I love this location. The manager is wonderful and everyone greets me when I come in. Very well stocked and super clean. The pharmacy is also fantastic and they have gone above and beyond for me on multiple occasions. You have a great staff. Please make sure that you give them all the praise that they deserve!

I stopped in to get my shingles vaccine and the girl in the pharmacy (I didn't catch her name, I wish I would have, younger girl with sides of her hair shaved) was the nicest girl ever. Her kind attitude and friendly demeanor made my whole day better. The world needs more people like her!

This pharmacy sucks so bad, especially these two ignorant employees. This Erin chick acted so rude and inconveinced when I asked here qlthe simplest questions. Ten minutes later, I find out that she didn't even know what she was talking about. Negative attitudes are bad enough and then to see how she acted and obviously doesnt even know how to do her job or know what she is talking about is comical. There is this one short guy who is a pharmacy tech (Christian maybe) and he's on a power trip or something, doesn't even say goodbye just hangs up the phone. He definitely should not be in a role that deals with people because he has been very rude on multiple occasions. They take forever to answer the phone and when they do, you're on hold for ten minutes with that super annoying music. They say they are going to take care of something and obviously don't communicate with each other. If you are looking for a pharmacy, DO NOT GO HERE. They are super slow, unprofessional and far from friendly. If they hate people so much they should probably find a job that doesn't deal with the public. Don't get upset or irritated by their nonsense. They aren't worth it. However take the time and let corporate know because these type of people don't deserve to have their jobs (especially these 2) if they treat others this way.

Once again, whatever famous Northeast Ohio CVS's where no one knows how to do their job. I don't know where in Ohio to go to CVS but I have no faith in any of them because all of them are terrible and I have to go to them because my work uses them as their prescription provider. So CVS corporate get your act together because every single northeast Ohio location is terrible.

Store Manager Vanessa runs a tight ship! Her staff of Patty, Anthony, Katie, and others are professional and are always eager to help me and my family find the right products. Pharmacy Manager Kim and her staff are also professional and always take the time to answer my questions on prescription or non-prescription medications. This store rocks!

Here's a tip: don't tell the person calling that their prescriptions are ready if they aren't. I have no idea why you'd lie about such a thing (or why it would take you 20+ minutes to fill one prescription anyway), but it's not a great look. Especially when I have a limited time to pick up the meds for my disabled mother before work, because now she has to wait until I get done.But hey, when there's no repercussions to how you act, I guess you can just lie as much as you want. Not like you'll be held accountable, right?

This is the better CVS if you're looking to refill a prescription. They only had me on hold briefly, we're polite and courteous. I've been having an issue getting my prescriptions sent to the right place and they were understanding with my questions. Also the cashier staff inside the store is very friendly too.

2 time in several months they can't fill prescription. Last time they found pharmacy to fill and transferred the prescription. They just keep sending me text it is on order. When I called they told me I have to call my Dr and have them send it a different pharmacy when they have the current script. This location is sure going down in customer service.

My insurance forces me to fill my prescriptions here, otherwise I’d avoid this place like the plague. Every time I have gone to the pharmacy, the people have been unfriendly and rude, and they treat you like an inconvenience. I’m looking into using GoodRX and returning to Acme just up the road,m. That is a much better pharmacy and you don’t have to wait as long either, nor contend with the general negative attitude.

I just want to say- major shoutout to the pharmacy staff. The few times I’ve been in was during their busy hour at 5pm and they are running around like crazy trying their best to keep up! They still help everyone and as quickly as possible. Keep doing your best!

I am very frustrated with CVS. I only go here because I am forced to by my insurance company. The pharmacy staff are not very responsive. I stood at the drop off window for 2 minutes, and there was a staff member 1 foot away from me that couldn't even be bothered to acknowledge that I was standing there. Their pharmacy phone system is also terrible! Don't go here unless you have to.

Pharmacy staff is great BUT the front staff needs some work!! Stopped in to pick up one quick thing on Monday after work and there was no one at the register. I waited for like a minute and then went to go find someone. I find a guy stocking shelves so I politely ask him if he could ring me out. Seriously doesn't say a single word to me - no hello/sorry for the wait - just acts super annoyed that I interrupted him and ends it with a snotty "Have a nice day". Maybe he wasn't supposed to be manning the registers, but that's not my problem and no reason to be rude to a customer. Will think twice about returning for anything other than my prescriptions.

When I pulled up to the pharmacy window to receive my covid-19 test, I waited for about 5 minutes to be handed my test kit. When the girl handed it to me she rattled off instructions which I couldn't follow or understand. I reminded the gal I was sick and I'm sorry could she repeat. She placed her head down into her had and sighed. I'm still not feeling well so I'm keeping this short. Was not a good experience.

This is probably the worst pharmacy experience I've ever had in my life. I went to pick up a prescription for an antibiotic. I ended up waiting for 45 minutes after being told it'd take a few minutes. The kicker is that my prescription had already been called in ahead of time and when I called to confirm they said it was ready. I eventually ended up leaving without my prescription because I needed to leave for work. Don't use this pharmacy. The customer service is deplorable. I'll be sticking with Marcs on Darrow Road in Stow.

Went to get a prescription filled after the doctor gave us the script as we were leaveing for vacation. They refused to fill it even tho my child would run out while out of town. They told me to fill it in N.C. where we were and I specifically asked if there would be problems do this and they assured me I would have no problems.When we tried to fill it out of state in N.C. it could not be filled due to the insurance being Ohio Medicaid. So my child went with out a controlled med because this CVS has no clue what they are doing. Got back from vacation today and took this CVS the script and the lady who I delt with questioned me as to why I did not get it filled already. I wonder...... Then they did not have the meds in Stock even tho we told them 3 days ago we would be coming today to get it filled. I will be going elsewhere and never back to CVS again for anything. They just lost me for everything as a customer forever. Everytime I have gone in there for the last month there is some kind of problem and they do not call you to tell you they just wait for you to come in and now there is no time to fix the problem.

The employees at this and other locations break my confidentiality every single time I walk up to the counter to pick up my prescriptions. They name out loud the medications that I am on while other customers are standing there waiting. HIPAA?

Always helpful and on time! Got a new medication for headaches and the pharmacist there explained really inportant things about it to me the doctor didnt even mention. Thankful for this staff!

The State rd locations staff are always kind, knowledgeable and always helpfull, up front as well as the Pharmacy. They are the reason I continue to use the State rd location.

It's a nice, clean store with a friendly staff, but an older lady in the pharmacy was rude. Moreover, CVS prices are extremely high.
