I just called to ask if they were accepting new patients, as our Morkie has a loose tooth that needs pulled. I was told "we don't do extensive dental work, you'll have to go somewhere else". A simple tooth extraction? "Extensive"? Makes me wonder what they DO do.

Scam/hack vet. If you care for your animals, this is not the place to take them. Also, don't let the puppy mill, Hall of Fame Bulldogs, fool you into sending your pup there. Please take the advice, these people are criminals!

Dr Hoxworth is hands down the best vet I ever experienced. Sadly, she doesn’t reach around for everyone so going to the clinic is a bit like running the gamut. One day it’s decent and the next time the office manager is biting everyone’s heads off for no apparent reason.

I live just around the corner, I needed a quick nail trim for my dog. They wouldn’t do it because we are not regular clients, ok, but they are not accepting new clients. What a joke! Just a quick mail trim. Come on people.

Took my kid in here to get a check up, they told me they only do animals and when I told then that my son identifies as a German Shepherd, he proceeded to get on all fours and bark repetitively, they told to leave or they will call the cops. This generation, SMH.

Simply said. I call about dog with ear infection and they are not taking on New Clients. I just want to get his ears looked at and ear drops or cleaner. 3.5 rating ...and guy says no clients being taken on for 4 years now they are to busy.

Today, had to take our cat to this vet because he had several cuts and had been bleeding since yesterday. When my husband went to pick up the cat because they'd called and said he was "ready", the cat was STILL bleeding. No bandage, nothing. Okay, they;d clean the wounds but that was all. They inform us they couldn't bandage him because the bandage would not stay on, except WE had bandaged him last night and it stayed on all night. $121 for basically no care. No longer willing to recommend this place sadly. UPDATE: My cat saw a different vet today, his tail is infected and now needs amputated. Will never go back to this vet again. My act would have died if I had not bothered to seek a second opinion.

I Definitely do NOT recommend this place. We live right outside of Danville and had an emergency with our dog this morning. He was bleeding bad and needed stitches from falling into a window. They told my husband, who was already on the way to them with our dog, that they weren’t excepting new patients. And they wouldn’t be able to help.

My husband and I purchased a dog from a breeder in Ohio who used Danville Vet Clinic. We week after purchasing and receiving documentation that our pet was deemed “healthy”, our dog ended up in the emergency room with double pneumonia. The doctor at the hospital stated that there was no that our dog was not sick when we purchased him. The documentation states that the breeder had our dog at the vet the day before we picked him up. Very upsetting.

we are a rescue in Canada and we took a lot of dogs thru Danville and without exception they stole from us - charging for teeth cleaning and never touching those teeth. They dont deserve 1 star but i had to pick 1 to postI want a refund for all the dogs or i will reverse the credit card charges for services not rendered all the way back to january.I told them this and they decided not to do dogs for me anymore LOL since I would not use a vet who steals.You are going to have to man up and do the refund or lose every cent you charged me since if you didnt do i be you didnt do a lot of thingsSusan SteinerLotsaDogs Rescue
