We come to the store several times a week. Sometimes just to look, Sometimes in need of something specific. We are always greeted with smiles and hello's. All the girls are just as friendly as can be. Especially Betty! She always goes out of her way to stop and say hi and ask how we are doing. Such a sweet girl : )

Everyone is very polite and friendly here. THE SERVICE is unnecessary as shelves are always neat and tidy and sticked for whatever they offer on a regular basis.. They always get your rewards card entered and if you're looking for something they are always there to help! Nice clean store. Not like a Dollar General. BIG LOTS RULES!

aim checking out the cashier asks me if I'd like to sign up for the points program I said no the woman beside me rudely blurts out why don't you give me the points, I said that wouldn't be the cashier gives her the points I'll never go back. On the way out I hear them running me down

TERRIBLE customer service in Furniture. Went to buy a sectional, ottoman, and TV stand. We were completely ignored for 30 mins. We decided to go next door to Furniture City and had a much better experience for a way better price.

I was there almost 30 minutes trying to get help in furniture department. Lady at register called several times for help. Nobody!! Cashier told my granddaughter to knock on breakroom door and got snapped at. Very rude!! You lost our business. Terrible customer service.

Call and ask questions before you order ANY furniture online. I ordered a couch that was on sale for 600 a smaller L couch. I got a call that is a piece of it. And to order it totally would be in sections even though there wasn't an option for it.It said originally it was 1,500. I doubt a piece of the couch was thata amount. . Now I have to wait 5 days to even get my money back. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT

Some of the friendliest and most helpful staff I could've asked for. They were swamped on Memorial day and did not have what I was looking for in stock but they were quick to make a call to other nearby Big Lots for them to hold what I needed. The only negative thing I can say is how hot the store is. It was exhausting being in the heat of the store, and most the employees were sweating a lot. Apparently 78 is the lowest they are allowed to put the temperature at which I think is a little ridiculous for employees to have to work all day in that just to save money.

For labeled as a "discount store", their prices are really high. The clearance isle would be Walmart and other stores regular prices. The food prices are equal to or higher than Walmart, Fresh Thyme, and Kroger. The "discount" furniture is even priced higher than showroom floors at furniture stores. Head up the road to Walmart by bus or car and get things for cheaper, with better dates on the food. So many employees, and a line of customers waiting at one cashier. It's a joke!

The cashier was really nice. I went in for Halloween stuff and they had a little bit but most wasn't my style. Overall, good but a some items were a bit overpriced in my opinion. I did buy some lights for my porch though, for $12, and it was 23ft so not too bad for the length.

Love shopping at this Big Lots. The prices are reasonable and they also give veterans 🇺🇲 a discount. The staff is personable and always has great attitudes even when you are a repeat last minute shopper. They dont make you feel like your on their last nerve. Please dont get the idea that im encouraging anyone to go shop at 5 minutes till closing time but if you do, just know they are amazing and will treat you just the same as the first shopper of the day. Big Lots and/ or the manager must be doing something right to keep the employees happy😁

I was happy to find some good deals here! Also, I had fun browsing in general. The store is clean and well-organized which made for an easy and enjoyable visit.I was successful in finding some presents and some great deals on baking supplies (even fancy organic stuff!).This might become a place I go out of my way to stop!

Has a lot of home things to choose from, including furniture. Be prepared to have your receipt if you return something because if you don't, they will only give you half of what your item cost - a policy I don't understand. What I tried to return wasn't even opened or damaged in any way. When I questioned the clerk , I was told "That's just the way it is, it's our policy."
