I’m always happy to enter the doors of this entertainment hub! It’s like walking into Lego land for kids to all things electronics, gaming, personal and business services. I went to see my IT gurus at geek squad and per usual they were just so helpful and didn’t make me feel like my concern was priority. I love this place I just can’t see myself losing.

Best Buy consistently offers a 🌟 good shopping experience across all locations, though floor support 🛒 has been declining. It’s often challenging to find assistance 🕵️‍♂️ or get questions answered. Despite this, it's still a great 🛍️ place to browse and shop, especially during Black Friday 📅 or Cyber Monday when the deals are best and staff 🎉 availability seems to improve. Be prepared to navigate the store 🗺️ on your own if you visit at other times.

Best buy is always awesome. A.C. was awesome. Justin was great. I need to make a flashy high-$ acquisition soon: so I went in at 7p to just scout. Admittedly it's late on a Monday and I made a bee-line to the bathroom when I walked in: but it took 10 minutes for Justin to finally ask if I had been helped after I had been doing my best impression of a very lost, scared, and confused person. But, once I needed someone - Justin was on it and AC seemed like a pro.

Recently bought a new fridge and I gotta say the fridge it's self is fantastic!! Movers brought it in and installed/balanced in under 15min and I couldn't be happier only issue we ran into was I was told to buy a hose that I ended up not needing and when i knew we didn't need it the return was too late but 9/10 would recommend

It was alright. I’m not a fan of the salesmen. They told me a couples lies or things to deceive me. Tried getting me to lie about my income to boost their commission for credit card sales. Lied about how computers are stuck in S mode. (I bought a computer in S mode and turned S mode off VERY EASILY). They lied to me about geek squad prices.

Best Buy advertised online an open box flagship cell phone for $638. Went in store, they pulled it out (actually available) and could see it was $638 on the website, but couldn't sell it to me for $638. After ~20 minutes of wrangling with their systems, they say, "we can't sell it to you for the price on OUR OWN WEBSITE. order it online". online ordering wasn't available as I was within 1 hour of store closing."Order it tomorrow, it might even be cheaper"today, that exact same open box phone is $695scuzzy scummy false advertising

READ BEFORE BIG PURCHASES AT THIS LOCATION:We bought an open box TV from this location which was listed in "excellent condition." Directly from best buy's website, excellent condition *should* mean the following: "look brand new — with no physical flaws, scratches or scuffs — and include all original parts and accessories (or a suitable replacement). The product will be in its original box (or a suitable replacement)."The TV we received was NOT in the original box. In fact, we were given a 65 inch TV in a 77 inch box, and when we received it there was no padding on one side of the TV (it was able to slide around inside).Even worse, the TV came with no legs, no remote, and no instructions/packaging. The advertised panel which should have been included to cover the wire-ports was missing. The only thing in the box other than the TV was the power cord.Despite this going against their own company policy, and despite spending ~1800 on this TV, the management offered nothing for our trouble other than a refund. Given the fact that this false reporting of an item's condition likely violates Ohio Consumer Protection laws, we were quite surprised by their poor customer service.They lost our business for this purchase and lost all our future business.

Placed my order to pick up an item, receive an email that they are getting it ready for pick up. I am omw to pick up said item (I live 2 hours away) and I receive an email one hour later jst to tell me that my item has been cancelled. I was more than halfway to their store. Work on updating your stock items

This was the worst buying experience I have ever had. I purchased a whole kitchen bundle on black friday. Our sales person told us that it would take 3 days to be delivered. I get an email on the day I am supposed to receive my items stating that I will not be getting them until around the 1st of the year(about a month and 10 days later) well the day finally comes for my delivery. The delivery guys damaged my fridge while bringing it into my home. They also did not have the dish washer I purchased. They stated that it would be here in about 10 days. I also paid to have my microwave oven range installed and they said that they didn't have have that in their order. They scheduled for another person to come out to do the install. So they come out days later to do the install and state they can't because we don't have an outlet which I had told the salesman that was the case and he stated they will install one. So now I have a damaged refrigerator, a dishwasher that I still haven't received and a microwave range that is not installed sitting in my kitchen floor. I also emailed my salesman and his supervisor and have been completely ignored. Terrible service

The cashier fingernails were so long she could hardly type on the screen. Could not answer a single question about a warranty. Acted like it was a chore to bend over and scan the bar code. We did get a good deal on our TV though.

Outstanding customer service! I purchased an open box Bosch dishwasher listed as excellent condition. Got home not to find out the supply kit that comes with the dishwasher was missing. Spoke to Tim at the Dayton Mall store (he is who I worked with when I bought it). He checked the warehouse and could not find the parts kit. Offered to return it or compensate me for the parts if I ordered them from Bosch. Got the parts needed, which cost $166, and went back to the store. Spoke to the store manager, sorry I didn’t catch his name, and they refunded me the cost! We hear all too often how the “big box” stores lack customer service. Not today, thank you Best Buy for being top notch!

I've done plenty of business at this location and this will be my last time doing business with this location. I'd purchased a device that was one day out of there policy window on what was clearly a manufacturing error and told from a gentlemen who claimed he was the GM stating "he's a reasonable person" to get this swapped out I'd need to spend more money. Joe V you've sealed the deal on my business lost! Good luck to you and your team!

Store just fading away. Walking in it was about 5 or 6 employees standing around by the front door, just handing out a 3 day sale ads. Was coming to buy a car radio and while browsing the selection I was waiting for a employee to walk by to ask questions about installation after deciding on what radio i wanted to purchase but after 10 minutes only one came past but said " I'll be right with you " another 10 minutes went by and no assistance so I just decided to shop around area. Found a shop with the same radio $40 cheaper.

Trying to work with Best Buy is an exercise in frustration. I have the buyer protection plan, was trying to talk to someone about issues with 2 of my Best Buy products, and ended up on the phone for 25 minutes with 2different people who obviously spoke English as a second language and were working remotely with dogs barking and babies crying in the background. I was unable to schedule someone to come to my home to address the problems, no problems were solved, and the issues were never addressed. Avoid Best Buy. They want your money but don’t want to talk with you or follow up.

I'm ready to go thanks Best Buy!Update! The Mic is excellent!I also brought a drone for Best Buy recently and the quality is great for the price!I didn't realize Best Buy had some many good values on various products.The customer service was awesome as well! 5 Star! Went with my roommate to get a new TV. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They actually helped my roommate find a better TV at a cheaper price than what he was currently looking at. If your looking for electronics this is probably the store you'll want to go to.
