took my rescue lebron in for his first professional cut. he is a schnauzer & Norfolk terrier mix. The two ladies were very kind and loving to my pup. i was not sure how to ask for his cut but she gave me recommendation to bring his face out more and he came out amazing! Lebron doesnt really like pictures (he wont sit still) but even he felt more handsomer! check out his cute little paws now! i will definitely bring him back here. oh and also, the price is well worth it and affordable!

I was able to walk right in with my two dogs for a nail trim, and yes they use a Dremel if you ask. The two ladies were very nice and while trimming my 14 year old dogs nails the second lady stopped what she was doing to comfort and pet him because he has severe anxiety.

They were wonderful to work with! It was easy to make an appointment and my dogs came out looking and smelling great! I’m very happy with their grooming services. They also didn’t keep my dogs all day like some other grooming places, they were in and out in a timely manner.

Danielle has groomed my cat twice now, both times she's done an excellent job. This second time I sat and waited and saw her have nothing but respect, patience, and care for my very grumpy and not at all easy to handle furball. Highly recommend to anyone wanting the best for their animals.

The staff was friendly. Easy drop off, and they call you when there is about 20 minutes left so you have time to drive back. My dog came out smelling so good! They also put a little bandana on her back when she was done. We would choose this place again for their service!

I was very pleased with my pups grooming. His coat looked very noticeably better and they were great and calming down my reactive and anxious dog. He was very calm and happy when I got him too, unlike previous experiences Ive had with PetSmart grooming. Will definitely be using Kenzies K9 in the future! And recommending to other dog owners I know

Almost docked a star-But they are hard workers. I brought my puppy in because I apparently am allergic and needed her mats brushed out realized they needed to just be shaved down so I didn't have to keep brushing her with my allergies.... One of the lady said you need to actually be brushing her from now on. This is why I'm here because, I cannot brush her. Overall they did a pretty good job on my puppy, very quick too.

They are amazing and so nice! They even took my puppy right away on an emergency cleaning. She got into something and eventhough they were super busy they let me bring her in.

Excellent groomer! First time coming here, took my two schnauzers in for a haircut and nail trim. They were both done within 2 hours and look great! Will definitely be coming back

Very bad, I was giving false information and told my dog would have the treatment I had asked for when making the appointment for her and upon picking her up the lady was outside smoking while my dog was unattended and I felt that to be disturbing. My lil dog deserved to get the treatment I had taking her to get. But I wouldn't never go back there againthe !nothing 2the appointment for her. Which didn't happen. But paid for

Worst service ever. The place is filthy. Not talking about pet hair. Dust and fingerprints. I took my cat for what was described as a “ double shampoo and conditioner, nails. “ Danielle, was so rude! She said;” I don’t wet wash the cat. I spray it down and brush it.”I could do that at home. It took maybe 15 minutes for $35 dollars.I brought my cat home, brushed him and there is so much fur left! I called immediately and instead of being apologetic, she said; “ I’ll just refund your money” and hung up the phone. What a waist of time and stress for my cat. I read the reviews about how much they care about cats. I can only imagine these are fake reviews. Now, I will find a true pet groomer.

Love it there. Will always be a loyal customer. Love how they let you come into their shop and not have to wear a mask! Huge to me they respect our freedom! My dogs turned out cute and still smell amazing 2 weeks after! Excellent!

This place is great! They have always gotten us in right away when we need to get in and they are always so nice. Our dogs get their nails trimmed because they won't let us do it at home. Very affordable and in a convenient location for us. We plan on using their other services soon now that we have found them!

Today was my dogs first time ever being to a groomer for anything besides nail clipping. They were very nice to me and took great care of my dog. He seemed to have had a great time while he was there, and the girls were all awesome with him. Prices are amazing too! Hammond will definitely be back to see you guys :-)

I've been twice now to have my cat groomed, and I was very pleased both times. No one locally does cat grooming which makes me like them even more. Groomers have been very polite, the cost is more than reasonable, and there are cats wandering around for random petting and pspsps-ing. Also a small business which I'm happy to support.

