I was told that this groom would cost $110 and that there would be an up charge of 10 for clean feet. When I got there after 4+ hours the charge was $140. They nicked his foot and the cut had no style and was very uneven, compared to my other groomer. I asked for a shortcut, but he was almost bald. I won’t be going back.

I took my Dog to this small place in a small town and was very pleased. The employees were very nice and attentive. Chachi (my dog) was a mess when I dropped her off and so cute when they were done. They did a great job and even put pink pom poms on her ears. Also very affordable. 10/10 will be going back

I really wanted to take my two dogs here for a grooming appointment. However, I have cancer and ended up in the hospital two days prior to their appointment. They wanted 50% of the appointment that I couldn’t make on top of what I would pay for a whole new appointment which for my dogs would have been more than $150 plus tip. I didn’t appreciate how I was spoken to about it over the phone. I explained my situation. I don’t recommend.

Did a great job. First time we have ever went to a groomer as our pups are only 6 months old. They did such a great job. When I was paying a dog kept licking my hand and I thought what a friendly dog. I made a comment to the young woman about the dog and she looked very confused and was like thsts "duncan" . The transformation was so amazing i didnt even realize it was my dog waiting for me to take him home. A truly funny experiance and shows how bad they needed haircuts. Thanks for such a great job and some good humor too.

I brought my dog in for her first grooming and haircut, couldn't be happier, she is super skittish and scared. And when I picked her up she was right at home and happy. That's when you know good people are taking care of your pet. Couldn't be happier with this business 😄

What a great experience. 10 month golden doodle who needed a lot of attention due to some matting and only her 2nd grooming. She definitely got the spa works today. Couldn’t be happier. Hardly recognized my puppy when I picked her up. Very much recommend this service and this will be our go to groomer going forward. Great service and staff.Thank you. You obviously love what you do!

Chopped our dogs hair, brought back to fix looked worse than the 1st time. Tried to blame the groomer. He had cuts & nicked from being shaved 2 short. Long hair dachshund they cut his fan tail off! Bad experience was rude to husband when he bought the dog back very unprofessional I have pictures of my poor dog I’m not the only one who is not happy with your work. When the people who recommend you seen what y’all did apologized for recommending you! If I could take away stars I would!!!

Gave instruction on how we wanted our dog groomed, trim around face and bottom. We like him with longer hair when we picked him up he was shaved that we could see his pink skin. When asked said he had knots don’t you think you should have called us to tell us before you shaved him bald!

We have a 6 month old bernedoodle that was in need of a haircut. This was our first time at this business and our last! Our pup has had haircuts 2 times before at other locations and had no issues. This business gave us a report card with a D because they said he was nippy and did not give our pup a haircut. They gave us a bill of $71.00 for a bath/brush out, nail trim and sanitary and extra time. He was traumatized, cowering and would not come to us!

The girls that work here are so sweet and kind!I have a bully breed mix that HATES getting her nails done. They were so gentle and sweet to her to keep her calm while getting her nails done!I had to switch groomers because of Covid and it was a blessing in disguise! So glad we found them! We will never go anywhere else now that we have found Susans!
