Fetch, please go humane and stop selling puppies!Customers, please don't buy puppies from this place. If you don't know why I'm saying this, look up puppy mills. There are many wonderful rescue puppies out there (I've had one for thirteen years myself!) If you want a pure breed, there are also reputable breeders out there.

Last year my husband bought a puppy impulsively. He was very uneducated and didn't understand the breed that he had chosen. I fell in love with him though. Sadly the puppy did get sick but strangely it was a disease that can't be detected by genetics or even poor breeding there's no way to trace how my dog could've gotten this disease. I took Koda to 3 different vets and no one could figure out what was wrong with him. From May until April of the following year my dog was just sick. I did not attempt to call fetch though because we signed a contract and felt it wasn't there fault. I loved my little boy till the end.Only when I called a Shiba rescue did I find out what he had and it can affect any dog.I called fetch and at that point it was too late to get a biopsy and truly come up with a prognosis. After talking to them for a couple of weeks they helped us find a solution and also stressed that we should've called them in May when the issues started so they could've helped us and possibly gotten the help he needed.Koda died after his first year with us and their warranty stated 50% credit for the store. However they decided to give us a full credit for what he paid for him.Kristie at the dayton mall location was so nice to me and talked to me about her dogs and how it just happens. I fell in love with another shiba at their location and they were able to send her home with me. My daughter has been taking the loss of her puppy hard. She's 6 and she hasn't been coping well. I just want to thank Krisitie and fetch customer service for helping us and doing everything they can to make it right.Remember to treat businesses with kindness and just remember that they do want to help you and they will.

Very clean, staff was attentive to dog’s needs and cages were cleaned right after puppy potties. My boyfriend and I played with a beagle and Courtney was very helpful! She was very knowledgeable and caring about the puppies here. All smiles and very welcoming! We are not ready for a puppy but she did not care, used no pushy sale tactics, was very nice! We will definitely be back when we are ready!

Worst experience ever. We bought a dog and had to return it after having it for a day for personal reasons. A girl named Taylor, who is apparently the store manager go figure, and was acting absolutely disgusting towards my wife because of the return. Like the return wasn't hard enough, because the puppy was an absolute angel, but the customer service here is worse than anything I've ever experienced. Highly recommend never buying a puppy from this place.

Kelsey helped me Friday. Id spoken with her the night before to book an appt with her and an IG puppy the next morning . She was very sweet and very attentive to the puppy and myself. She helped with anything I asked w/out hesitation. It was also apparent she took very good care of the dogs. She really knew my puppies personality, and talked about her routine with her and the other dogs as well. She told me where the breeders were from and how to get in touch with them .We received her registered AKC Papers , her family tree and an adorable 1st baby picture! She made sure I knew how to use the program they use for microchipping and got her name changed in the system before I left. This is the second time I've purchased an IG from this location. My first one is still with is and very spoiled. We got a Minpin from the Beavercreek location and she was a wonderful sweet girl but passed away 2 years at the age of 9 from a sudden infection. I have been extremely happy with the fur babies that we've acquired from Fetch 🐕🐕🐕 💓❤💝💕o

Please be aware before you buy that the dogs come from puppy mills. I happen to get two dogs from Fetch and love them dearly but was told they did not come from puppy mills but when searching the breeder comes up connected to puppy mills. Please adopt if possible so places like this cannot kept getting puppy mill dog!!

Cute and friendly puppies, however no puppy should be contained in such a small glass “aquarium”. The dogs are exorbitantly priced

I am not too sure about this place. The French bulldog price was $5000 on sale which seems extremely high. I did not ask prices of other puppies. I would recommend adopting if possible from a shelter if you are looking for a pet. Does anyone else have info on this business? On the up side the cages looked clean and all of the puppies looked like they were happy and playing or taking a nap, which is typical puppy behavior. The your ladies who were working the store seemed very nice and willing to help, but I have to give only 3 stars because the price seems crazy high.

