Best CAT GROOMERS ever!!!!! I take my big fluffy cat here about every 6 weeks for the last 2 years. They do such an amazing job cleaning and brushing my cat, Lion. Their price is very affordable too! They get out all of his loose shedding fur and this prevents him from getting matted. He comes home smelling clean and with the softest fur ever. The people here also love my cat and talk to him and cuddle him. They tell me he purrs the whole time while they groom him. Honestly I couldn't ask for a better cat groomer.

Do not EVER take your cat to Unique Boutique Pet Grooming Salon. My cat had been going there for the last two years for the exact same services: a simple sanitary trim, brush out, and claw trim every 3 months or so. It started out as a relatively great experience. Since he only has one eye, he gets scared when they’re working on his blind side because he can’t see what’s going on, so every now and then they wouldn’t be able to finish his nail trims because he was too panicked, but other than that, never any issues.Today when my fiance went to pick him up, he was half (extremely poorly) shaved! They claimed that when I called to make his appointment I asked for him to be fully shaved, which I have NEVER done before and would absolutely NEVER do as he’s strictly an indoor cat and the experience would be traumatizing for him. He was so terrified during his “grooming” experience today that they couldn’t finish the service they were NOT even asked to do.Being so familiar with his anxiety with grooming, if I actually HAD asked for him to be fully shaved, you’d think they would have said “I’m sorry, I don’t think that’s a good idea. We can’t provide this service.” I’m so unbelievably hurt and angry with this extreme lack of professionalism and care, and my poor cat is distressed and uncomfortable. Please, especially if you have a cat with a disability, take your fur baby to another groomer who is honest and equipped to properly care for them the right way and know what they can and cannot do. And, you know, who doesn't perform services that they most certainly were never asked to do.(Note: they did not charge us for the "service", but I do not believe that is enough to rectify this beyond awful experience)

This place is the best for you and your pet(s) as are Danette and Melanie, the groomers. We had taken our beloved dog Pudge, RIP, to Danette for years. Not sure who Pudge loved more, Danette and Melanie or us, LOL! We now have our daughter taking her dog, Franz, there for grooming...and they live in Columbus. Ahhh, and as a bonus we get to see both for a too infrequent visit, 🤫Danette's establishment is clean and very welcoming. Prices are reasonable. Service is provided with love, care and safety for your pet.We have referred many, all who are very happy with the services they have received. So, we highly recommend taking all your pets to be groomed by the genuinely caring staff at Unique Boutique. (See the Before and After Pudge pics below)

I have been taking my dog here for many years. He is a rescue and has a difficult time with strangers and even just leaving the house. He loves Danette and always comes into her shop wagging his tail and coming out looking very handsome and not at all stressed. Highly recommend.

These girls are the best! They truly care about you and your pet. They are professional as well as kind. My dog, Candy, always looks adorable when she is done getting a haircut and although she is not fond of this task she loves Danette and gives kisses because she feels safe!

These ladies are AMAZING! I took both of my Pomeranians to get groomed today and they have never looked better! My dogs came in looking an absolute mess and now they look perfect! I appreciate the time and effort they put into making my dogs feel welcomed. I know they had to spend extra time on my one dogs coat as it was matted towards the back and definitely over grown. They worked so hard and will forever have my business. So thankful to have found them!

This place is the best! I have 2 Cavaliers and they groom them to perfection. They love and care about my dogs like there own. When I take them to the vet they try to crawl underneath my car but there they pull me to go inside. If that doesn't say anything what else does.Awesome place your pets won't regret it.

Cannot say enough good about this place. Called today to ask about nail trims and they fit me in right away. I was in and out within 30 minutes with my four dogs. All small, but that’s still serious talent. Both people there were friendly, caring, and kind. They impressed me immensely. Already booked full grooming with them with full confidence they will do a fabulous job. Very thankful to be seen the same day by professionals that really care about my pups. ☺️ Thank you!

I found this place after the world opened up from the pandemic, my dog need to be groomed very badly. I took him here he was leery at first (maybe a couple of visits) after that he's ok. They are very patient and take time and care with the animals that come in. They do such a great job to give you what you want. They will take time to speak with you about the look you are looking for (the style, cut, how much to take off ect). If you just need nails clipped in between grooming they are the best! I recommend them.

I have been taking my Emma here for 6 years, Danette and Melanie are wonderful! They care for my girl like she was their own and they do a wonderful job everytime. Emma had a torn ACL in her knee and Danette would groom her sitting on the floor because she was not allowed on the grooming table,they both go above and beyond to make sure your fur baby is well taken care of while in their care. I highly recommend Unique Boutique, I will never trust Emmas care to anyone else.

Excellent place! My dog is a husky mix. I did the deep blow out (forget the exact name) to help get rid of some of his undercoat. It was great! Less hair around the house. I can definitely see a difference.

These ladies are passionate at what they do and it shows in their work. Mel has been cutting my pomapoo's hair since he was a pup so it's been about 4 years now. I trust these groomers with my fur babes and that is important. The grooming area is clean and safe. They always do a fantastic job. I totally recommend unique pet grooming!!!!!

Best place for cat grooming, I can’t recommend them enough! They make the experience as stress free as possible for your cat making sure not to have other animals there when your cat is being groomed. They test your cats stress level before beginning the grooming and ease them into the grooming process. If necessary they allow your cat to have a break before beginning the process again. Their prices are reasonable and only charge you for the work they do; unlike my horrible experience at Pet Co/Pet Smart! My cat had what is known as the “lion cut” (see picture below) to help ease the summer heat from her having a long fluffy Maine Coon fur.

I have been taking my dog to petsmart for years and she has gotten worse with her anxiety about going. Idk what is being done there but after our experience today at unique we will never return. Unique is our new groomer forever! They treated her like the princess she is and she looks great! Very happy customers here!

The work the do is absolutely amazing! My dogs love going there. Today was extra special to me, I have an older St.Bernard and she ended up getting really bad hot spots. She wouldn't let myself or the vet shave them. Anesthesia is risky with her and I didnt want to go that route. I called Unique Boutique and they let me bring her right up. Molly tusted them so much she let them shave all of her hotspots! They truly are wonderful and I highly recommend them!

She did an excellent job taking care of Alice. It was her first professional groom as she was rescued from a hoarder. I wish I could remember the ladies name that groomed her. She let Alice get comfortable with her and the shop before I left. I knew Alice was in great hands. She looked like a different dog especially being able to see her face!

My long haired cat Buddy had fur mats. These ladies did a FABULOUS job grooming him, trimmed his nails and even groomed his feet! He was not traumatized and he looks WONDERFUL! I highly recommend them! Great job ladies!🤗 I will definitely refer you and use you again!

I would recommend Unique Boutique to anyone looking for a groomer. Kristian did a GREAT job on my 2 year old aussiedoodle. He can get anxious and nervous and she was patient and great at handling him. So happy I found this place!
