I took my new miniature poodle puppy here today. She is soft and looks fabulous. The groomer was very nice and everyone was nice. The price was right. This was the best picture I could great, she's 16 weeks old so she didn't want to stand still for her photo opt.

I brought my cat in to get a nail trim. I called before coming up, and they were very polite on the phone!When they took her behind the counter and back to their area, I was able to see what was going on from looking in the large mirror on the wall, which made me feel better than not being able to see her at all.Amy and Amy were the two who trimmed her nails. They opened the curtain so my cat could look outside while they did it. Less than 5 mins later, we were in the car and headed home.Fabulous place, I'll be back for sure! Thank you ladies for taking care of my baby. This was her first nail trim and she came home happy!

If I could give 1000 stars I would. This groomer is amazing, my pup has always been super melodramatic and hates nail clipping. They literally take 1 minute and her nails are done. Sometimes they let me watch, they just hold her and somehow shes fine. She comes out and they give her a little treat and she's happy and her nails are done. I literally couldn't ask for a better groomer. I will be bringing her here forever now. Everyone that works here is so nice and genuine, and you can tell they love animals and wanna help. Amazing!! 100000/10.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! I just moved to the area with my big, difficult, long-haired Persian cat that always has to be medicated for the groomer. Finding a place that takes cats is hard enough, and these ladies love him! They also charge a fraction of what I've paid at other places, and he smells so good when I pick him up. I'm so incredibly happy to have found this wonderful salon for my boy.

Took our 10-month old Papillon to get groomed for the first time. The groomers did a great job and brought us a very pretty and trimmed doggy. Will definetly be coming here again!! The price was great!

Furry Friends have been doing my dogs for years and years. They have done 2 of my giant schnauzers and 6 of my other schnauzers. They are professional, compassionate, and do an excellent job grooming each animal. Most of the dogs are free to walk around, stay in a cage or go outside to potty or play. Jodi is exceptional and her staff are just wonderful with the dogs. I won't ever go anywhere else and heartily recommend them!

My husband and I have been taking our girls here for several years. We will NOT go anywhere else. Our girls get so excited to have their spa day and each member of their team have special places in our heart. Exceptional skill, incredible love and gentleness, and affordable care with safe and friendly playtime and socializing with other dogs…can I say anymore!! Love them and even moreso…our girls love them!

Maybe just a little overprotective of my animals. Especially my dog. But I would not let anyone else. Besides, my bet touch my dog. Let alone leave my dog alone with them.All that said what a wonderful little shop off of Watervliet Avenue. The people are extra friendly. The dog loves them.and of course my puppy looked beautiful after spending a half a day there. Prices are great too.Don’t forget to tip your groomer.

We love Furry Friends. The service is top notch. Unfortunately though, I have to use another groomer sometimes because they are extremely difficult to reach over the phone. It’s quite a task getting someone to answer or call back. It’s a real shame that there isn’t an online booking service. We really want to use them every time but eventually, we just have to use someone else

My pup is new here and my first time made me a forever customer. My puppy was treated with so much love and attention and she looked great at pickup! Highly recommend if your looking to support a small local business. I also love that I can get my pup in last minute unlike most places with a week or 2 wait. My work schedule makes it hard to make appointments so I LOVE THIS PLACE!

My husband and I recently moved here from Alaska, so we didn’t know where to get our two dogs groomed at but after looking at reviews I immediately told him we should take them here. I don’t regret a single thing taking them here, they were so kind and knowledgeable when it came to what would look best etc. I have a hard time trusting anyone with our dogs because they’re like our children, and they were absolutely amazing to them and I could just tell how much they care. I’ve had some bad experiences with groomers in the past, but I fully trust this place and I know we’ll become regulars. I highly recommend!

Cut a mole off and it wouldn't heal.It cost me over $1,000 to fix it.I gave her another chance and she actually charged me.Plus made sure to give her a bad cut and no bow.I guess she wanted to make sure that I didn't come back. I had gone there seven years and that was how I was treated.

Visited for the first time today. I was looking for a groomer that didn’t just accept cats, but was happy to have kitty clients, and really believe they do! They were able to give a nail trim in about two minutes, very reasonably priced, and were able to do it in his carrier so he didn’t get scared. I’m very happy with the service, and I will be returning!

Cat nail trim was very reasonably priced and did not require an appointment. I was in and out in 5 minutes!! They handled my sassy Siamese cat who is not a fan of getting her nails done with such finesse...it was quite impressive. Folks were very nice and lots of fur babies running around behind the cover to pet and adore. ❤️

By far the best groomer we have EVER had! Our labradoodle loves coming here! The ladies treat her with so much love, care and always go over type of cut. I cannot recommend them enough! Best part, they let the animals run around and be animals, which means they come home tired! Best groomers ever!
