I love this store, they have unique treats and toys for my dog. The staff are always helpful and friendly and I always like stopping by to get a bully stick. The Christmas Santa was fun and glad we got the pictures taken.

The employees are super attentive and kind. The self serve dog washing station is the best I’ve used! The access to the tub for my old girl was extremely helpful. And it’s the largest tub area I’ve used. Which for a dog her size makes for a much better experience. $15.99 and well worth it! We’ll definitely be back 😊 (they have towels, soaps and a dryer)!

My dog Addie is a German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Rottweiler mix. It all came together well to make a sweet dog. She loves frozen bones and turkey necks. The people at Hollywood Feed are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and I recommend their services.

I get my cat's food here and also treats. They have a lot of options that you don't normally find at typical pets stores. My pets love the green tripe treats and the trachea chews. Employees are also very helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me find new cat litter when ours was not working out anymore. And they've helped me find supplements that have helped my pets. I highly recommend coming here for food quality pet things.

Not only do I love the healthier food options for my dogs, I love the staff and the grooming team. I know them by name and they know mine! I think of each one like family and I know they all have my dog's best interests at heart! I love this location and I especially love the Hollywood Feed team!

We take our Old English Sheepdog to Tasha to be groomed. She does a fantastic job and your can tell she loves her job and absolutely loves animals. It is definitely a pleasure taking Charlie there knowing he is in such kind professional hands!

I have a crazy picky cat and I’m also hell-bent on not feeding her trash which is incredibly hard to do because almost ALL pet food is exactly that albeit they falsely advertise otherwise. This place only carries all the real high-quality real food. I was having trouble choosing because unfortunately with how picky my kitty is I don’t like to get large bags or case packs of wet food and there weren’t many small-size choices at least in dry food. Even if she likes something she decides she is over it pretty quick and wants to know what else I got. While there I was offered help by multiple staff, I was there a long time trying to choose, and while at the checkout I felt the need to explain because I seemed like a weirdo for the hour + wasted there and to my delight the staff offered me a bag of samples— 6 different samples to be exact. They assured me that if I do buy any food wet or dry and she doesn’t like it I’m welcome to bring it back for an exchange and they’ll just donate the remaining food I return to a shelter. I’ve shopped at many pet stores and I’ve never had this level of service. She liked 4 out of 6 and I’ll definitely be returning for her choices. If you have a picky spoiled pet like I do and/or you are looking for true quality food and customer care this is the store for you. 🛒😻😺🐾🥩🍖🍗🍤🏆🥇🐈

Friendly staff and isn’t a large corporate chain. Self service baths for your dogs is a thing here at 15.99 I believe. Good prices similar to other places for items. Welcoming people, environment, and that tells me if I switch where we groom our dog, that I will be comfortable with him in their care. Great place.

The young female associate (didn’t see name on the receipt) was so helpful. We went in last night bc our 8 mo pup is a finicky eater. She took time to talk about different food options and helped us pick out a few options that fit our wants/budget. So helpful! Will be back.

I have been ordering my pets’ food from the Dayton PetPeople location for several months now and I don’t think I can ever go back to Chewy! The employees are so sweet. They always write a little note on our receipts and give us extra goodies for free (not cheap ones either)! Their kindness in combination with their same day local delivery is impossible to beat! I also love that they offer a great selection of high quality pet foods. Highly recommend this store for all your pet needs :)

They literally saved our kittens life. Our kitten was diagnosed with 40% of the things he was tested for. Started on meds, and came home to start a months recovery, not knowing if he made it through treatment if he would even live. Researched and found Lotus raw venison and thought, Captain Pickles needs this. They are the only ones who carry it in my area. We have visited both stores and everyone has been super. Helpful, kind and we so appreciate it. Thank you very much. We are still in the recovery stage, but Captain Pickles loves his Lotus raw foods!

I cannot say enough nice things about the centerville pet people. A few days ago I ordered a couple weeks worth of raw food and some other goodies for my dogs as delivery to my apartment. It's a really long story, but short version is the delivery service (completely SEPARATE company not related to pet people) delivered my order to a random address and my order was no where to be found. I called the delivery service multiple times and was left with "we'll call you back" and they never did. Pet people, on the other hand, was soooooo amazing during all of this! They called me back with updates and solutions immediately and even picked up the raw food I ordered from a different location because they had ran out of stock. They apologized for the inconvenience so many times, but I kept telling them it wasn't their fault! Justin was so amazingly helpful and hand delivered my order himself so as to not cause any more delivery issues. He also included extra treats, coupons, and a gift card for the inconvenience. I also want to mention that every single time I go into their store I feel so welcomed and they really feel like a family there! I'm so saddened that we are moving 3 hours away at the beginning of the year, but whenever I come back to dayton to visit family I'll always go to this pet people! Amazing staff and customer service. We have been shopping at this specific location for about three years now. The prices have recently soared and I am now paying 100 dollars per bag of dog food. The brand we purchase is the best quality we have gotten for our dog so we have overlooked the increase. The issue is the quality of service provided. Over the past few months, each time I have gone in there I have been met by an employee with an attitude and bad manners. The best part about this Pet People location has always been the quality employees who are knowledgeable and helpful. My visit today lacked completely in those values. I’ve dealt with the low quality for a while, but today is the day we will be looking for a new pet shop that carries the same food.
