The family that owns this store have never been anything but friendly, approachable, and accommodating. They always recognize me and welcome me. In my opinion, this is the definition of superior customer service.

My wife and I walked inside on 12/31/23 at about11:33 am to buy Lottery Tickets , Cash a few winning tickets and stock up on beer and wine for a large New Years Eve party that night. There were 2 young " kids " behind the counter that BOTH were playing video games on their phones and we actually stood there looking at them for a bit and finally one stood up and we started with the lottery. This kid was so busy on his phone playing that he told us , "WE DON'T DO LOTTERY ANY MORE." We looked at the counter with the instant tickets they sell and asked him ...since when ? He repeated NO LOTTERY and we wanted to BUY INSTANT TICKETS for the party and many Powerball Tickets with the beer and wine ! These 2 kids were such terrible employees and sat back down and continued to play their video games that we were stunned and just walked out. We ended up going to another Drive Thru Beverage Store near by where we spent $267 on beer and wine and $200 and Powerball and Instant Tickets and $50 on Chips and Pretzels. This was our FIRST TIME giving your beverage store a try since we are right in the area. After the RUDE 2 kids working there ignoring us playing on their PHONES and so unwilling to help wait on customers because we seemed to be bothering their GAME TIME , I can say we will NEVER step foot into this store ever again. I would FIRE those 2 kids IF I owned this store and watched the video to see them playing games ,ignoring paying customers on New Years Eve ! Your store LOST over $500 just on 1 sale but we did find a different VERY FRIENDLY , HELPFULL Beverage Store not far from your store that we will go to.

Love this store! They always have a great selection and even got in PEACH from wild Ohio brewing! It's sold out everywhere! Let be the staff and their knowledge is always so helpful!

The selection here can't be beat. I've had beer from India and found a very good Japanese beer made in Italy. I would recommend checking it out.

I have never felt more welcomed to a shop before, always smiles and great customer service… I like a certain type of wrap and they stock them even tho I am probably the only one purchasing them!! Many selections for beer and the wine is not bad either

Honestly these guys have the most solid finds in my radius. Comparable solid picks to Giant Eagle Market District but I don't shop there because of the chaos, and I'd rather shop local. Quick turnaround, mom and pop, great personality. They give you advice, they know what they have, they'll order something in if they don't have it.... I've only ever had to request in a craft beer once because it was just out of season, beginning of the pandemic, and they found it! Sent a text when it was in. Cheers!

This place is outstanding. My wife has a beer she likes and no body has it in stock. I went in after a few visits and asked if they could get some. He said yes he could but asked us to make sure that we return to buy it so it doesnt just sit on the shelf. Today we went in and they had it, njust in store but stored it in there above average cooler!!!! They went above and beyond and they are friendly and helpful! They have cigars snacks tobacco products they are the save you from going to grocery store place. Please help this local business grow I do not want to see them go. Thank you all who work here you earned my business and trust!!!

Was having a date night with my girlfriend and we decided we wanted to get ourselves some nice beer. We were talking about beers we liked and I had mentioned that my favorite beer was The Gadget by Urban Artifact and I've never been able to find it at a store since the time I tried it. So about a couple of years. In we walk, browsing the selection, and BOOM. There it is, in it's refrigerated glory. The last refrigerated 4 pack. Turned the corner and there were more packs just unrefrigerated. Definitely will be back to pick up more. The gentleman that was working and super chill. 5/5 stars, will definitely be back.

Stopped by here for the first time. I was shocked to find some Founders CBS and dogfish head 120 minute amidst so many other top notch beers. The manager/owner was every beer lover’s dream. He was welcoming, helpful, and said he would be more than happy to look for and order any tough to find brews for me. I will be back, and I will be telling all my friends to check it out. Bottom line: great selection and great service. Get out and support local places like this one during these tough times.

When you enter you are always greeted very friendly and very clean on the inside, the have a wide selction of different alcoholic bevrages, they have a very nice wine selection too, they also have a very nice selection of vapes and tobacco prices, they also got a good wide variety of delta 8 vapes and flower and edibles. One of the only places I go to get these products, really recommended to check out the place if you are in the area.

Great variety of wine and specialty beers. They also have Delta 8 and 9 and other varieties of legalized THC. I asked about CBD and the guy tried to sell me Kratom. Those are definitely not the same. Do your own shopping, I wouldn't ask for any recommendations lol

You can park almost right next to the door. Store is quite large with room to display the merchandise without crowding it all together. There is a good selection of all manner of softDrinks, beer , wine etc. And you mightOne person checking out in front of you, at the most. Staff is friendly. Prices fair, nice to support a local business.

Really awesome little place that actually had what I was looking for. The owner said he was happy he could offer his customers unique merchandise as well as a vast variety of beer and wine. Definitely my new favorite place.

Nice little spot! Large selection of craft beers in the cooler, large selection of wines on the shelves, and a little of everything in between! Great experience! The only thing, I DID NOT LIKE, was the incense, the whole place reeked of it, and so did I! So much so i had to change clothes. Other than that, cool store!

I now live out of town, but every time I come home to visit, I make it a point to make a beer stop here. Their selection is incredible, and they make it a point to source primarily from the greater Ohio and Michigan areas. Definitely worth a stop if you are into beers from nearby.

Great! Selection of CRAFT BEER and Wine and Snacks. I often stop there to buy red bull and Monster. Nice little store with excellent customer service. Worthy to stop and check in! In addition, it is great to hang out with friends to refresh with new test of Craft Beer and wine!

I stopped in this location while working for TAAT- Beyond tobacco. Walking in the door I was amazed at how clean and organized the shelfs were. It is one of the nicest Tobacco and Beverage stores I have been in. You don’t get to meet many business owners that are as friendly and enjoyable to talk to as he is! When you are in the area be sure to stop by and check it out!

Not only a giant selection of beer and wine, they carry a good selection of quality kratom and cbd products. Prices can't be beat by any other local shop either... Great customer service. If they don't carry it and you request it, (within reason, of course) they'll get it for you. Thanks B!

Let me tell you about this place. Last week I went in to get some things, nothing much. Paid as I usually do and went on my way. This week I stopped in, and the lady says "Oh my, I over charged you last week, here's the money I over charged you". I was speechless. She saved the money off to the side for what she said she over charged me.To see that kind of honesty and integrity in a store these days is amazing. I strongly recommend if you have beer or wine needs that you stop at this store exclusively. Absolutely amazing what she did for me and really made my day. Thank you.

I heard from a few friends that falls discount was under new management, so decided to go in and check out the new changes myself. From the moment I pulled up I could tell things have changed. From the new inviting windows to the well lit signs. I walked in and was immediately greeted by the owner himself. He asked me if there’s a beer or wine I would like he will get it. I left happy that I have a place again where I can go get my beer/wine! Thanks my wife and I will be back.
