Marc's is a great place for fast trips or to take your time. If you are a shopper, you can lose time browsing through the "goods" aisles. Christmas is coming. Lots of declarations. Food, beverages and other household products take up most of the space in the store making this the "convenience" part of the shopping experience.

Some of the staff are very nice. Others are very very rude and should not be working in customer service at all. I feel like the store could be better organize. Also, a good deep clean would be a great idea. I looked passed all of that until I had a bad experience with one of the staff who has worked there for a few years- haven't been back in over a year. I really enjoyed the little plant selection, buy out section they offer, and how they try to reduce price their produce before it's goes bad instead of just throwing it out.

They have a broad selection of items. However, there isn't much variety within categories. They have bandaids, but a limited selection. They could increase the number of checkouts open, but that's how they keep prices lower than others. Limited selections, slower checkouts, lower prices. If price is your focus and you're not in a hurry, Marc's is a good deal. If you're looking for canned goods it's hard to beat their prices. Also, the personnel are just workers. If you want a smile and a warm welcome, go down the street and pay more. The prices include the smiles. I'm glad they exist. Happy shopping.

I use to work here a while back. I was forced to quit due to extreme bullying. I was pregnant at the time, and had 4 miscarriages before this so I was high risk, and liked to take precautions such as having water on hand and taking a short break if it got too hot. One of my coworkers told me two of the women in the deli, one a manager and the other her minion, was over heard talking about how they are going to bully me until I quit. The deli manager sent me home in the middle of a shift, and I wasn’t able to get home, because I had to use the bathroom and she didn’t want me to. They would call me slow, call me names but quite enough so only I could hardly hear them. The deli manager cut my hours down to about 14-20 hours a week. All my other coworkers had absolutely no problem with me, and every one always spoke how I was good help and a hard worker, but these older women just did not like me and I’m not sure what brought them to the decision to bully a high risk pregnant, young women until she lost her job. Already knowing what kind of stress I was under. I haven’t stepped foot back in this place since, not even to shop. I tried to tell the store manager, and nothing was done so I had to quit before I miscarried from unnecessary stress from being targeted by these two women

Staff is nice and they got stuff for cheap. That being said I’ve bought bad meat twice, but the staff helped and refunded.

Went in yesterday and the deli guy was interrogating a nice young customer about why she had tattoos yesterday, her response was of sentimental reason. He tried humiliating her. I felt horrible.

Disappointed customer. I was shopping Friday 9/30, and was at the Lunchmeat counter to get some fresh sliced meats. The woman that waited on me must have been having a terrible day. I was the only one there and all she did was complain about working there.I finally left.

Every time we shop this store it's a weekday evening, and every time the lines are unacceptably long. Sometimes another cashier will open up and other customers rush to the open register, often in front of others who have been waiting longer.Otherwise this Marc's is a pretty good store. Selection of grocery items is good not great. Produce prices are good but quality is inconsistent. It feels good to support a local chain.

Love it here. The shelves are always stocked well. Produce and deli are priced very well. A great selection of foods pretty much anything you could think of. They have a lot of store close outs here also. We where lucky enough to find a sofa coach for $60 here which is an amazing price. We usually go here a few times of the month. The one thing I will say this store is pretty much cash only or Discover which is okay I'll trade having to pay in cash to keep prices lower. (They also have an ATM on site)

If you like unique items, this is the store to visit, from art to house hold bargains. My house is full of Marc’s treasures. I love the close out area, what is nice about this area it’s not junk the items are well made something you would find in a higher priced store at a very responsible price. The produce is always fresh as far as all other items that you may need, from paper products to that luxurious hair and makeup products can be found at Marc. Like we always love one stop shopping, for less.

Marc's Grocery Store is my favorite grocery store especially in the summer when the majority of the produce is grown locally if you dont have a local farm market close to home.

