Called the pharmacy at 230pm and was left on hold for over 33 minutes until the phone just disconnected- changed pharmacy’s because of it- staff was never pleasant when I did use them- 0/10

Close to where I live. Very friendly, helpful, and polite. They go out of their way at all times. Very patient with my deafness. I can't imagine ever going anywhere else ever again!

32 N Ludlow CVS is now my preferred pharmacy. Until today, I disliked and would avoid CVS - actually I have been to CVS 2x in last 15 years. Today I phoned 6 pharmacies (Cosco, Meijer, Kroger, Walgreens...) and twice phoned 32 N Ludlow. I spoke to two different pharmacy techs at 32 N Ludlow who were polite, thorough, and even proactive in answering my questions. Because of those techs, I have chosen this CVS to be my preferred pharmacy. Here is hoping the pharmacist are as good as their techs :) I never thought I would return to CVS, let alone this one closes at 6 and has no parking lot.... but I am soooo excited I found them. I will post again if the experience changes... otherwise it is 5 stars by me

DONT GO HERE TO THIS PHARMACY. I'VE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO BAD. WHEN I WAS WALKING OUT OF THE STORE SOMEONE SITTING OUTSIDE SAID MAN I SAW HOW THEY TREATED YOU IN THERE AND THAT WAS TERRIBLE SO THAT WAS EMBARRASSING BY IT'S SELF SO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. EVERYONE I SPOKE WITH WAS VERY HATEFUL.

It is the only place in downtown Dayton of this Rx/General Store variety that I know. Walking distance from Crowne Plaza and Convention Center.
