This location obviously does not care about actually getting cats adopted. We were interested in at least one of them and wanted to meet her. I went up front and let an employee know. He asked what questions I had, which caught me off guard. I told him it was kinda hard to read the cards, we're looking to adopt and want to make sure the cat is the right fit. He said he would cash out the customer behind me, had to run over to the vet office for a minute, and would be right back. We waited at least 10-15 minutes (if not longer) and he never came back. Went back up front to find he was casually talking to the receptionist in the clinic, without a care in the world. Extremely rude and an awful experience. We ended up leaving. Very sad when the adoption prices are over $100. We were obviously serious about adopting but I guess we'll adopt elsewhere.

The staff was so sweet!!! Amazing deal on grooming as well! Only $23Went back for another groom and it was just as great. In and out service and they had a harness sale so I was able to buy my bub a new one for a huge discount! ($40 to $15$)

I took my Yorkie to Pet Smart on Howe Ave, Cuyahoga Falls to have him groomed after I had taken him to Pet Supplies Plus on Portage Trail a little over a month ago for a complete groom. You would have never know that Pet Supplies Plus groomed him! It was terrible! The young lady at Pet Smart Gabrielle did a fantastic job, he looked like a different dog! 4/17/2024 Thank you Gabrielle!

I like this store. It has a little of everything one can need for their pet. I have never used the grooming services nor have I visited their vet. PetSmart has a tremendous assortment of merchandise in many categories. Everything I have purchased there is quality and more than satisfied our needs. From dry/wet pet food, to toys, chews, pet apparel, and OTC meds, my needs are always met. My rating would be a "5", if there were floor personnel to answer questions and assist purchasers. That is a drawback for me.

They had a coupon running for 20% off, picking up at the store was fine. I thought they would have enough care for their customers that they would honor their coupon in the store - they did not. They made a whopping $2.00 extra, but permanently lost a customer. There's way too much competition with better prices and service to bother with a brand that treats their customers so poorly. 'Finn' was my cashier.

Let me start by saying their manager at the register is on a power trip. When you book a grooming appointment they don’t tell you it will take up most of your day plus they look at your dog and say they you need all these add ons when they could do it just fine with clippers. I was told 4 hours for a medium dog what!?!? Never have I ever. The manager wouldn’t give me dog because he was wet and had to threaten to call law enforcement minute later I had my dog and the only thing wet was the tips on his ears. The managers are unprofessional each one will give you a different story or excuse. None of it adds up besides lack of true management and whoever promoted the one on the register needs that re-looked at. Unprofessional and milking their hard working customers for their every dime. Will be calling the district manager in the morning.Now that he has been home for a couple days he is itching non-stop probably from not being properly rinsed. His paws have hair in between his toes. His body and ears are beyond patchy. This isn’t going to without proper action. District manager is in on Monday and I am not happy about my dogs well being and how I paid $100 for a job that looks like it was done by a preschoolers.

Amazing place. Michelle Hayes, who does dog training, is the best human being and makes me feel like I have a better connection to my dog. Even though she still doesn't have a kangaroo license.

Ever since one of the groomers, Erica, needed to take off, my dog has been terrified to go back with any of the other groomers. She was fine with the first one, Carmen, but since then it’s a whole different story. They’ve made her so frightened she now cowers before I release her to any of the groomers, and climbs up my leg as soon as they release her to me. They told me they’ll have to charge a “special handling fee” to hold my dog down for a blow dryer session. We will not be back, which is unfortunate because Erica was the absolute best groomer I have ever worked with for any of my pets.

Best pet store near me. Tanks are cleaned and lively. Have everything you can think of and almost always in stock. Employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. I got four new babies today: Sam Cutie, Nebula, and Cat & Kat. They're were so many beautiful fish to pick from. They were having an issue with a supplier of one kind of fish but that's not their fault and they appear to be working hard to fix it. Also love the rewards program.P. S. The employee cleaning tanks today went the extra mile and answered all my (many 😅) questions.

Took my dog for grooming. I used to be a groomer and the only reason I didn't groom my own dog is because I found out I was allergic to dogs. He's a senior dog and I'm not getting rid of him. So I decided to book an appointment to help me, I did his nails for them, no to anal glands. I did get the furminator bath and haircut. I think they did a great job bathing him and de-shedding him. Haircut was mediocre at best. They didn't really scissor or do the inside of his legs. His front legs needed to be scissored better , uneven and some long hairs missed. His outline of ears were choppy. He still had hairs sticking out in-between his toes. I get being in a hurry, I used to work corp grooming but go back over your work and use a comb and scissors and not just rely on the clippers. Not only that they changed his breed. He's not an Australian shepherd, they weigh averagely around 50 to 55 pounds. He's a chow mix with German shepherd weighing only 37 pounds. So needless to say. Happy with the bath portion, happy he liked the people which I didn't think would be an issue. He's a pretty chill and happy dog. Just okay for grooming for the price and add ons I had. So 3 out of 5. Maybe I'm being harsh because I was a groomer and I know what to look for. Would come back for a dog bath but I don't think I'll be back for the haircut portion.

Well stocked, clean and staffed. I get my Rachael Ray dog food here and it's the only place I can find a good stock of little bites in smaller bags for my small dog. As a senior, I appreciate the smaller bags to carry.

I...my dog, had a wonderful grooming experience at this location. The groomer did a FABULOUS job despite Oakley's nervousness. I am thoroughly pleased. I will say, I was DISGUSTED to hear that tipping your groomer at the register gets them a Petsmart gift card...not a cash tip! Shame on you Petsmart, and shame on me for not double checking beforehand. If not for this sneaky, underhanded behavior on the part of Petsmart, I would have given 5 stars because the groomer and grooming experience was that good.

I always choose petsmart over other brands. They have the best prices and the widest selection by far. I've never had a bad experience at any of the petsmart locations I've visited in 10 plus years.

Everytime I've been here the past few times I've been approached by methheads and homeless people in the parking lot. Today they came up to me when I had my 8 year old and forgot my concealed carry. I'll never come here again

I just got a small pet bed delivered from this location and it is used. Hair is all over it on the inside.😬😬😬 Doesn’t fit my Yorkie anyway. Disappointed I was given a used one
