Went in looking for faux floral twigs for my vases. Pottery barn’s twigs are $40/piece whereas Michael’s has dupes for $4.99 each before coupon! Found exactly what I was looking for. Definitely will be back!

This Michaels was pretty bare, there wasn't much on the shelves if you weren't there for frames, paper or baking. The resin/candle/soap aisle was pretty empty as were many other shelves. It may be better to order online or go to another Michaels in the surrounding areas. (They did have a lot of the fake flowers and decor though!)

Sheryl Is the best manager there. She was so understanding when I needed to exchange my sweatshirts that I brought there before the day before. Rhonda was helpful also. But thanks a bunch sheryl!!!! I purchased 7 shirts for work but they fitted snug considering MAKE Market changed there style and the shirts run snug so go a size up if your considering purchasing... Thanks Michael's team! I just posted this on my Facebook page. I’m not sure if it’s a 5 star rating I want to share but a 5 star rating to the clerk who didn’t lose her cool. I hope you know others saw it and were horrified. Your dignity showed through an ugly situation.Feeling sad and angry! We were at Cuyahoga Falls Michael’s store and being this time of year there was quite a line. A customer arrived at the other register the same time we arrived at ours. Both clerks were ringing up our orders when suddenly the older woman at the other register looked up at her clerk and waved her hand in the direction of the clerks head and said “I don’t like that stuff.” She walked out without her items and without paying. All I could do was say “that’s terrible” with as much distain in my voice as I could muster. The clerk wearing the hijab seemed flustered but never complained. If you think hate isn’t in your own back yard, you are mistaken.

This location is a smaller Michael's than usual, which is a trait that comes with its own benefits and shortcomings; this store may or may not have various brands of art supplies, but the coupons they offer are fairly decent; their selection may not vary as widely, but the staff are very helpful; if there is something specific you're looking for, you may not find it at this store, but a different Michael's will probably have it and the coupons will be the same. Overall, any Michael's will have a clearance section that is well worth checking out and for the most part, I find what I need here.

If you're feeling crafty, and you don't have a replicator handy, Michaels is the place to go. Seems like half the store is picture frames but hey if that's what you're into, this will be your happy place.

I like Michael's because they still do coupon promo codes, free shipping promo codes sometimes and they still have a rewards program. I have stuff delivered to my house, and I pick up at the store from online shopping and shop while I'm there too of course.

Anytime I need a special piece of art or photography I need framed....this is the place I go. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and do an excellent job of framing my special pieces. Today the lady behind the counter found me a coupon for 40%off. Quality work.

Great store to find small thing for hobbies and small fixes. A very large selection of items most stores don't have. Some of the workers was very nice and helpful and some workers not so much. My checkout was the worst part. I see why some stores switch to self checkout. To some workers, try to be friendly even if it's not in your nature. I only go when I have too.

I have been to Michael's several times. I usually find what I'm looking for. This was the case the last few times I visited. I've met many of the staff on my visits and they were always helpful. There is only one real problem that I have with Michaels. Often the seasonal offerings, displace the items I normally shop for. I found the staff and customers usually are transgender friendly. When you are looking for craft items Michaels is definitely a must-visit. I am a painter, jewelry maker, I knit, crochet, and sew. Michaels has products to fit all of my craft needs.

Love This Place! Store was well organized, easy to find items, and staff was very nice and helpful! Probably the best craft store I've been in for design and ease of items. Wish prices weren't so high. Clearance section was bare but the yarn clearance selection was nice and great prices!

Clean store, very pleasant staff at 9am this morning. I love that they have a large selection of cricut vinyl. I've always done most of my craft shopping at JoAnn's, and I really like the wider selection of types and colors of vinyl (especially for a newbie)! Looks like I have a new favorite craft shote!
