It's clear that Adrian really enjoys what he does. He did such a phenomenal job on my Bolt! He looked so handsome. I'm not sure what kind of magic Adrian did, but Bolt has never felt so soft. He also managed to minimize his shedding a great degree which, if you're familiar with shibas, is a HUGE deal. The attentiveness and care Adrian and the staff provided was unparalleled. Lastly, the report card was such a wonderful final touch to the experience. Bolt got straight A's and I'm so proud. That report card is going right on the fridge! Thank you, Pawsitively Perfect!

Great place to wash your dog with ease and is very clean environmemt as well. For the Grooming side of things they have always done my dog right and always get him in easily with not much of a wait and always have him cut in a timely manner. Very professional experience and do a great job.

My sister is a groomer herself, and so when her poodle needed a cleaning while they visited us from Cincinnati, we went here.I take my dogs here semi-regularly for baths and their self-wash is sooo convenient! The baths are adjustable to your height (no more back pain!), there are multiple safety straps, and the best part is that since the folks mix the shampoo concentrates themselves, you can just walk in and start scrubbing! No need to spray fido down first!Like I said, my sister is a groomer, and she was impressed with the self-bathe. Plus, one of the groomers there brought out a specific shampoo for whitening on light-haired dogs, and a good detangling spray. They take their time with your dog and take pride in their work. Just make sure you stay on top of home care! No groomer wants to have to shave your matted dog!

I’m a former groomer and came here to use their self-wash station for my standard poodle. Wonderful, knowledgeable, and kind service, but most importantly, awesome quality shampoos and amazing water pressure! Highly recommend this place 👍

WITHOUT QUESTION! This is Safest, and most professional place to take your pet. I know the owner personally, he is a good and upright Man. He will care for your pet BETTER than any other groomer in Miamisburg HANDS DOWN! Angel (one of their groomers) is INCREDIBLY PATIENT and kind with special needs animals. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We recently remodeled our bathroom & no longer have a bathtub to wash the dog. Found this on maps and easy peasy. Walk-in, under $20 & I have a fresh new dog. Great towel quality, which does make a difference since Bruno is terrified of the air dryer. The lifting tub really does make a world of difference on my surgically repaired back. Will be a regular go to spot. 🐶

Pawsitively Perfect is the BEST! Rocky has been going there for almost a year, and Angel does an amazing job. The facility is clean, organized, and they take special care of our fur babies. I can always count on Rocky being well groomed and happy when I pick him up. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great groomer!

I’ve taken my little buddy Ella to get the works from Angel twice now and couldn’t be happier. She’s gone above and beyond to work her in during my hectic schedule. One thing Angel does excellently is when I voice preferring something done differently she really listens and tries so hard to meet those wants. That’s a valuable characteristic for a person to have rather than allow ego to lead. I’ll be continuing to take Ella’s to Angel from here on out. ❤️

This was our 3rd time getting our cat groomed here. The groomer did a good job but whoever was in charge that day made the choice of giving my cat a pill for fleas without contacting me first. I did speak with the owner a few days later because it was the weekend and I only received a halfway decent apology and when I told them I wouldn’t be back he really didn’t seem to care. I would not recommend them.

Sammy is a difficult dog to be groomed. I was turned away by several places due to this. I suspect he was hurt by a groomer and lost his confidence in them. It made him very sensitive. This place took him in with no reservations. They were great!!!!

Relatively new I think on Kingsridge Drive. We did wash your own dog service. The staff is super friendly and helpful! The tubs and space was very clean, plenty of large towels, good dryer, plenty of shampoo ! Much better than other local places!!!

Our boy, Doug, a mini Sheepadoodle, has a standing appointment with Angel every 6 weeks, sadly Doug is not always on his best behavior. I don’t know how she does it but he looks like a little show dog after every visit. Doug thinks he can get by in life looking cute instead of always good behavior. And with Angel’s grooming skills it’s working out pretty well for him. Thank you for always taking good care of our little guy while he’s with you.

Pet was always perfect until last trip. My fluffy and furry dog went in looking like a DOG, but came out looking like a cat. All hair was cut poorly. Dog's regular groomer was no longer working there, and whoever new groomer was, was untrained or not trained properly to groom a DOG. You might want to advise when groomers change and are new to the job. Extremely disappointing!!!!Yes, I have the correct location on Kingsridge Dr. I have family in Dayton and visit quite often, and have taken family dog to your establishment several times for grooming. However, this last time was horrible. My family that lives in Dayton has taken the dog there for a few years now and this is the first time there was bad service. And when they called to inquire as to happened, it was as if there was a "sorry, but it well".Dog owner did call your shop and complained. Interesting enough the groomer who took care of dog, stated that he thought that he had done an excellent hair cutting job...well the dog is not a person and came in for grooming, not a thorough cutting ordeal. The dog went into your facility looking like the Newfoundland he is but came out shaved almost completely, short haired almost like a cat. Not sure what you can do, hair has to grow back, and who knows how long that will take. Maybe you can do a better job of training so called groomers to groom animals as their breed calls for and that it is not their job to try and be creative with a customer's family pet. Feedback is given so that potential customers can be aware of negative services, not just positive services.
