When I've had to go inside, which isn't often, the people are rude and act like you are a hassle to them for coming in. One time an "ethnic" girl saw me come up to the desk and stood back between the rows, peaking out at me every 20 seconds or so...this went on for 5 minutes until I realized she was back there eating some kind of chips, and when she finally came to the desk she gave me a look like I was a piece of dog poo she found on her shoe, and real snippy she said, "what choo neeee?" ("What do you need", in real english) I mean, what the hell you think I "neeee"..my pills!! She had this smirky look on her face and acted like a princess that was too important to be bothered. And other than telling me the price, that's all she said until I left..no "thank you" or "come again" or "have a good evening" or anything. I guess "ethnic" peoole feel like they don't have to say anything nice or even just civil...they still get paid I guess, so it doesn't matter. I have 5 or 6 other similar incidents but don't want to type all that. If I had to advise anyone, I'd say don't go here. At least not inside...the drive thru doesn't seem too bad except there's a woman working that seems to have to ask for the birthday 2 or 3 times EVERYTIME you go through...why????

By far the worst pharmacy in the area. My husband and I have consistent issues with notifications (we have never turned off notifications, or messed with our settings, yet sometimes we get them and sometimes we don't). I've called to see if a medication was there and they tell me yes, but when I go to pick them up, they tell me I've missed the window of opportunity to pick it up and it's been put back. My husband had a prescription sent in on a Friday and on Monday when he went to pick it up they told him it'd been there too long and was put back. How? It was sent in on a Friday! They told him it'd been there 12 days, but it was a new medication that he'd only been prescribed on Friday, AND he called to verify that it was there because the notification system is so bad!As far as customer service goes: meh. They have never been rude or mean, but they are also not friendly. I understand they're probably understaffed, so I don't hold that against them. But the pharmacy itself is very unreliable and I always have to wait a long time in the drive through. Avoid at all costs if you have the option.

The automated call in service for prescriptions does not work. I was informed, when I used the automated system, that my prescription would be ready the next day after 1:00 pm. I went to pick-up my prescription and was told it would be in the next day after 2:00 pm. This is not the first time this has happened.

They work hard and efficiently. I witnessed them deal with a very unruly and mentally unstable man in perfect fashion by not escalating the situation any further (which can be easier said than done when tensions arise.) The lady who helped me was great. Thank you

They supposedly close at 8 but when I got there (before 8) they were completely closed in the drive through and in the store. If they aren’t open until 8 THEY NEED TO CHANGE THEIR HOURS. i also have so many issues getting meds in and then they wanna play doctor and question all my prescriptions. It’s not even opiates or anything like that. This place makes absolutely no sense. Go somewhere else.

Very smart, polite, and knowledgeable. Call you when they see we're getting low on a perscription. They call to tell you your script must be renewed. If you do, they will call your doctor for you.Great pharmacist in all ways. They will guide you, suggest other meds, give you your shots and remind you that it's time to come in for an annual shot.Great people and clean facilities.

App doesn't align with store. Came to pick up, told it was restocked, and if I return in 30 minutes they'd fill. Waited the 30... in the parking lot. Upon return, told it'd be ready / in tomorrow. Upon pressing, they "partialed it," saying I can get some today and the rest tomorrow.

I was turned away at Meijer Pharmacy Englewood Ohio by the bald male pharmacist for my Covid 19 booster. I had made appointments for my friend, my husband and myself to get J&J Boosters on 1-5, 1-6 and 1-7. They both got their boosters with no issue but I was refused by the pharmacist who seemed to have an alternative agenda. I don't know if they make more money off of the other boosters but someone willing to get the shot to protect themselves and others should not be turned away for any reason especially $$$$. I would like to be contacted to discuss this further to prevent anyone else from being refused the booster shot they choose and made appointments for because of the the pharmacist personal agenda.

I have had multiple issues prescription not ready by 2pm the next day. I wasted time driving to the store. I have tried to call the pharmacy before going to verify the prescription is ready for pick up as promised. The pharmacy does not answer their phone

The lady I talked to that works in the Meijer pharmacy she was very very helpful, she went beyond the Call of Duty. She gave me information that was very helpful to me in my situation. I thank her so much for caring. We need more people that is considerate and helpful like the the lady that works in Meijer Pharmacy. Again thank you so much.

I would not recommend this pharmacy to my worst enemy. We’ve had problem after problem and the last prescription my doctor called in TWO DAYS in advance they never ordered! The nurses comments after talking to this pharmacy was “are they newbies?” And “very low performers over there!” Seriously, save your time and energy and go anywhere but here.

Multiple times my prescription is not filled hours after scheduled pick up time. This time was told they didn't even have any prescription for me at all when i went to pick up my refill. Drove 30 minutes back home to get the bottle and call again, person on the phone finds it right away. The automated line is useless. Call in your prescriptions, it tells you when you can pick up, go to pick up, they claim there wasn't anything on the automated system.

Twice on Saturday and Sunday morning we were promised the refill would be ready on Sunday afternoon and when we went to pick it up the guy told us that they wouldn't get a shipment until Monday. Either their system does not work or their employees are extremely negligent. If you want a pharmacy that cares go somewhere else.

Ordered a generic medicine a day before was told it would be ready by 2pm next day. Checked in after 2pm and they said they’re counting it now. 30 minutes later still he same thing. Staff is lazy and rude . Don’t waste your valuable time people.

If you are prescribed a medication for every 28 days they refuse to fill it and will only fill it monthly for every 30 or every 31 days regardless of how it's ordered. And then the medication that was ordered for me yesterday...they just refused to fill it! No reason given.

Way more lines open than at Walmart. Most cashiers are friendlier than Walmart too. They usually have decent sale prices. They usually have good prices at the meat department and a butcher to help if needed.