I really wanted to like this place. Our dog walker lives up the street so this was a very convenient place to take our dog. I booked our dog for a bath and nail trim with pad cleaning.I stopped in before I booked to make sure place was clean. This they have fling for them. The place was small but tidy. Two cats were lounging around the small welcome area.I explained to them that my trusted dog sitter of 3 years would be the one dropping off and picking up. They had no issues with this. So we booked for the following Friday.We were out of town and I get a text message from our sitter/ walker letting me know that our dog had chewed through the leash while he was cared up there. I said okay I’ll check with it when we get back.So I stopped by the groomers and asked about the leash. They said that while they were taking him back to the kennel he had chewed through it. This didn’t make sense to me. I then asked them if they were leading him back how he chewed through it. They said they put their leash on him also. Once again this didn’t make sense. Why did they need two leashes? Okay, well I then proceeded to ask about reimbursement of the leash. They just looked at me. So I knew that wasn’t going to happen.I knew there was some falsehood happening here , so I asked them if he did good and we spoke out his paws and pads. They said they cleaned out the hair on his pads by using a comb and brushing it up to cut. Uh what? I said fine, and asked if they had any issues and if my sitter had left them a tip. She said no, well I know this was also false because she received a $10 one. Yes I know some of you will say that my sitter might not have tipped her, but I have had the same sitter for 3 years and she has taken care of many appointments for our dog before. When I have gone back to different groomers I have found out that she has tipped more than I would have, and she told me so. So yes I believe her.I wouldn’t recommend using Kenzie’s, for the leash, the horrible job on his pads and also the tip.

Don’t book online.I made 2 appointments for my dogs to be groomed today at 1 and 2. When I walked in, the groomer said they thought I only needed one appointment at 2. When I explained I had 2 dogs, and noted that in the appointment, she left me to talk to her manager. She came back and said they were booked up and couldn’t do either dog?She said when appointments are booked online, they are supposed to confirm them and right now they are too busy? I get that they’re busy. So, stop booking online until you get caught up.The last time they cut my dog, I was 15 minutes late and they charged me a late charge. Today, they didn’t apologize, they didn’t offer me another appointment, they didn’t offer a discount.

I tried to book my dog’s first appointment online. On Sunday, May 2nd, at 9am I was told there were openings for Tuesday at 11, 12, or 1. I replied 3 minutes later saying I would take the 1 o’clock appointment slot. No response. Come today, Tuesday, I message once again asking if my appointment is confirmed or not since I moved my schedule around for this appointment, and get told it is not. While I can understand being busy, as a small business owner myself, I highly value communication. When you offer someone an appointment time and they agree to the time you offer, communicate with them. At minimum say you cannot do that time slot any longer. It’s sad that I had to message again to see if I had the appointment or not. It should not be on me to initiate communication as a customer who was offered a time and agreed to that time. I responded by saying, “Okay, I’ll book my appointment somewhere else. Thanks for you time.” They DID offer another appointment in two days after my response, but I’d rather take our newest family member to a place that values communication and at least responds to me. I was hopeful considering they’re right down the road and I pass them often, but this was a huge disappointment. After reading reviews I see others having communication issues when trying to book with them.

They are efficient. Friendly. And care about your dog. Molly has been treated well. They do a great job with her. Also. You don’t have to call a month in advance to get an appt like some other places. They really try to accommodate your schedule as well. Wouldn’t trust Molly to anyone else!!!

They fixed my old lady up with a new cut. She looks like a whole new dog! She came home super happy and full of energy. I'll definitely be coming back.

Honestly, for what my dogs looked like after...not worth the money at all. I take my dogs elsewhere but couldn't get an appt with their regular groomer so I had no choice but to take them here. I spent $120 on 2 dogs when my usual place charges $90 and puts little scarves on them.