The lines were so long I ended up just putting my items back and leaving. I just went in for some chips and salsa, but didn't feel like waiting 20 minutes in line. They had 2 registers open. It was a Saturday afternoon, about 1:30pm. Nothing wrong with the store, though. Just slow lines.

Overall I'm happy with this Marc's location. Store is well stocked and clean. Nice size odds and ends area. Decent prices still. Please restock the DeBellas double chocolate biscotti!!!!!

Marc's on State Rd in Cuyahoga Falls is where I shop very clean and organized an the manager Pat is the best! The employees there are so polite and friendly and go out of there way to help any way they can! Love they expect credit card!!

I wish someone could explain why, every time I run into Marc's for ONE THING....I end up with more then intended?? HAHAHA. All kidding aside, this place is usually very clean & in order, and never lets me down on the things I need. But I swear, the management must instruct their people to follow you around the store & whisper in your ear "oh, you need this too!" ....because one time I stopped for eggs.....and when I heard the cashier say, "That's $18.43 please" I looked at her & said, "But I just came in for eggs!! Why did you make me buy so much?!" We had a good laugh over that. LOVE THE STORE & THE PEOPLE! Keep up the good work!

Excellent prices on toys. They always have a large children's book selection. They have an educational section for grades preschool to 6th grade. Their prices are half the price you would pay anywhere else for educational items!

I have been shopping at Marcs on state Rd in cuyahoga falls ohio before it was Marcs.I have shopped there for years.Noticed a young couple in the store without masks. No cart just touching things.Went to customer service and told them and was told they can't inforce it. Stock person next to me just said just ignore them and then he told me that they had some employee's that did not were them.Left my cart there and I will never shop there again. Not safe at there store and did not seem to care.Please don't shop there don't inforce rule that is on door.

Better check the exp dates on anything you buy here. Chances are your items like salad dressing, ketchups, mustard, jars of canned items most likely are expired or "close date" (near to expiring). I worked in the grocery business 15 long years and it was burned into our brains to ROTATE THE STOCK ON SHELVES as new was going up. I'm not sure Kidz are being told that here. I've been burned way too many times here.....

I shop the deli section at Marcs simple because it provides me with good quality deli meats , along with cheeses , for a very good value. I very much enjoy the (Farm to Family) turkey Marcs has and certainly the Middfield Swiss has top notch taste for exceptional value. I generally get either of these when they are on sale and if possible with a coupon. Still though , even without a coupon Middfield Swiss goes for $4.99 a pound when it's on sale . Your best bet is to ask for a sample before you buy . The deli associates will be more than happy to give you one, or two. The Cold Cut Counter, which is Marc's name for the department, generally has samples already out of what's on sale. If you don't see any coupons out, ask for some. If the Cold Cut Counter has them, they will let you know what they have. I grab a couple when the coupons are available . If you like bologna , their Wunderbar is really good. I like to get my package sliced a little thick, then a little thin. I like my fried bologna sometimes, and the Wunderbar isn't as salty as some bologna's. Their Low Salt roast beef is also very good. I haven't tried any of Marcs deli trays, but I have tried the half sub Marc's has in the front of the store for $2.99 , and if that's an indication of what their Party Platters are, then it's a good one. I see that they have Middfield Swiss on sale this week by the price in their ad , so I will be stopping in to pick some up. I know the bathrooms look old at Marcs and sometimes the front check out can seem understaffed , but this an older Marcs . Do yourselves a favor. Compare Marcs deli prices , along with the quality of the products to say the likes of other grocery stores , that includes Wal Mart, and I think you'll find that Marcs deli beats all of them down easily . Great selection of grocery items and other goods. We enjoy stopping by whenever visiting family in the area. Prices are good and they have good sales. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.

Decent selection and prices are low the deli counter is fantastic with the time being the checkout can be slow but they're supposed to be upgrading soon. Shop there weekly and it's a lot better than Acme or Giant Eagle!

For a grocery store with a slight discount throughout the store, the product both branded and generic, is top quality. Now that the store on State accepts all payment forms, it is a good place to shop.
