Dollar 🌲 Tree on North Main street in Dayton, Ohio is located within the Northwest strip mall. I think that it's a great location. The Dollar Tree set's right by a USPS office. The only problem that I noticed is people that linger in the parking lot. Don't take me wrong, but watch yourself. The Dollar Tree is well stocked, and has a friendly staff. So if you want to save money visit the Dollar Tree in the Northwest strip mall.

When I say everyone in the store smoke dope and have thr worst attitudes . New mgt talking about my store . DOES DOLLAR TREE NO YALL GETTING HIGH THERE? YALL MISERABLE . I WOULD BE TOO. BETTER BE HAPPY YOU STILL HAVE EMPLOYMENT.

It's EXTREMELY UPSETTING to experience how this store is CONSTANTLY and CONSISTENTLY DIRTY and UNORGANIZED!!I have visited several times. During these occasions, there is only one person at the register trying to service the long line of customers even though several other employees are present.On this last trip, the cashier constantly apologized to us for being the only person of service. Meanwhile the others were laughing in the back and on their phones. When I asked if someone could open another register, one responded they were unloading a delivery truck.I HOPE this store can be improved!!#DISAPPOINTED #MyLastVisitWasMyLASTVisit

Picked up some helium balloons. They had about 25 styles to choose from but out of the 7 styles I chose from they only had 4... keeping them fully stocked would sell more. The young cashier that helped me was VERY polite and apologetic for not having the ones I wanted but didn't have. I will go back because of the cashier.

So this is the worst dollar tree I've been to. Don't go in if you're not willing to stand 10 minutes in line. Half of the stock is waiting to be put on the shelves. It's almost always a messy store. I've showed up at 8 and they close at 9 only for them to have a sign up saying closed for whatever reason lack of employees was one of the reasons. If you need a dollar tree go to huber or anywhere, not here

Store is unkeep and junkie. Store had sign stating open at 10 and it didn't open at 10. Floors need cleaning badly.Not a great selection of merchandise. Only reason for me to return is excellent staff member Dontae

Just saw the video of a man being racially profiled here. I've never had a problem at the dollar trees I go to. Maybe they need to send employees from the stores I go to in order to teach this people the proper way to handle customers. Yes the sign was up about bags but that was people 16 and younger. This was a grown man. And the worker threatened him with mace. Like seriously dollar tree you guys allow this type of behavior. The man had proof of the clerk's actions but instead the cops don't check it n then banning the man from the entire strip mall. All this cause some racist clerk saw a "scary big black man " and freaked out. Shame damn shame on dollar tree and the entire Dayton Ohio police department.

I've been to Dollar Trees around the country, never been in one so absolutely FILTHY! Stock carts left in the middle of the aisles, merchandise on the floor. I don't think the floor has ever been swept or mopped. This store is a disgrace to the entire chain. Sometimes a dirty store can be blamed on customers, but this is an indicator of a lack of care by the management. I'd hate to see it closed- as it is needed in the community- but new management should definitely be placed.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. This is my favorite Dollar Tree in the city. It's neat and clean. Everything is organized. The other stores appear junky and I might have to hunt for what I want. NOT THIS STORE. I LOVE THIS STORE!

The situation on YouTube could simply have been taken care of if the employee had asked to check his bag when he had returned instead of calling the cops. I don’t approve of customers being threatened with mace either.

Over the last few months every time I’ve tried to visit this Dollartree it is closed!! No matter the time of day, like right now it’s just a few minutes after 4p on a Sunday. I used to be a store manager for Dollartree and this was never acceptable!! We couldn’t ever closed outside of posted hours. This store is hardly ever open ever!! I wouldn’t even give them a star!!

I will not stand for racism. There has been a video that came to light of a Trans male im guessing, calling the cops on a customer for buying a juice and not checking in his bag. Then threatens to mace the guy. All this just to cause an unnecessary scene and possibly get someone hurt. This employee is ridiculous. Makes me believe the whole establishment is a reflection of him/her because he was so comfortable doing it. What a disgrace.

This place is always dirty, workers don't like to work and are rude. This is the hood dollar store. They need to hire people who want to work and not be on the phone all day.

The reason I give this place one star is because the store was so Messy it needs a lot of organization I would say probably passed down by management needs to re-educate the employees on how to maintain a safe and organized establishment but other than that the staff was very courteous and polite if they was a place I could write that I would give it five stars

Its crazy because I watched the video of that guy and realized that I live literally less than 15 minutes away from there and the police didn't disappoint to disappoint. The audacity of dollar tree that they made him feel comfortable enough to do this without him thinking about the state of his job during any of the video!!

Video has come to light (Googling Dollar Tree Dayton OH Racist pulled it up pretty well) of an employee kicking a customer out, calling the police and threatening to mace a customer for not leaving the store, because the customer did not leave their bag at the front. This is uncalled for, regardless of race. Almost as if the long haired worker took a bad day out on an unfortunate man.

They call the cops on people without warning. And the cops in this area are disrespectful. When they realized that a black man hadn’t done anything illegal they denied him his right to press charges on the dollar tree employee that threatened to mace him. And then when he asked to leave they tried to pin him as a gang member for making a peace sign.

When I got home from buying two pare of earbuds I tried out one of them and they didn't work at all. I even tried to turn the volume up, NOTHING then when me and my mom went back to switch them out we took the second pair with us just in case and when I switched them out the same lady that rung up both earbuds said "y'all gotta pay for the second pair" when the first time I was there she saw I had two pairs I would not go here.

Its 7.01pm I wanted to get me something and the door was locked and people were inside. They said its closed, I said it says until 8pm she said my boss asked me close the door. They let black people in but not me. Now tha is racist and prejudice.

went here for a phone dock, spent couple minute looking isle to isle for the phone cord and adaptor section when i notice this young black woman following me around, i get to the end of the nect isle and here's another black woman looking at me like i'ma rob the place. walk right up to her and asked "eccuse me, do you work here?" she's to busy giving me a visual pat down then says "whats that?" pointing at my smart phone case on my belt.had to open it show her i wasn't stealing something from the damn "everything one dollar or less" store be fore she would help me find what i was looking for.when i asked her if she had the little phone stand docks she didn't even know, just told me to look myselfwill never shop at this terrible store again!