Absolute scam of a business, only good thing is I was able to save a poor dog from their puppy factory. We went to the store and purchased a dog, we were told it was interest free for 6 months. We make our first payment of 163 then we were immediately charged 119 in interest. We contacted the lender and they said their contract stated clearly their interest rates and how they work. However at the store we were lied to. We were presented “3 different lending options that were all interest free for 6 months” I asked multiple times ensuring they were in fact interest free and we were told yes on all available options. The lender told us to contact the store, then the store rep tells us there’s nothing that can be done. If you go there I promise you’ll pay 8000 for that “3000 marked down interest free puppy. Don’t be like me and avoid this

It makes me really sad that places like Fetch Puppies and PetLand are still open. These are puppy mill puppies. No legitimate breeder would ever let a place like this sell their dogs. The conditions these puppies have to live in is so sad.

These are clearly puppy mills dogs.No ethical breeder would sell their dogs through a pet store, let alone want their dogs to be pushed onto those who aren't prepared. Any "flash sale" on puppies is designed purely to make money, and good breeders do not breed to make money.Find an ethical breeder, the dogs will be higher quality, healthier, happier, and you'll be supporting someone who truly loves dogs.

We got our Beagle Lucie there last week. My husband, Jerry and I had an incredible experience, and the workers were very kind. They were great working with us on the easy installment payments. She is the most beautiful tempered pup. She did have worms, but Fetch did say they would reimburse us for the treatment. We try to go buy the adopt don't shop, however, these shelters anymore seem to only care about money, as I have seen many shelters adopting out their dogs for $200 or more. Not to mention, they seem to want to do home inspections quite often and make sure that you comply with what THEY want for the duration of the dogs life. So if you don't have that fenced in backyard they all seem so desperately for EVERYBODY to have, it's a need not apply (trust me.... we tried). Fetch worked out great for us. We got our beautiful little girl and we love her to pieces. Would go there in a heartbeat and buy another. I am so very sorry for all that had a bad experience, but I just had to write on here that we got a beautifully tempered , healthy, and happy pup. I understand you're really rolling the dice on getting a puppy mill dog. However, these little dogs do deserve to go to a good home too, as they can't help where they come from or where they go to. Be it in a shelter, homeless, or pet store. I hope this helps out.

Save yourself some heartache and just don't.My husband has been considering getting an Australian Shepard or Shepard mix of some sort. He put some feelers out to shelters, rescues, breeders. They quoted him around $2-2.5 k depending on the pedigree, and had long conversations about breed attributes, temperament, on site parents, genetic testing, family tree, etc.I happened to see a cute pup on the Fetch website. I was concerned about the ethical sourcing. They dodge every question about origin, family, genetics, etc. I thought, maybe I could rationalize buying from a place like this to save the little one from the pet store nightmare. If you are going in with that feeling, stop and walk away. Here are some observations:They wanted a bit over 4k for the dog. Almost all of the dogs background is undisclosed. When we arrived to meet the dog, they let us know that they sold it, and 'tried to call' to cancel my appointment but aren't allowed to leave messages. Yes, a bait and switch. They don't actually have the pups they advertise, they just want to get you in the door to try and sell you something else. The pups they actually did have were shaking, goopy, and honestly just seemed all around miserable.I admit, it really hurts. I came to realize that there is just no way to work with a place like this. My advice would be, don't support the predatory lending, sourcing, and deceptive sales practices if you can help it. Find a breeder or breed specific rescue and wait it out!I hope you all find the perfect dog!

Do Not Buy a Dog from here!!!They are not healthy at all! Our dog we bought had Parvo and they did not cover the vet Bill of over 3500.We just got a puppy from Fetch on august 30th and she came home with Parvovirus and is on her death bed!! She has been at the vets since Sept 4th.We have been spending time with her at the vets office. My son has been sick to his stomach with worry if our dog is going to die. This is horrific to watch.I would never buy a dog through this place ever again!!! This has been heart wrenching. The store never reached out to see if their dog lived!!

I had never heard of Fetch Puppies until I received this advertisement in the mail for an "Inflation Buster Puppy Sale". I was so completely disgusted by this ad that I did more research on Fetch and found that both Dayton locations have a history of purchasing from puppy mills (source: Bailing Out Benji). To anyone who is considering getting a dog, there are plenty of more reputable rescues to adopt from. Stay far away from Fetch.

