongue and split it while they was cutting him with the Clippers and this never happened before at any place I took him before, and to top that off he still had dried up tears in his face fur.. I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied. They won't have to worry about me going back ever again.

I have been going to this particular place for about four years the groomer Ed has been doing my Bichons for six yrs one has passed on now the other Bichon that he did just this week looks terrible😤😤 I have had issues with him in the past,but this groom looks like I did the job myself! I mean it was NOT his best work he even went so far to say my Bichon was older and didn't like being comb out,wen the time before he needed work and Ed did a good job, I wish he wud just admit he did a rush job I'm very disappointed I won't go back. To top it off I gave a tip before I really looked at him. I work to hard for my money to pay for such a BAD JOB.😒

Livid! Both Joey and Alle returned smelling of hound dog, when neither is! Plus ears were not shaped, toenails not clipped, small mat underbelly of Alle is still there, legs are not properly scissored, I have pictures, ask to see them. They did say to bring the dogs back, but, it's going to be easier for me to just clean the mess up myself. Will never go back there!

Foxy and I will follow Ed to the ends of the earth!! Foxy adores him...and cries like a fool when Ed is out of her site!! I've had 2 dogs that have crossed the Rainbow Bridge since Ed became our groomer...I think that he grieved as much as I did..such a big heart!!

I have a small Pomeranian she's not even a year old, but every time I call them to make an appointment it's always a week or so that they WOULD SAY THEY ARE BOOKED. my sister in law called after me and she has a baby pit bull but they got her in within a few hours.. I just don't understand.
