Friendly staff. Clean store and the items I wanted were in stock. The only improvement I would suggest is about the women's restroom. It was clean but had a bunch of boxes in it and needed toilet paper and paper towels. The animals all looked healthy and their environments were clean. Overall a good Pet Supplies Plus store.

This store is not one of the ones I usually shop at. A bit far away. But, I wish they were closer. The signage was a bit confusing. Looking for Redford cat food and saw a sign that said Redford Naturals. It was the dogfood aisle. Nothing on the sign overhead indicated dog-anything. A few big signs stating general zones would be nice.But..The staff, ALL, greeted me, asked if I was finding what l needed and promptly located things for me. Even the young man putting stock up greeted me and went to move items out of my way and dbl checked when I told him it was ok where things sat. "You sure?" The cashier was friendly as well. I left the store in a better mood. Keep up the good work.

They are good for cat food and dog food and aquariums and fish and some small cats and hamster toys and houses and such and cat house and dog beds and have dog vests to keep your dog warm in winter!

This place is great!! Leah has the best customer service and she does it all with a smile. We asked lots of questions and had her doing a lot of running around to get answers, but she got the answers and was sweet and patient. The store is always clean and the staff always offer to help you to your car if you have a heavy load.

Due to labor day delays, my PSP store did not have in stock the exact product I was needing. The PSP team stepped up and we were able to reach a resolution in no time. Excellent customer service is what I have always received at my local store(s)! Great job team, thank you for making an unpleasant situation into a positive one!!!!

Me and my husband went here to buy a cat litter box and cat litter. First of all they had only 6 cat litter boxes (all the same ones) and they had no cat litter. When you try to find someone to ask, there is no one working on the floor, only the cashier and she's busy doing her job. I would not recommend.

$57 and 2 hours later my dog looks like it has been wandering the streets of Los Angeles addicted to crack. I don't know how but this is embarrassing. I understand dogs get their coats cut short for the summer so they don't overheat but not only is his too short it is patchy and uneven. He was so cute and adorable and now I'm afraid to even make eye contact with my pup.

These containers of cat litter are 35 pounds each. They are stacked 5 high which translates to about 6 foot high. There is no way the average person can get one down without it landing on them. Every time I have gone into this store, there are several dozen dead fish in the tanks. Ugh!

I don’t recommend taking your dog here for the self serve bathing. I’ve taken my dog here a few times due to the convenience of bathing him in an actual grooming type tub- but there are tons of other places that offer this. Every time I’ve gone, they’ve either been out of towels or the soap. This most recent time, I got there at a little before 8:20, stood in a long line until I finally got to the register and was told it was too late to bathe my dog. Nowhere online does it show “self serve bathing hours” only the store hours which they close at 9. It should be stated somewhere that “last bath occurs at X time” instead of allowing people to drive all the way there just to be told no. I understand their reasoning, that they want to be able to leave the store right when it closes, but if that’s the case then make bathing hours known. Also, it only takes about 10 mins to wash my dog so we would have been in an out quick. Oh well, that was my last time attempting to take my dog there. We will be spending our money elsewhere from now on.

Nice location and friendly service. I love being able to get dog biscuits in bulk here... with three dogs, we go through a lot of them and it's so much cheaper this way. I always take at least one of my pups with me and they like to sniff around and do their own shopping... lol. Also, they have free local, same day delivery which has been a great service when I can't get to the store.

I really enjoy the customer service at the store. Every time I've shown up everyone is extremely nice and willing to help me. I had a very nice lady help me today. I couldn't find an item and she helped me look for it. When they did not have it, she answered my questions and gave me a solution to my problem. I got my purchase and was on my way pretty quickly. This location really hires nice helpful people and I've never had a problem with an employee there.The store parking lot is a little strange if you're not used to it and it's connected to the Giant Eagle parking lot. The store itself is on the small side and it seems a little packed full but they have a Grooming Center in there. Overall I really like going to this location.

The staff at this location is always so friendly and helpful. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star rating as the particular food that I purchase always seems to be out of stock. When they do have it, I buy extra for that very reason. The curbside pick up is great if you don't need to shop for extras!

I really like the prices here...I really like the dog wash area...I really like the location but the staff leaves a lot to be desired. They seem much more interested on their personal conversations than actually helping...the first incident was in the cat treat aisle where the employee was blocking the product while having a personal conversation and the second at the register where they continued a personal conversation despite the "friend" being checked out already.And it appears that the days of asking is you need help out are gone.That have potential but the customer service is seriously lacking.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had the shaved my dog bald and didn’t touch his face charged me full price and management ignored me completely unprofessional unacceptable and I won’t be back! Waste of time gas and money! HORRIBLE!

Great employees, great atmosphere! Every time I go there I get what I need and then some. Employees are very friendly and personable, love it! BUT… there is ALWAYS an issue when this particular store (for me,I cannot speak for everyone) NEVER RESTOCKS something that has been sold out if for months! It could be there inventory system automatically reorders when the system shows “0” and the system here is not showing “0” to reorder. BUT AGAIN, I ask EVERY SINGLE SATURDAY if they could reorder it for me and I am told “they will look and see” but then IT NEVER GETS REORDERED! I have been asking for sphagnum moss for months now for my leopard geckos for shedding purposes. I’ve also tried your competitors but they don’t carry it. So why am I writing the review for you… because I classify PSP as the best and if you are the best I expect the best products, best employees and best service! With this store I have 2 out of 3, only lacking in having products reordered when sold out or not carrying enough. I understand if it’s a seasonal item or not a “high seller” BUT sphagnum moss is used for most reptiles and EVEN IN YOUR OWN STORE FOR REPTILES being sold! How can you have it for the pets for sale but NOT have it for the public?!? Please restock the sphagnum moss so my geckos with be comfy and happy, I will be less stressed and happy and PSP will be happy and relieved. We are all winners… just by restocking a selling item. If restocked I will bump you back up to 5 STARS ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
