Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip was good! The texture was a bit softer than what I was expecting based on ice cream making process description on the website. Scoops were big. Excellent ice cream, plain and simple. My favorite in the greater Dayton area, and excellent service to go with it! My favorite is their signature dish, the black raspberry chocolate chip, but truly you cannot go wrong. My friend got salted caramel and double chocolate chip which also was very good. A bit pricey, but well worth it. Highly recommend!

100% perfect. Would try again. Wish I could go there for the first time one more time. The workers were great. My little bro got ice cream all over him.😝 Would recommend the milkshake, salted caramel ice cream and cotton candy ice cream.

Decent ice cream. Store/restaurant was empty when I visited. Restrooms seemed a bit untidy and off-putting. Raspberry chip is a good choice.

Unfortunately, I came prior to the close of it within 10 minutes and I was not be served with my favorite milkshake and the reason because they are already start cleaning! So why you guys says it still open till 10 pm if you will clean earlier what’s the point I have driven 15 minutes and then I can not be served! This is a very disappointing from Grater’s Ice cream and I don’t believe I will be back here ever. Thanks for making my night.

Best ice cream around! I've tried nearly all the flavors and have really enjoyed them all. I love that they have seasonal flavors to keep things interesting. The staff is very friendly and the store is always clean.

We’ve always enjoyed going to this particular place for after dinner ice cream.The staff is always friendly, the prices are not too bad and the selection is just enough to not overwhelm you. I would always recommend getting a milkshake.

Daytons best ice cream by far. The staff there on a Friday night were so warm and friendly, and wanted to help in anyway possible! It’s hard to find staff like that these days, but they were top notch!

Hands down, the best ice cream and shake I've ever had! I first discovered them in Cincinnati and had the amazing Madagascar vanilla, outstanding! Then I saw them on "how it's made" and gained a real appreciation for single batch, French pot ice cream. Each unit is made and packaged by hand, producing the highest quality possible, every time. Last night I tried a shake with Madagascar vanilla and Oregon berry, it was quite likely the best shake I've had in my 36 years on earth. Graeter's is a very special treat that I greatly appreciate every time.

Every time I go in there, I ask for a chocolate milkshake with chocolate syrup or bittersweet topping added into it. Multiple times I have seen the employee who is making this for me use vanilla ice cream instead of chocolate. I have never asked for vanilla, or been asked if I want vanilla instead of chocolate. I have always stopped them and have corrected them, but this time I didn't catch it, and did not get what I asked for. A waste of $6.25.

It’s very nice place to treat yourself with something special. They have many different flavors of ice cream. Also, the staff is very friendly and come fast to get your order. I recommend this place for friends and families.

Just wanted to take a moment to give a well-deserved review! Came in for a quick snack with my wife and was immediately greeted and taken care of. I believe the young man we worked with was named Jack (taller, dark hair). He had a smile the whole time and was there ready to make any recommendations if needed. Coming from someone who works in management, he is the exact person I look for when adding to my team. He even held the door for us when we left! Small gestures like that show the standard this store sets, and I loved it! Keep up the good work!

I usually have a positive experience at any Graeter’s, but the people here seemed particularly friendly and helpful. They seemed happy to be working there and glad to make your special bowl of ice cream.I would recommend trying whatever seasonal flavors are out when you go. They just retired Pumpkin and now have Cinnamon or Peppermint for the holiday season.If I don’t get one of those, Black Raspberry Chip is definitely my go-to. But Salted Caramel Chip or Buckeye Blitz are good options, too!

I have always loved Butterscotch growing up as a kid. Its rare I find myself getting out for ice cream but now that I am within walking distance to Graeters in Oakwood I seem to be there all the time. I'm currently hooked on Butterscotch shakes and haven't ordered anything new the last few times I've been there. The staff is always so friendly and I can even get ice cream for my Boxer so he also enjoys the trip now. Its always good to see a crowd there in the summer enjoying their ice cream on the benches and sitting inside spending time together as a family. Doesn't get any better than that.

I’ve been in a few times this summer and I always see people in line pull down their face mask to eat their ice cream. I know you can take your mask off sitting at a table, but people should not be taking their mask off to eat ice cream and talk in line. You can wait to get out the door. Graeters, please put up a sign to encourage customers in line to keep their masks on!!!!

Not really that great. Their chocolate ice cream tastes like Breyer's or any store brand you can find. Kinda annoying there seems to be kids managing kids and they always have their high school buddies hanging out gabbing away. Either way for the price its not worth it. And at both locations in Dayton there is always freezer burnt pieces in whatever they serve me. If anyone thinks thats normal for hand dipped ice cream its not....youngs dairy can vouch for that!

While most of the employee seem to provide good service. A middle aged woman, seemingly the manager was absolutely terrible. And held up the line with her chatting. During covid! And then she literally left to take a break, no joke. After her causing a long line, she left to go on a break. Chatting outside.

I guess having a conversation with a customer in a empty store is not allow here from the way the manager kaila (I think that's her name) acted towards me cutting the conversation with her very short. I feel pushed out. I love Graeters ice cream and believe me with that attitude I could save money and went to Sonic.

The "peanutbutter" topping is some sort of epoxy-like glue. I feel sick! :/ Had to throw my ice cream out as it was smothered and died in the cup! Overall, the ice cream is good and the people are very friendly.
