I didn't care for the new ultra narrow isles and it will take getting used to everything being moved around. Staff was very friendly and offered to help carry out my bags since you can't take a cart out of the store. I understand the policy but don't like it when having a cartful.

This store have improved dramatically from the last time I been there.....the people are friendly, the store is clean and well stocked.....no boxes on the floor....you can actually see the prices to what your buying......so far the #1 family dollar store.....

My daughter had to leave her back pack up front and some druggy stole it and nobody even tried to stop her. They wouldn't even call the police. We had to call. They even knew the woman her took my daughtets back pack. If anyone knows a street walker with red hair named Hannah please send me a message back. The back pack was black with buttons on it that you clip on and key chains. Her chrome book for school was in it along with my Nokia x100 phone which had a cracked screen. It had my daughters prescription medication in it too. It had a Bible that belonged to my grandfather that I gave my daughter that cannot be replaced. It also had a picture of her grandmother who died in 2013 and she was super close to her. And one of the buttons had a picture in it of her and her grandmother. All I ask is that those are returned. The back pack and all her button and the picture of her grandma. She is so heart broken. My daughter had bad panic attacks and all those things in her bag was what helped her. So ease return it. Police report was already made. If everything is returned I won't press charges. If anything is damaged or ruined I will sue for the cost of everything. Believe me when I say it's better to return what was stolen than to go to prison. Reach out to me if anyone knows anything.

I will never shop at this sto first the manager was rude because her cashier messed up whole service when it wasn't supposed to Verizon Card it was suppose to be tracphone card and the Verizon card was a ten digit number and the tracphone card is 15 digit number there is a big difference.

Some of the staff at this location is friendly. The young African American male they had there today was a great cashier, Although this store is fairly empty most of the time and it's hard to get wat you need from here. I think they need help with inventory and ordering as well as staff to monitor/clean the store while cashier's work the front.

when I first started going to this Family Dollar a few months ago it was a mess inside it has did a whole 360 it looks very clean and organized. Everything is stocked up and is where it’s suppose to be. The staff is very welcoming and nice.

They have new workers & it seemed a lot cleaner today compared to my last few visits. Hopefully it continues to improve with the new staff. They normally have what I need in stock for affordable prices.

It is NEVER a good experience to go to that FD because it is absolutely the dirtiest store EVER. I only stop when it is by no choice. I want to shower as soon s s I get home. Sad thing is that the family dollars in Dayton are not much better. There are solutions if you want that call me.

rude empolyees who ask for money from their customers to feed they babies and buy diapers and when they politely refuse they then insult them and call them names. Meanwhile the assistant manager stands by laughing. later called the store to speak to the store manager was told by the same assistant that she wasnt in. And that she recalls the incident and will talk to the cashier. But the cashier was going through things in her personal life ok then if you let this interfer with your customer service you should be sent home. I have always had bad experiences at this store but this is by far the worst

I love Family Dollar, but it's hit or miss with the employee's at the East 3rd St location. There has been a lot of new ones lately, and there is a few that just need to find a different job. Customer service is not for everybody.

Quick in and out shopping trip.. Cashier was nice.. They are trying to fix this family dollar up.. Hopefully it will keep getting better

This place sucks, I went there and they steal my money. Go to a different store, the Cashiers here just talk to their friends and you’re waiting in line for like 20 minutes without the line even move a little bit.

I went to # 03786 2601 E 3rd st an there was a older man that started yelling at the cashier telling them they was not doing there job an that he was calling corporate and was going to have both of them fired for not doing their job he has been a reoccurring problem and has harassed these two women previously my brother-in-law and I were there at 449 p.m. on 5:30 2019 these two ladies were doing their job and should not be fired for no reason an the man should be band from the store .

This has to be the worse place I have ever shopped. From the unprofessional staff to the constant closing early . The place is filthy dirty and the manager is clearly not doing her job . Workers playing music not appropriate for children and cursing at people !I have been here many time and it keeps getting worse .... Won't be back !

The one on 3rd and Findley.,Is by far the nastiest, dirtiest un stocked and poor management.Just walk in and take a look.Very Unclean.How could their District Managers ever keep their job,its obvious they dont care about their stores.Hell I need a job.Id fire everyone in their and start fresh.

Place was trashed its filthy and product is all over the place the floor is coming up they need to fix up the store its gone down hill the last few yrs it was cleaned up and doing good awhile back they need to get it together amd clean it and replace the floors and everything

Standard fare for a dollar store. It's convenient and inexpensive so for simpler purchases it's well worth a visit especially if you are a little shorter on cash than usual.

The one I went to today was one of the nicer ones I have been in. & their shelves are stocked unlike dollar general & Wal-Mart.