My boyfriend purchased my puppy 7/1/2020 got her 7/2/2020. We brought the puppy home 7/2/2020 that day my puppy was lethargic and sleepy I figured it was cause she was new. The next day she was stumbling everywhere she wouldn't really eat and she was still lethargic And she had blood in her stool so I took the puppy to paws in the vet that fetch recommended. The dog ended up having a bacteria transmitted through dog stool that is highly contagious and she was dehydrated and hypoglycemic her blood sugar was 47! They gave us medicine for the bacteria and food Because she wasn't eating. My dog had continued to become hypoglycemic over and over again so we're pretty sure she's chronically hypoglycemic! We also believe she is not even 9 weeks old! My puppy does not even know how to chew her food up yet! We have to feed her through a syringe. Fetch had told us they were feeding her hard food which means there's no way she was eating while she was there. Or fetch was feeding her soft food through a syringe and didn't want us to know because we wouldn't have wanted to buy her. The puppy was $3100 and she has so many health problems! I also don’t believe that the vet fully helped us they didn’t give us anything or even mention that the blood sugar Could drop again. I will never buy a dog from a pet store again and neither shouldn’t anyone else. I hope my puppy ends up getting the help she needs and we can take good care of her. When I notified the manager of my puppy she said that if the vet suggests we get rid of the puppy because she’s too sick we can get a new one. Like my sick puppy is just some easily thrown away object

My husband and I have purchased 3 dogs from Fetch. Fred in 2004, Beau in 2009 and Bear in 2019. All were healthy, Bear was chipped also. Fred lived to be 15 (basset), Beau 10 (basset) and Bear is almost 2 mini doodle. I would fully recommend Fetch. The only issue is cost. Expect to pay significantly more but they come with complete paper records so you will know their parentage and they are ready to go home. Also, avoid the expensive collars, leashes and stuff. Overpriced and unnecessary. Good overall experience 3x.

Buyer beware. This place is a scam. Any option of financing is a scam. I was told by the store associate I could take advantage of zero percent financing. I was hesitant but she insisted it was a 12 month 0% interest. About 6 months into payments I called to find out the balance and was told I had only been paying interest and had a whole two years of payments! I spoke with a manager who said this was the case and that the only way to avoid more interest was to pay off the account. I paid the balance in full that day. The manager told me I had the option of turning the dog back in...Heartless. To be fair the dog has had several health issues and I regret the whole ordeal. Probably puppy mill dogs, go find a reputable breeder for this price.

Price are extremely high. They don't disclose APR or Interest Rates. They lie about free vet visits and warrant information. They forget signatures on documents and want pictures send to them through text messages. The employees try to get you to go through the paperwork super fast. They use deception and fraudulent acts on customers to get the sale. $3700 was a insane price for a puppy and they want to use scamming methods with financial companies that would end up costing over $8000 and they don't tell you none of this and they will try and tell you they dont see or know this information when they have it on the screen in front of them.

$3,550.00 for a mix breed puppy. You got to be kidding me. Nope for real. Couldn't get out of there fast enough.

I would not buy puppies from here. Yes they are cute or cuddly and most of them are just adorable but don't let that get you 2 purchase a puppy. These dogs are so overpriced it's ridiculous. A normal dog you can buy from a breeder force a $500 or a thousand this place or any other these places that are alike are going to charge you five to six thousand dollars and then once you to finance it as well. Believe me I've almost gone home with dogs from here and I have three already but not from this place from an actual breeder. Just my two cents

This is the worst company in the dog selling business. I have spoken to previous, as well as current employees and they all have spoken extremely negatively about not only the store practices, breeders, but also the owner. They have no morals and buy from some of the worst puppy mills in the country. If you have a problem with the puppy you take home, the owner will ignore your call. In many cases, the puppies also pass away, and still no response from owner or management. Many of their “puppies” stay here over 6 months, look at the birthdays on their website for proof. This is one of the most poorly run businesses I have come into contact with. Please do not support this horrid business or its practices. Don’t even shop for your pet supplies here! Support a better business, such as Petland or go to a local breeder. Shame on you and anyone who supports this business!

I couldn't have asked for a better place to go to add to my family!! I was greeted by smiling faces and beautiful baby puppies. I had so many questions and Rebecca was so sweet and patient with me and helped me learn so much about my new pup. We have gone multiple times to play with the puppies and the employees are always super sweet. I am so happy I chose fetch when deciding on our new baby 💜

Fetch is the best pet store in the area. Super clean, staff is very helpful and friendly & the dogs are very well taken care of & in great health. The pups are up to date on shots & they even offer payment plans. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new member of the family.Ps- the best part is that they use the donations for a different shelter every month!
