I love shopping at Kroger. Good location. Kroger is state owned. Go Krogering. This location of Kroger had it all. I know that there are other store's too shop at, but Kroger either matches prices, or beats the competitors price, and you earn fuel points.

Not a bad store. Shop here often. Easy to get in and out quick. Just wish the girl with the name tag "princess" wouldn't walk around reeking of Marijuana so strongly, so often. You can definitely tell she's high everytime you see her, which is fine, but try to hide it at work maybe.. 😉

This kroger has a manager who needs anger management He yelled and screamed at myself and sister im 74 she is 64 and her 2 yr old grandson and then threw us out of the store because I reported a fellow employee. He screamed get out from the back of the store to the front at rush hr so everyone in the store heard him .What a bully we felt threatened and scared at this lunatic. All over his attitude about reporting one of his employees. Then he called security and had them walk us out and he accused me of trying to push my cart cart out the door because he wouldn't let us pay.i have a bad hip and use cart in the store to walk better I only pushed it to the exit I have been going there since they opened. This manager needs severe help ther is something wrong with a man who bullies 2 senior women.I think it's against the law to make seniors feel threatened and im going to find out. his name is Michael kroger needs to get rid of this guy he might get them liable for this behaviorI

Found all that was on my list. Went in store shopping because the waiting list for pickup and delivery were not within my time frame.Shopping inside the store, it was nicely stocked. Found items I had on my list and some I had thought about. Overall good deal at Kroger.

Overall the Kroger network is excellent. Except for the Kroger store on Brandt Pike in Huber Heights, Ohio. The associate closed the customer service area 10 minutes prior to closing. She was unprofessional and rude. The manager was not any better and didn't seem to care. This event took place 22 November 2023. So I wrote corporate because he was unprofessional and rude. The store wasn't packed so not sure what the issue was.

Only one checkout lane open with a line 8 carts long. Have you tried paying more for cashier positions?? Or making less profit for your fat cat board and shareholders? What happened to the customer experience?EDIT: ended up waiting in line 20 minutes before even being able to check out.

This store is usually my go to... but only self check out lanes and a single cashier while supervisors can see the lines at noon from the deck. I was with my mother who is in a wheelchair and had to do selfcheck out but she cant help bag or scan because of the cart..no bagger and we had a full cart. This never happened before you installed those self check outs.

Another case of getting too big for they're own good. Only one checkout lane at any given time, oh sure, they have the self service lanes.. but they're not paying me to check myself out. And make a little mistake and forget an item in your cart while going through self checkout, see what happens. Nope, they can afford to pay a few employees to ring me up and bag my groceries.. I'm getting sick and tired of this rush to automated stuff. Especially in our economy, we need more jobs and more people working. And stop rearranging the store! We all know it's to keep us in the store longer, looking for stuff that's been moved so we will hopefully impulse buy some other things. You got money to pay employees to rearrange the store once a month but not enough to pay some cashiers? Whatever.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. The Deli lady didn't make me feel like I was bothering her. Unfortunately, it happens at many other stores. I will be doing the majority of my shopping at the Kroger's. THANK YOU FOR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I felt uncomfortable checking out because they watch you like a hawk! I watch them approach an elderly lady they didn't even say anything to her just walked right up and started sifting through her bags the lady stated that she rang everything up she was sure of it and the Kroger employee told her " it's our job to check every item and something look like it didn't ring up" come on man Kroger's King Soopers let me tell you something you folks can write off everything that's perishable lost or just vanishes! Don't do the elderly like that man that wasn't right not even a little bit that lady was like 80 or 90! I might want to say one more thing she got the last laugh in and told the employee see I told you so you had no business rummaging through my bags and she was concerned about covid!Omg!!

Worst Krogers I have EVER been to. I understand being short staffed but this is ridiculous. Only 2 self checkout lanes open and 2 regular lanes open with a packed store. No manager in sight to help control the crowd or guide them. I have been waiting in line for a 1/2 hour. (And still waiting) This is completely UNACCEPTABLE. I will never come back to this Krogers again.

Love Kroger's, great produce! We like their pork chops, ground sirloin, Kroger sweet tea, prices for milk, eggs, butter. Bakery is a bit too high priced for me, but looks wonderful.

Not sure if the savings from digital coupons are real, but, I feel better seeing it on my receipt. Then there's the gas points. Those I know save money. Kroger thus gets a major share of my money. I'd give them 5 stars, if I didn't have such a problem with the awful human beings on the corporate board of directors.

I have been going krogering ever since I can remember last 40 years. Kroger was my main grocery store...but the prices are climbing to a point that I have to shop around more , and I would rather get it all at kroger ...and I don't like self checkout! I'd rather see a smile and a thank you at the end of my purchase.

Twisted my ankle in their parking lot. There are some deep grooves in the pavement near the entrance so be careful. I told the manager who didnt really seem to care other than to walk outside to look at them. They didn't take my information or anything.

I'm getting totally disgusted with Krogers. Never any mobile carts, and digital coupons.. you need the price on the item without having digital, period! Meiers is a little further to drive but...

Employees are very nice. But a manager I talked to on the phone about some tomatoes I bought that were very squishy when I cut them, she needs to be trained again. The Employees have a better attitude then her. But I like the store cause it's so convenient.

The meat section smells disgusting. A lot of brown colored meat is still on the shelves. Bought a pack of sandwich meat (Turkey) from this store on 3/12/2023. Went home and discovered the pre-packaged sandwich meat was already expired. 1 out of 10 would not recommend.

Store experience not so great. They need to get new Management. I saw some female worker go off on a customer. Cashiers had to rescan all my items before cause they missed some stuff. Some guy in Dairy Department was very kind enough to help me with my shopping though. An I saw some female get all sassy with him. I feel like the good workers are not getting enough recognition. An I think that things should be checked with the other stuff.Everything took long at floral as well just to get help. Shelves were better than last time.

Anymore kroger is priced better than Walmart and If you use their digital coupons and fuel rewards there isn’t any reason not to use Kroger’s, along with other stores that have deals, regularly

They're getting ready to close the doors soon, to open the new one on Woodman Dr., but I can usually still find the things I'm looking for. They've always been polite to me. Especially in the self check out lane.
