This particular dollar convenience store has improved 500% since the new manager has cleaned house. The 1-star skewed reviews are typically from folks that have personal issues, outstanding warrants, or mourn the loss of being able to shoplift with no repercussions. The new manager & staff are very helpful and friendly. My family & friends shop here now because the staff care about the customers and business. Thank-you for all your hard work!!

I love this store and especially the employees. The manager is very helpful and since they changed employees the store is much cleaner and neat and normally has everything in stock.Thanks for doing a great job everybody,Jim

This store has come a long way over the last couple months. Nice to finally have a manager in there who actually cares. Seems they got rid of some terrible employees who let the store go down hill. Store is well stocked, clean, and organized. The remaining employees seem to have a better attitude and demeanor to them. Keep it up. It’s nice to see.

Finally left the house after being sick for a week and house bound for days straight to be followed around the store by a creepy older guy balding and slightly heavier set. I voiced my concerns to the cashier at hand and even apologized for wearing my sweats and not looking put together today but that I'm just sick and needing to get things for my children. I was met with his rude comments and defensive lash outs. Defending his actions by telling me its his job to profile and follow people at his leisure. Smh I should have left without my things but my toddler needed jackets and they unfortunately for me have hoodies and sweats for kids for cheap. From now on I'll spare the extra 5 dollars and go to Walmart. Spare yourself the dollar store stalker male Karen! YikesDisappointed is an UNDERSTATEMENT

They never answer their phone. I've been trying to get an interview for a job, finally got one and my daughter in a accident. I called 10 times to tell them and no answer. Called 6 times today no answer. What's going on???

The manager knows how to stock and keep a clean store, but she lacks in everything other. Terrible people skills. She comes across incredibly rude compared to the other employees who work there.

I went in and bought $50 worth of things and was double charged.when I brought it to the managers attention, she rolled her eyes and told me they only got paid once. I then proceeded to show her my mobile app were it plainly shows I was charged 2 times and she still didn't believe me. Needless to say I will never, ever, ever go to this FAMILY DOLLAR, EVER AGAIN‼️‼️ BUYERS BEWARE‼️‼️‼️

I was standing in line at this Family Dollar this morning and this gentleman and lady were double charged for there items. The lady manager, who was very rude, started rolling her eyes at them while they were trying to explain using a mobile app on there phone, that they were indeed charged twice. How rude of this manager. I will take my business elsewhere 😌

Nice employees, quiet and relaxed shopping. The items are okay prices. They have a decently large holiday card selection and good candy aisle. I did not see anyone enforcing the mask policy posted at the doors but I understand how that can be difficult in the times.

Let me start by saying I love family dollar but I will never return to this location. I went in to pick up some items was about 15 feet from the register and the 2 men behind the counter were having a very deep discussion about how happy they were trump won and they feel like he should take away all women’s rights and as women we are minorities so we don’t matter. Clearly I’m a woman and they could see me the entire time they did not care at all.

The young lady with short hair and a tongue ring decides to close 10-15 minutes early every night she closes. I walked in 12 minutes before close to purchase diapers one time and I heard her pitching a fit to her coworker about the time I entered the store. The rest of the staff is pleasant and helpful.

Over the last few months, and the last month in particular, this Family Dollar location has done a complete 180. This store used to be disorganized, messy and sad, and now it is clean, organized and cheery. I have to drive past a Dollar General to get to it, and it used to be a toss up, but I will gladly do so now.

Store is usually a mess and the signage is typically out of date, so just ignore any alleged sales they have going on. Staff is nice.

Over all I love Family Dollar. I purchased Bluetooth head set yesterday and didn't work rite. So exchanged for same pair. The second pair does the same as firat pair, but you can only exchange for the same product. That is stupid. So please don't purchase any electronics from this place.

It's a mess!! If I could I'd give it 0 stars! Staff is rude!! Always outside smoking. You always have to move boxes and carts out of your way just to get what you need! There is always stuff on the floor!! And there is o way to contact anyone.

This place is a mess,. They can’t seem to keep the same staff long enough to learn the job. Every time I go in there there’s somebody new being trained and then they’re gone after about two weeks. Maybe management needs to reevaluate how they treat their employees. I live only a few doors down and I avoid going in there because it’s so disorganized.

It's more organized than most Family Dollar Stores. The shelves are almost always stocked without there being a bunch of overstock in the aisle waiting to be put away.

Store hours said open 8am. Arrived at 8:36am...store was closed. No one answered the phone. Sign on the door said they were back to regular store hours January 1st. Boo!

Convenient to pick up some things without having to go down to bailey road or cross the 6-corners. If you need a few grocery items, I recommend a quick stop here.
