Since April this store has gone down so much. I'm not sure what happened to the older gentleman that ran the store (Robert?) but he was always getting us out the door quick. The store is not the same.

Continues to close several hours early. This is the 6 times in a month that I’ve been here and they have been closed. The first time I arrived there at 4:50PM and they said they were closing at 5PM. Ok. But the last 5 times I have arrived between 5:10 and 7 PM and there is a sign on the door that said they closed early TODAY but it seems more like a permanent sign than a temporary one apparently. Please update your hours so your customers don’t drive there to find you closed. Very, very frustrating and a waste of gas.

The store has a lot of empty areas and shelves. It's disorganized and dirty. I can't find what I'm looking for because the freight is sitting in the back and not on the shelves.

I needed a few things and Funds were low so I went to Dollar Tree. I found everything that I needed and a few more and it fitted my Budget. The Cashier was very Hospitable and Friendly.

Went in picked up what I needed and left. No fuss no muss. The store was clean and well stocked. Would've been five stars had they not raised everything twenty five scents. Might wanna change the name imho.

And my daughter and I stopped by the Moraine Dollar tree yesterday afternoon just needed a few things to pick up we were looking at a display wall there were some mermaid items on there I reached as high as I could I took one down from the very tip of the bottom all of a sudden I said I can't reach to put this back up there it's so high my daughter took the product and put it back on where it was supposed to be one of the guys working there older slender gray headed with a ponytail came up behind me and very rudely said well how did you get it down then I said I tipped the bottom of it until it fell off and he said well if you can't put it back you shouldn't get it down people come in here and trash this wall and I worked hard on it I said I have never trashed anything he said I'm not talking about you and I said well you might as well have then he proceeded to follow us around the store. Very rude will not shop there again

This is a half decent dollar tree it'sAisles are not set up great and between holidays more then a few are bare, there is a decent assortment of random items you expect in a dollar store and I do love the new $5 section it has so.e great finds

I pulled up to my friendly neighborhood Dollar tree at 7:05 p.m. and found a handwritten note on the door that said We are closed. There was a gentleman standing inside of the store leaning against merchandise looking at his phone I mouthed to him why is it closed to which he mouth to me back I don't know and shrugged his shoulders pointed to the store next door The American Thrift store I sat in the parking lot thinking maybe someone had went to get change or use the restroom and saw three other families also find the same handwritten sign on the door and walk away I then saw a woman from the inside of the store with a Dollar tree name tag walk up to the door and unlock it so a woman and her two children with a basket full of purchases could leave I pulled up to ask them why they were closed and before I could ask the woman closed the door quickly and stood inside

This Dollar Tree is the absolute worst location that I've ever been to. Their shelves are consistently empty. They look like they're going out of business. Head down the road a couple of miles and go to the one a little further down 741. That one is always fully stocked and clean!

This particular store needs a lot of work, cleanup and repairs. There was lots of bare shelves and spilled and dried paints on the floor. It was difficult to find what I was looking for because not much on the shelves. The cashier was friendly and nice to me and other customers. That was about the only pleasant thing about the store.

07/07/2022 about 7:20pm, I visited this store. At the entrance a woman fell down and was unwell. The woman with her and a few customers got her to her feet, into the store doors, and standing up holding onto a cart for stability. The woman with her and other customers were asking if there was a chair she could sit in. The response, if spoken, was a no. Yet an employee was sitting in a chair. Wow. The woman with her was calling an ambulance and asked the woman running the first checkout for their address, she didn’t even acknowledge her. She asked the next woman at the register and got the address. Heartless and selfish people at this location. It’s cool that they can be kind when they check you out, but seriously… Shame on the staff

This place is terrible. The air conditioning must have been broken because it was super hot in there. They had the doors open to try to cool it off...but it felt really stuffy inside. Also I know this isn't the store's but most people there had no respect for our personal space and of course they weren't wearing masks. If you don't absolutely have to go to this store I definitely recommend going elsewhere.

Prior to moving to West Carrolton I worked in West Carrolton just few years ago. Favorite Dollar Tree to go to and just different from the one in previous local neighborhood….As visiting just this year alone I don’t waste my time to STOP…They never have ANYTHING down to meds and basic hygiene products.I really do like the Dollar Tree SOME and yea can go to other bigger stores but sometime prefer smaller stores, save time and ect…But Not just this store any local dollar general in that Area ..Workers just slouches As they there just for a CHECK no common curstesyOften wonder Why dont management take a day of the week close the store to STOCK and least keep the front of stores looking clean…I know people that APPLIED at these places and they don’t even get back with them to higher or interview So SAVE that staffing issue mess. Had better experiences in worser neighborhoods and I just don’t go to these specific ones anymore

Never go to this dollar tree my wife was in there as of August 12, 2021, and she was berated by the cashier and the manager Jason because her card declined and she had no other method of payment. She asked if she could come back and pay for it with another method of payment and Jason degraded her and humiliated her making her seem like a thief in front of customers and his other employees. He also went to the extreme of taking her name and number down which he later called 30 minutes after the time my wife said that she would come back to pay for the stuff asking if she was coming back. When I her husband went in and spoke to him on this matter he tried to deny it and came up with excuses as of why he the manager could not do his job and was very unprofessional. My family and I do not plan on ever visiting the store again and we apologize for the other employees in the store that have to deal with his Degrading and his horrible professional skills in the workforce.

I was here trying to get Christmas decorations and this location is supposed to be open until 11, it is 7:09. There is a sign on the door that says "sorry we are closed" but there is a man inside who is on his phone at the front window with no explanation of why it is closed.

Since the pandemic I understand that it's hard to keep things in stock but I went to 4 dollar tree stores and not one of them had any helium to do balloons plus every one I was in was dirty stock was thrown everywhere what the had which wasn't much sand the lines to check out ridiculous long and one of the dollar trees I went in today was closing at 1230pm today. it's crazy how places can't even open for their regular hours due to lack of staff

They open and close the store whenever they feel like it despite the hours of operation with no explanation. If they would permanently close or temporarily close with a date of reopening, people would get the point but instead you see it open one day and closed the next giving people the impression that your open for business all the time. The costumer service was ok I guess, I kind of got use to it, until I started going to the one in centerville OH. and realized how much cleaner, more organized and friendly they were. I gave dollar tree one star because if it wasn't for them closing periodically, I would never know how much better the other stores were, so in a way...........thank you

Store was fine, but there were 2 people in front of me to pay that had carts full of stuff and it was taking forever to check them out. While waiting to pay, the line behind me had become 12 deep. Still, the cashier did not call for help to get another register open.

The store is very nice. I purchased a 2021 calendar and went to the checkout. The lady at the checkout was very polite. She was professional and personable. I usually go to the one by the mall, but will come here now.

It needs help. It's dirty and now the new cashier doesn't even speak English. She counted my money over and over. My bill was $34.33 and I gave her 3-10's and a $5. Could not have been easier. But, she looked at it and counted it over and over and over. Ridiculous!!!

I was in your store lastnight and the cashier was on his celll when I approached. Their was no eye contact or the typical "How are you?" He gave me my total under his breath. Customer service is key!! My impression was that he was clearly there for a paycheck. ☹️

Place has always been alive even through inflation. Inflation did hit a good portion of the store though, so not as many items as there usually is.
