First the little white girl tried to overcharge me by 5 bucks. Then she charges me for Swisher's that I didn't even receive. How did you ring it up twice but only one product in bag. Good thing I checked my receipt as I walked out. She was trying to get free items by leaving them out my bag. Or she is scamming the register. Old trick , but I'm older than her.I think family dollar should audit the daily transactions and they will probably find what I already know. That employees that concentrate on cell phones in front of customers are a liability for the company.

Website and sign next to the door says they are open till nine but they lock the doors around 8 and act like I'm inconveniencing them by trying to stop for something real quick on my way home from work. Sign says 9 not 8 hopefully someone higher level than the store itself sees this as the people that work there don't care.

This Family Dollar location is fantastic. Never had bad service every employee is vary kind and helpful. Never have to wait in line for long periods of time. The team work in this location is exceptional, if every employer had a team like this Family Dollar does then there would never be any complaints about anything. So keep up the good work y'all and have a wonderful holiday season.

$3.50 for a loaf of bread and that's the only bread yall carry?? That's ridiculous lmao. You can go get softer, better tasting bread for $1 at either the Dollar general or at Family dollar further down the street. Yall also have mice or rats, yall dont hide those traps under the shelves very well. Found a whole pile of expired pistachios once and had to take them up to someone for them to know, but they've been expired for two months. Gross and overly expensive for absolutely no reason at all.

The attitude of the AA woman that works evening slash/night shift is extremely disrespectful I assume she’s acting her wage, I’ve asked about where something in the store to be told “it’s back there somewhere”

It's what you expect from a Family Dollar. Finding name brand items, typically, a few cents cheaper than the usual big name store. The store is clean and the service is fast paced. That's all I can want for a quick Family Dollar trip.

I made a late night trip here to purchase a couple of items for my newborn and a new comforter fir my younger sister that just moved in. Long story short I was humiliated in one of the worst ways ever when I overheard an employee ask another shopper if they were with the "little girl" with the big bag?-referring to me. She said a few other things and yelled they were closing in 10 minutes this was around 8:15 even though they close at 9. Then she stated she was just going to go pull them now. I continued to shop because I wasnt sure what she was talking about. Well when I was checking out at the register I asked the cashier she said we have people that come in late at night and take things all the time. I instantly felt angered and said to her well she can come and check my purse if she feels the need to she said no it's no problem she just wanted me to keep an eye on things. I said as I stated she can come check she insisted it was fine. I would have waited for the other employee to come back but I needed to get back home to my newborn. Anyway I've never been more angered at the lack of professionalism from a group of employees and will be filing a complaint.......

Slow moving lines rarely have more than one open. Customer service issues, inconsistent and conflicting policy on cigarette sales cuttoff hours. Majority of the cashiers do not acknowledge customers greeting and parting thank you . very rarely have I even been spoke to except to be denied cigarette sale at various times in the evening.

For starters, the cashier was wearing a bonnet that is to be worn at bedtime. Secondly, she was extremely rude and disrespectful. I attempted to purchase a loaf of bread and she tapped a piece of paper as rudely as she possibly could and stated that I couldn't pay for bread using a "large bill." I told her that a 20 dollar bill does not qualify as a large bill, she replied that it is when you can only afford to pay for something that costs $2. Beyond rude!
