Had the most wonderful experience. Got my keys locked inside my car and the driver was incredibly kind, calm, and obviously an expert in his field as he had my car unlocked within minutes. Absolutely deserves praise for being as efficient and professional as he was! Was assisted in the night of 04.16.24 and Tommy boy was dispatched through my roadside assistance. Would recommended all over again :)

I needed lockout service late evening on December 23rd. The 1st company my insurance dispatched (TommyBoy Towing) had yet to arrive 10 minutes after their ETA. I had to call them to find out that their driver had a flat tire and they wouldn’t be coming. Must have been a major issue for a tow company. :::eye roll:::The worst part was that they made me wait about an hour and didn’t communicate with me or my insurance company at all about the situation. I had to cancel the request myself which then made it more difficult to turn back around and ask for lockout service again. I absolutely do not recommend them. But Triple J Towing saved the day, had excellent communication, arrived at their designated ETA, were kind, professional, and efficient.

I broke down out of town, stranded, and with no options. My insurance people found this small town company and they gave an ETA of 80 minutes. The guy showed up in half that in a pretty good looking tow truck.(I've seen some junk ones). Within seconds of showing up, he had it up, and ready to go. The driver was professional, knowledgeable, and made the most unfortunate of circumstances easier. Thanks TommyBoy Towing! 5 out of 5 stars, would recommend.Service: Long distance hauling

Super experience from start to finish with Tommyboy towing.My hybrid minivan became incapacitated after an encounter with deer while I was 3hrs away from home.On a holiday weekend. (!) No human injuries just an undriveable van 3hrs from home. 😑Hybrid poses extra needs for towing. Driver took the time needed. Driver was kind, patient, trustworthy at time of service. Owner of tow company was quick to offer ways to help me get my van moved back to my hometown at best/easiest cost and although my insurance company ended up making those arrangements I wouldn’t hesitate to use Tommyboy towing if ever in need again.Services: Special vehicle towing, Car towing

If I could give them 0 starts I would.We broke down on a trip to Detroit and were two hours away from home. After waiting 3 hours to get someone to our car and after being told it was okay to leave our vehicle this company was dispatched to us. We then received a phone call telling us the tow was not going to cost the $75 we had already paid, but $300 because our car was in a "restricted area" and also we would need to now be present at either the pick up or drop off location to collect said payment. They assured us that this was the ONLY company that was allowed to tow our car because of it being in a "restricted area".Long story short. We were NOT in a restricted area, it was a complete lie and an attempt to take advantage of us during an unpleasant situation. We had already pulled through the toll both and paid and were on the ramp, making it public property and NOT RESTRICTED. I was told by the roadside company that the driver stated he knew exactly where we were and there were no other options.After essentially telling them both to shove it (in the nicest way possible) I was able to find another company (Triple J Towing - please see a glowing review from me on their site) within 10 minutes for only $90.My advice: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - they are clearly not honest people.

Dropped off a U-Haul trailer that I brought in from Michigan. Could not believe there was aU-Haul dealer in Cygnet! Extremely convenient! Super friendly folks. Didn't even get out of my vehicle when I arrived. They walked up, took off the trailer and said "you are all set!"If you need a Uhaul dealer near here.. this is the place! Why go to Findlay or BG or Toledo? This is 1 minute off of 75 in a small town. No traffic, no nonsense. They may not have what you need, but check here first!Service: Long distance hauling

On a cross country trip and had transmission problem on I-75. Coasted off interstate and while googling auto repair found TommyBoy Towing in the nearest small town. Checked with them first before calling AAA and they were incredibly helpful at recommending local repair shops and even called around to see who was still open on Saturday afternoon. Went above and beyond in their helpfulness. Five stars.

Driver was rude to my wife and was more worried about being on his phone than getting the van loaded. He was so preoccupied with his phone while towing the van that he didn't see a car braking in front of him and had to drive off road to avoid an accident. And it turns out he brought our van to the wrong dealership. When we called to try and figure out where our vehicle was the receptionist, who is apparently his wife, got attitude and yelled at my VERY pregnant wife passing any blame onto us. She also yelled at the Progessive representative when they called to speak with them. I hope you lose your contract with them. No one deserves to be yelled at when trying to find their missing vehicle.
