If I could give 0 stars and leave a review I would! We visit this location at least 4 times a week. The employees are by far the rudest people ever. Except 1-2. The management has no business being in the positions they are. The squeaky toy they use for service the employee snatched it away from my daughter on not once but two separate occasions. Which she had no business doing. If you don't like the sound don't use it. The manager was so rude to my husband today when he called riverside to check on them as she had a sign on the door during business hours. He was genuinely concerned about her safety. She stated oh your always causing problems. Never have we ever been a problem there. We spend a lot of money in there and never say anything about the mess of a store or the rudeness if their employees or the times we have sat waiting for someone to come cash us out. He even picked up some items out of the parking lot that someone dropped and took them back inside to the staff . But that is how they treat their customers. I will take my business up to family dollar from this point forward. That about $200-$300a week they are losing out on. You need to learn how to treat your customers. As well as clean up your store and staff!

Kind of weirded out by the gentleman name Dominic that works there that harassed a customer for smelling like weed. I felt like it was a weird flex, especially coming from a manager of a Dollar general in a poor part of Dayton. Other than that, I've never had any problems with this location. People are generally nice

Very impressed by the sweet cashier today! A little girl came in to purchase art supplies...did not have enough $ to pay for it and the cashier stepped up and paid for her balance out of her own pocket! I think there was a holiday song about this good deed! Like she said, "if it was my child...i would want someone to do the same thing!" Lovin the kind vibes!💮

So I go in there and buy a Sephora card for my sister I pay 150.00 for it the guy who was working never processed a card before couldn't figure out how to do it so he calls someone to help him. I walk out to my car check the card it has a 0 balance Sephora said the card was never processed dollar general says they are not responsible for there own employees ignorance and won't refund my money don't buy these cards there they don't stand behind the stuff they sell don't buy anything for that matter Walmart is cheaper anyway

Would never recommend this store the very unprofessional highly rude they change the prices when you get to the register. Accuse you of stealing because your taking to long to shop. They sell broken merchandise and refuse to refund after a week even with receipts

That's my Dollar General Store they treat me like family!!! I absolutely love each employee....they couldn't have better people working in that store. Thank You, for making my visit so wonderful. That's why I'm ALWAYS in there 2-3 times a day 7 day's a week!

I arrived at this store at 7:56PM last night, which i understand is cutting it pretty close to 8:00PM closing time. I needed to purchase some medicine for my boyfriend who was miserable with strep throat. Because another customer exited the store before I got the door and I knew what I was getting and was in a hurry I didn’t sweat the clock too much. When I walked up to the automatic doors they wouldn’t work, I kept thinking maybe I was trying to enter in the wrong spot or something wrong so I tried to open it. I knocked on the door to no avail. I walked back to my vehicle grabbed my cell phone to verify the time as well as a sign on the door let’s leave it because snd it was 7:59. They answered abs said they close at 8. I said well I’ve been here trying to get in for 5 min and I know exactly what I want. They said they were already counting down their drawers. I asked if they closed early and she said yes and stated what time they opened tomorrow.

I love when I can shop here, but they're constantly closing early. Some nights I go there at 7pm and they're closed. Also many things stay unstocked for a long time. Starbucks doubleshots 6.5oz always run out quickly, store brand chips always gone, smaller bags of Tide run out, etc.

Found a lot of after holiday items on sale. Store is always clean and in order. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I like shopping here.

Dirty, cluttered and disorganized. Workers complained the entire time I was in the store. Manager hollered through the store at customers to tell them it was time to leave. Manager was complaining about it was going to take him all night to get out of there. Just overall unprofessional. Needs a deep cleaning and organization.

One of the larger stores...or it seems larger when I shop here. Very helpful store associates, they made my shopping experience pleasant and they have a better inventory than some of the other dollar general stores in the Miami Valley.

Sketchy. So so so sketchy. Inside was dirty, messy, and disgusting. The outside I'm pretty sure I was witnessing a drug deal. No joke, after walking around for 2 minutes I turned around to leave and the one employee working called me "bae" when he asked if I was finding everything I needed. So creepy.

Due to a problem with the plumbing, the associate needs to go off site to use the bathroom and must close the store briefly. Not her fault, but rather the companies.

It has a nice selection ..the only downside to this is a lot of times the boxes are blocking the toilet paper and paper towels on the back wall

Sundays is busy in this location, and for some reason the 2nd employee will not come out and help, even with a line going all the way to the door, doesn't make sense.
