I revisited the pharmacy as a loyal customer and pleasantly discovered that I accrued some loyalty points over time. Despite not having visited for a while, the staff was incredibly patient and efficient in updating my information. They swiftly processed my prescription in less than an hour. With their excellent teamwork and positive atmosphere, I rate my experience a perfect 10 out of 10. I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment.

Was overcharged for more than one product I noticed before I even left the line. I know they could fix it because this is an issue that’s happened before at a Kroger in a nicer neighborhood. But here I was told because you already paid for it, there’s nothing we can do. Guess I’ll just have to contest the charge.

My experience has always been good.The pharmacy is excellent, I received my shots there. Just needs the riders charged more often.The employees have been pleasant and helpful.

I had a travelers check to purchase my groceries with and found out at checkout they do not accept travelers checks. I took my business to a competitor that happier accepted my travelers check. Not shopping here anymore. Got better service at competitor's grocery store.

As someone with disabilities it's difficult to get in and out of this store. The handicap parking is always full and there is no normal flow of traffic. Their parking lot is a real nightmare for everyone. My second favorite to not enough handicap parking is the parking in the fire lane blocking the entrances which further adds to the difficulty level of getting in and out. I usually avoid this by doing online ordering but when you just need a gallon of milk the $6 fee for pickup is too steep.I'd probably give this location 4 stars but there are never any spices or seasonings in stock. The rack is ALWAYS empty or near empty with the basics being gone since I can remember.

Manager Shawntay is very rude and dismissive as if your her child turns to gossip then comes to help with my return she mad my blood boil with the negativityEdit: I purchased a spin mop on Wayne it didn’t work correctly so I took it back to this location. When I got there someone was already waiting for about 5 mins. I waited a few minutes then started asking around I approached her asking to do a refund. She says yeah I’ll be there in a minute with an attitude and continues with her gossip then comes over minutes later. Looks at my receipt says you got this on Wayne I don’t think we sale those here. you have to take it back there ..FIRST LIE I went and got the exact mop and the one I wanted (same price). She made me return the first one THEN buy the second mop lied and said she couldn’t do it in the same transaction SECOND LIE she tried to make this as long as possible for some reason

Store is good, but some of the public make it bad for others. Security has to enforce no parking/sitting in the fire lane now due to request from Kroger so don't park in it. They will tow you or you could get ticket. Store also started new hours as of 12/17/2023. They are open 7am - 10pm now.

They was having problems with Kroger app so I was charged more for my items. This seems to happen all the time charged more there what they have advertised. Used to love this store but last several time's I was over charged by allot and nobody wants to make it right.

Most of the time it is a bad experience especially in the deli department.. I waited for 25 minutes and they just kept on looking at me I asked if someone going to serve me and they just looked at me..Another time the girl was on break and they said that she would be back in 20 minutes I waited for 30 minutes and she still wasn't back..Terrible experience with the deli department.

Shelfs are mostly empty or not stocked. Store always smells like spoiled seafood. Carts are wobbling, wheels all lumpy and bumpy

I’ve tried to come in the store when it opens which is at 6am, and they don’t open until 7am. The restrooms are filthy, the employees are rude (some not all) & regular checkout lanes needs to be open & not just self checkout. Let’s not forget the smell . I know there’s fish that they sale but i personally don’t think it’s fresh if it smells like that.

theres a pink haired black woman who was closing yesterday seems like she was a manager she was extremely rude to me when i was asking a simple question. retail needs to get their staff problem handled. let the ratchet hood rats be poor and hire only good, upstanding, hard working crew.

Although I've always shopped here out of convienece and loyalty. The Home Chef Garlic and Herb Roasted Chicken was the most flavorless and dry chicken I have ever purchased from Kroger. It was not worth what I spent on it. I May have to venture further out, like Beavercreek or Englewood. Not close to me at all, but the delis are top notch.

Terrible. My 1st visit back to Dayton in about 7 years, I went to kroger for some basics for us for our week's stay. For the whole entire store they had 1 cashier, who was also the bagger. There were about 3 people standing at/behind the customer service counter, and a couple of people on the 2nd floor where they look out over the store. No one else came to help with check-out or bagging; they left 1 new employee to do it all, and her line was wrapped around the corner. The self serve line was also long and slow. It's absolutely ridiculous for an entire grocery store to have 1 cashier who's also the bagger. Other employees were walking around doing God-knows-what, but they WEREN'T helping out where the help was needed: at the registers! My local family and friends say that this Kroger on Siebenthaler is always that way.If you all want to see some changes, you've gotta make your voice be heard! You need to complain, post, call, and whatever else you need to do to make your voice be heard get those changes!

One of the worst kroger stores around.. not enough employees, store smells, floors are always dirty. Caged in merchandise, food isn't always properly changed out. Lines are always long with only 2 lanes open. The store is just small and the parking lot is impossible. I only go to this particular kroger when I have to. I was there today and this is what I saw. Really kroger?? This disgusting mold and the perfect example of how the store stays..🤢

This Kroger is complete garbage trash the Moral of the store is very bad.I went into the store yesterday about 1:00 pm yesterday and the deli had nothing prepared and the girl was complaining about not having help.The customer service desk always closed just close the MF down or fire Management.

I’m always able to find everything I need…Always clean due to overcrowded and being only grocery store on the west side…Helpful staff at self checkout on issue customer service..Only issue is customer service just not open some days and only place I know to get money orders and ect….The morning customer service lady I dealt with was amazing got the lines down quick very sweet…Keep the good work please

I love this Kroger like some people love sports teams. I love shopping here. This is the best Kroger I've ever been to. If this location did not exist I would literally die. I've been shopping here for 16 years now. I first came to this location with my Grandmother when it first opened back in the 80's. I consider this location to be an essential location for myself and the community.I do think that things get moved around more often than they should and that is a shame when they could be focusing more on basic pricing and date checking maintenance, making sure that items are in the right location and that the price is correctly marked. As most of the issues that I've had here have been due to items being in the wrong location with a different items price tag under it. Which seems like it would be a common issue considering how often the store moves everything around. If I worked here it would get old. It gets old for the customers. Everyone complains about it after a big switcheroo. I think that sales tactic is more exciting for bored rich people and it is severely lame.However, the produce section is always reliable and in perfect order. It never moves and it is always familiar.I appreciate the employees here and some of them really stick out and go above and beyond to do their job and more. There are some real genuine gems here. I've learned that patience and respect go a long way. Being understaffed because people call off or no-show is a reality.

I went in there the other day and witnessed the most disturbing thing I've ever seen in a grocery store. This elderly woman was asking a manger something about the app and the manager was totally disrespectful to her. The manager acted as though she had more pressing matters and couldn't help her. The manager's tone was very nasty, evil, and a lot of people in the store was looking at the situation in disbelief. I will no longer do business there. I've told several people about what I witnessed and they probably won't be going back there either. That manager lady needs to be let go because she has no respect for members in the community, she's disrespectful, and very unprofessional!

This store is awful. The store smells like trash. Didn't get my full internet order because the cashier rung up without my order being finished. Overheard the young cashier laughing. Should be reprimanded over thisI'm never ever going to that Kroger location. It needs to be shut down.

Horrendous this Kroger is placed in a black neighborhood with a working deli counter but I can never seem to get served at the deli it is always closed . People in this neighborhood don't deserve fresh cut meat like anybody else? Come on big corporation.
