I have ordered flowers here many times over the years and I have never been disappointed. I generally will stop and order a bouquet to take to a friend or family and what they can put together is amazing. The best part is that they have fresh flowers and I have had some for weeks. Everyone there is pleasant and it is always a good experience.Don't forget to treat yourself to flowers once in awhile.

Everyone was either sold out or booked up for homecoming corsages. Thankfully when I called, they said they had a couple premade ones (first-come, first-served) and we were able to get a beautiful corsage for my son’s date. Thank you! Thank you! You saved the day! ❤️

I’m am so happy that I chose Dietz florals for my wedding a few weeks back. From the beginning, Danielle was an absolute dream to work with. Her initial proposal was stunning and the consultations were very detailed and organized. I knew exactly what to expect from the start. When the big day came, Danielle was on time with all of the bouquets for us. She then set up the ceremony and reception spaces with STUNNING florals. After moving out of state, Dietz is my normal go-to for flower delivery to family in the area. I’m just coming here to review all the past orders I’ve placed with them. They’ve been great and I’ve never been disappointed. I went with someone else this time because I was in a hurry and I am so upset with the other company’s arrangement and how much I shelled out for it. Should have gone w/Dietz like always! They never fail me. Lesson learned!

I’m amazed by this boutonniere I really didn’t give any specific flower request. I gave a color scheme with a fall aesthetic and I’m just so pleased with it! The staff are very nice and helped with all my questions!

This flower shop is full of ideas for gifts for any occasion. The flowers are fresh and beautiful for every season. Each attendant was knowledgeable and willing to answer my questions. Highly recommend!

Called on10/10/22 at 12:06 P.M.. Asked to have flowers delivered to a location within 1 mile of Dietz Flowers. I was told that the cut off for flower delivery was 12:00. I mentioned that it was 6 minutes past the cut off time. The lady on the phone said she knew that, but that was her policy. I asked for the owner but only the manager was available, she told me the same thing. The really disturbing thing was the gleeful tone in both their voices as they said, "That is our policy"... Called another florist located near my wife's place of employment, a beautiful arrangement was delivered within an hour. Do yourself a favor and call someone else if you need flowers in a hurry. I would remove the 1 star rating if I could make it a zero. Just read the owners response... A work of fiction, it happened just as I said.

We purchased a bouquet of red roses and a boutonniere and each was beautiful - fresh roses, vivid color, couldn't have been more perfect! And at my last minute request, the florists made a floral arrangement for a centerpiece using a vase I brought, and it was dazzling! Thank you Dietz Florists!

I had to cancel an order at the last minute and they were terrific! Since my order and cancellation were made after store hours, they immediately called me first thing the following morning! They refunded my money and were friendly + understanding. I will definitely use them again!

I experienced a number of issues with my recent order and was fairly disappointed overall. This was my first time ordering from Dietz as a referral from local friends. I was ordering for a funeral event. During the calling hours that I was in attendance for was the first problem, among the beautiful displays placed around the church was a spot held for my arrangement, with no arrangement in sight. I spoke with the directors and discovered that my flowers were not delivered. The major issue with this aside from the fact that my flowers were not delivered on the deadline date was the fact that it was a Sunday, which they have no representatives available to contact. In a state of shock I sent an email, and began calling early Monday due to the fact that the service was going to began within one hour of them opening. They did not pick up the phone or return my email until the moment the store listed open. Luckily, they were able to get the arrangement to the service on time stating that they had recorded the wrong delivery date. My second issue which was more of a personal issue was that I found the arrangement to be underwhelming for the price I had paid for them. When buying the arrangement I stated that I wanted a beautiful and large arrangement for the occasion and asked what price range they recommended, from there I essentially doubled their range hoping for an immaculate display. This was not the case unfortunately. Overall, I believe that the florist meant well and was probably having an off day; however, I was far from impressed.

Danielle and the team truly SHOCKED us when we saw how beautiful her arrangements were on our wedding day. We had an idea in our head of how they would turn out, and she shot long past those expectations. I didn’t get the name of the owner, but she was incredibly nice and efficient- with an amazing eye for designing flower arrangements! I visited Dietz today for the first time in a couple of years. I was super impressed! The last time I was there was for a lackluster sidewalk sale, so I didn't seek going back in recent history. I was on the hunt for sunflowers for a friend and although they didn't have them (I think at this point in the year they are simply hard to find as this was my second stop), I was super impressed with everything else. The interior face-lift the store has received was amazing! It was very farm-house-y modern and their displays were completely on-trend. They had several arrangements available for walk-ins like myself, other fresh non-cut plants, and fake-flower arrangements if that's what you're looking for. The gal behind the counter was also working on some gorgeous bridal arrangements! The younger girl who helped me (I'm not sure of her relationship to the store, but she seemed have a managerial tone to her) was wonderful. Her personality was awesome, she was very accommodating, and really made me feel like a welcome customer! The world needs more energetic and hard-working young business owners/managers like herself. Also, I was super pumped to discover they had workshops and will definitely be checking those out as I was totally jealous of the fun they get to have on their job as I was leaving. If you haven't been in to their store in awhile, look past the dated exterior and step on it--you won't be disappointed! Shop small, shop local!

I am obsessed with this place! I stop in at least once a month to get some accents for my home. This is THE place in the Falls to meet your floral needs (and dreams). The staff is so kind and helpful. I don't go anywhere else. And their flowers last so much longer than any premade bouquet you'd get in the store. The studio is adorable and they get really beautiful plants and they are incredibly creative. I highly recommend Dietz to everyone!
