Jason has helped me every time I've moved. He came to my Mom's place to look at her water softener. He told us her softener was a good one and didn't need to be replaced.He would bring her salt every time she needed it.Jason has always been very professional and helpful with all my questions. He's a 10 in my book.

This place is amazing and so helpful with all your water softener and water salt needs. I've been their customer for about 11 years. I had tried several different kinds of salt before I found them and nothing ever worked for the orange stains from my well water until I started buying their iron out salt !!! Today (Saturday) I had a problem with my water softener, and even though "JASON" was on his day off, he called me immediately and helped walk me through all the steps I needed with my water softener programing to make sure I was taken care of !!!! WOW that is amazing customer service..... Support small businesses please !

Had trouble with my water softner for the first time and Hempy is local. I did not kniw they serviced softners till a friend told me. The gentleman was prompt and informative. I learned some things from him. I would recommend them especially since they are local.

Hempy Water takes care of my water system at home and at work. They are so easy to work with. We have 2 water coolers and they deliver water on time, every time. We have a reverse osmosis system and a water softener at home. They deliver our softener salt and filters to our home. Hempy is the best!

Disappointed. Wanted to go with a smaller, more local company. Hempy was great about contacting me and setting up an appointment, but the man who came out was brash, condescending, and rude. Did not help with problem solving at all. Called Culligan following this appointment and had a completely different experience. Culligan was wonderful. So disappointed with hempy. Wanted to go with a smaller company, but definitely a no from me.
